I'm not even sure where to start. Spent $300 on a car detail because the inside carpet had dog feces... but I'll get to that in a moment. Every time I call, the receptionist Bella notifies me that she will tell Michael, but I never get a call back from them anytime I call. The vehicle I bought ended up being nearly $4k over the price I thought it was going to be. (Website said it was $15k online and the bank charged me $19k for the vehicle) which is fine I just wish I had known lmao After having the vehicle for a couple days I realized that there was a funny smell coming from the air vents, I took the vehicle into Subaru to find out that it was missing an air filter. The air filter that it DID have (because it had one air filter in the engine, no filter in the air conditioner) were covered in dirt and dust. The owner has denied this, I have receipts from Subaru and photo proof that the air filters were missing. The smell was still there, I took it in to get detailed, and the car detailer told me that the inside of the carpet had dog waste!! DOG FECES! I don't even have a dog! Spent $300 on the detail. $150 for the actual car cleaning and an extra cost for the odor elimination. I am horrified. Totally disgusted that they sold it to me like that. (Edit: the detailers notified me that the water was black after shampooing the carpets and joked about wearing hazmat suits.) I feel stupid for not smelling it when I bought it but all the windows were rolled down when I test drove it and purchased it. It smelled like wet dog for a few months I tried air fresheners and finally just got it detailed when I could afford it. I'm grateful that I cleaned my poopy vehicle because it is reliable but oh my god!! You can't make this crap up. EDIT: The company owner has now denied everything in this review an hour after I posted it. Funny that they can reply to a bad review but can't ever call me back regarding anything! I've seen other reviews complain how they don't call back but will talk crap on reviews. The company also laughed at my concerns rather than addressing them. I wish to make it known that I rarely use Yelp to review a business. Whether it be positive or negative. I believe that a positive review can be helpful to a business as much as a negative review can be hurtful to a business. I had been in the market for a cargo van for some time and was searching out dealerships looking for the best deal I could find. One day I had a list of five dealerships that I visited and was ready to call it a day and happened upon a dealership in Van Nuys called All In Auto Group. This is a used car dealership so I had already prepared myself for the ankle treatment. I spotted a cargo van parked in the lot of this establishment and thought I would check it out. I entered the office and met a man by the name of Michel. (Pronounced Mike). The van I spotted from the street was a 2017 Ram ProMaster 1500. The man I met in the office (Michel) was not pushy with me. He was very honest and responsive to all my questions and he gave me a thorough examination of this vehicle. When the conversation came down to pricing, I was stunned to find that he was 15 to 20% below his surrounding competitors who had comparable vehicles in stock for which I was able to make a valid comparison. He had just gotten this van a couple of days prior to my being there. This van had 64,000 miles on it at the time. Not only did Michel dust the competition on price, but he also put his competition to shame when it came to the price/mileage comparison. I had seen enough by this time and decided to pull the "lower the price or I'm leaving" routine. Well he did not fall for that one. I didn't make it out of the parking lot before I decided to turn around and buy this thing. I will try to sum it up quickly by saying that the paperwork portion of this experience went quickly and efficiently. Furthermore, I made some requests pertaining to steam cleaning the motor and a few other small changes I wanted made. All my requests were granted at no extra charge and proceeded without a hitch. Overall I could not have been happier with the way that day went. I should also report that I have now owned the van for a few months now, I have driven it up to Oregon from Los Angeles and back, fully loaded with as many household items that I could safely cram into it and the thing ran like a top and still does. I've had it checked out and it is in great shape. I could not be happier with my purchase nor could I be happier with the experience that I had with All In Auto Group, the great people working there and the exceptional service I received on the day of my purchase and have received since. Believe it or not I am tempted to write more but hope I have successfully conveyed to any prospective customers out there that the odds are pretty good you will have an equal if not better experience than I myself had. I had one of the best auto-buying experiences today. It started with a nice woman, Bella who answered the phone. I was checking in about a specific car. It was priced so great I wanted to be sure it was still there. It was still on the lot so I made an appointment for the next day. She checked in with me in the morning to be sure we were still on the way. Great follow up via text- so not too intrusive. Then we arrived and met the sales staff. I cannot remember the name of the guy at the desk- sorry- but he was super helpful. Took us right out to the vehicle. We got right in and went for a ride with William. Nice guy. We asked questions and got answers. When we got back to the dealership lot they had printed the carfax report. We looked it over and agreed to make the purchase. Within minutes we had a loan and a few minutes more we were signing papers. I never felt like we were being pushed into anything. No haggling or the typical slimy car sales up-sales that I have experienced in the past. How refreshing! The car seemed to have a very minor alignment issue- so they got it looked at that very afternoon and fixed. What great service! The sales area was clean and comfortable. RUN! Despicable used car dealership. Fraudulent business practices! Avoid these folks at all costs. Sold my dream car out from under me and lied by saying it was "sent back to an auto auction". Michael (Manager) and Maribel operate this business shrewdly with the worst communication I've experienced over my 9 years buying and reselling cars. I was interested in purchasing a 2006 Mercedes SLK55 AMG out of state and reached out to them on April 10 ready to place a deposit on the car. Michael promised a detailed invoice with price breakdown, that I could put a deposit on the car, and schedule a PPI inspection with a mechanic of my choosing. NONE of this came to fruition. Dealing with these jokers is like pulling teeth. The manager won't answer his phone or respond to texts, sales staff lie and say they will get back you, they won't answer emails either. After one sided communication from April 10 until April 18, it was radio silence until the sales staff responded to me with the attached text. If you're familiar with auto auctions, you know "Caveat Emptor" all sales are final and you can't return a purchased vehicle to an auto auction. I went in on the 15th of this month (July 2022) because I found a Nissan 370Z Silver online. I asked for the price and they sat me down with Mike ! At first very easy going and then said ! You need 8k for the car due to credit. I said ok...let me make a phone call. And told him ok ! Let's do it. Hey! I had to start rebuilding credit somehow. Why not ! You have to pay to play in order to move forward. I gave him my company DEBIT card ! And swiped away. 8k Then he asked me for bank statements. He then said ! Can you give me a copy of statements with your name on it and not your company ? I said let me see what I can do. I told him my account was not in the states. And was going to take a bit for her to send me everything. He said ! "bro" bring me a go-signer and we'll get it done. I said let me see what I can do. I then left. He gave me a refund receipt, and I was realistic. It was Friday. And I'm like it should take 24-72hours for it to go back to my account. Due to the fact of the weekend. When the 3-4 days passed ! I had my assistant check my accounts. No refunds what so ever. I own a business myself and know how long it takes ! And it shouldn't take long. I went in the following Friday ! Cause this coward ! Never returns phone calls , and put people to speak for him. So what did I do ? I drove down to the dealership. One of his employees or "salesman " was blocking my door. i went to them even after reading some negative reviews. they bugged me multiple times on their annoying text msg system to make sure i was going to follow through on an appointment. about an hour before the appointment, i asked if it was ok to go 30 to 60 mins earlier. they take half an hour to respond and then tell me the car i was going to test drive just has been sold. so if i hadnt texted them, i wouldve gone to a car that doesn't exist and no communication was made to me even tho they bug you about an appointment confirmation. that being said, i inquired about another car, asking what the best deal is and they respond in their broken english that im trying to lowball them. i asked them what the best deal was! i didnt offer them a price. i told them my budget was 8k* but i would be interested in their 12k* priced car (honestly, not even that big of a reach in todays market). im glad i didnt do business with them. the negative reviews have to be true and not an exaggeration. screw car shopping, and this business doesnt help the situation at all lol look at how they respond to people. read more

Bought a black 2013 Dodge Durango R/T from them with a "clean" title. Once I paid to have it shipped, found out the vehicle had been in a major accident and was never reported to insurance so of course it has a clean title. Took the vehicle to a mechanic and body shop, both quoted the repairs to be near 8000.00. I shipped the car back and can now see that it is back on their lot 9/12/2023. Be very aware of the cars sold here. I was told that they had done an inspection but would not provide me with that inspection. The front tires were bald and toed in. Was told that the subframe is more than likely bent. Wow!! I got my money back and so did the bank but for a $17+k car, you should expect a safe car. Also, watch out for their extra charges. Can bump your purchase price up to 2000 more than agreed upon. Mike and Bella were both very nice to deal with but that was because they were trying to get rid of a problem child. Best of luck to the next buyer. So, if you read his response, Mike wants to call us liars. I still have the estimates for the repairs from the auto body shop and the mechanic. I didn't lie. Michel was very friendly BUT he told me that the car I was looking at said was 100% fixed so just to make sure my dad recommended to me to take the car to my personal mechanic and have him check it out. So I did that and there was about eight or so problems with the car and those were a bunch of red flags. When I went in to see the car it had a slight rattling sound and the dealer of the lot told me that it will get looked at but not to worry since it was an old car. Plz do not purchase a vehicle from here! Especially if you going to finance it, the vehicles that are sold here require a lot of maintenance and imagine have to deal with that on top of the vehicle being financed. Go to reputable dealer like Ford or Toyota instead; there literally soooo many dealers you have no reason to come here. I purchased my first vehicle from here 4 months ago and it's been a nightmare! I should of known better but I let my emotions and my need for a vehicle to get the best of me plz let that not be the case for you. First of all they sold me some kind of warranty I attempted to call the number that's on my contract and no one has picked up the phone! that warranty was about 8,000 well there goes my down payment. Second of all they told me the tires were brand new on the vehicle and would last me quite a while, that was not the case. I do not appreciate being told false truth why not just say nothing instead. They were coated in grease or some type of oil at the time of purchasing the vehicle and when the grease came off you were able to see how cracked and old they were, they had to be replaced not even within a month of owning the Jeep that was a 1200 dollars expense not including labor. They couldn't even change the oil within days of me owing the car I had to get an oil change as well. Heck the cars was disgustingly dirty at the time of purchasing they didn't even wash the car much less detail the car or anything before they put it up for sale. There was white stains all over the seats mind you the seats are cloth as well as the floor mats had to be thrown away due to them being covered in oil and grease which never came off. You will never see a car in the condition of this one at a Ford or Honda. And that's not even the worst part my mechanic told me that it need yet another $1700+ dollars in maintenance! The Jeep has 137k+ miles on it and it still has the original stock shocks on it which should have been replaced after 100k miles. He even said that the Jeep had the wrong coolant in. I will provide a list so you can see for yourself how much stuff it needs done to it. I'm paying almost 600 a month in payment that does not include insurance for this car. And on top of that I have to constantly deal with basic mechanical issues it has. I've already invested a few thousand in just keeping up with the constant issues of owning the vehicle. Tires, headlights, taillights, floor mats, gas cap, oil changes, I even replaced the front bumper because when I purchased the Jeep the stock one was dented. However, I know I'm the one to blame for purchasing the vehicle shouldn't of done it. Should I asked more questions, should of had it inspected by a mechanic, and I should of used my brain and some common sense. But I didn't and now I'm paying the price. Any dealership is going to do the same thing in the end their job is to sell you a car overpriced. But these type of small whole in the wall dealerships at the absolute worst I don't think not one car on the lot doesn't have issues. They are not the exception and I'm especially upset about the warranty they sold me. This is what inspired me to make a review, the warranty they sold me isn't what I wanted. Drove in from Palmdale, I was dealing with the owner.... Slightly bald Armenian gentlemen. From the start he was very aggressive to the point I asked him to stop standing so close because his breath smelt as bad as a truck stop restroom. He began to show me a 5 series BMW when I originally showed for a 7 series. The 5 series was repainted and when you looked down the side it had some serious waves. He kept saying I will make you a killer deal... even though I told him I wasn't interested. I kept asking about a few other vehicles on the lot and he claimed they were already sold. By far the weirdest experience in my life when it came to buying a car. Typical bate and switch. I also had my wife with me, there was two other gentlemen that wouldn't stop staring at her. Don't buy a car from here about 4 months ago I purchased a chrysler 300 srt and 2 weeks after owning the car my pulley completely came off the crankshaft which isn't suppose to happen to any car so I called to see if we can get some help and I never got a response and Mike was being very rude even when purchasing the car he was being rude didn't let me talk and just overall rude so I payed that out of pocket and 2 months after that my cars engine blew so we kept calling and calling to see if we can get some help and we never got a response until we now got a response from Mike and again being rude just doesn't want to help in any type of way and once again being RUDEEE don't recommend this place whats so ever horrible experience with these people !! read more

REALLY REALLY Really bad customer service. The man who was outside helping me was giving me so much attitude and was very grumpy, agitated and very impatient. He was making me feel like I couldn't afford any car. The man that was sitting inside give me a really weird look. And he was touching himself and showing his hairy stomach. Ughh!! Super disgusting! I went to this dealership to look at a 2013 Mini cooper with my wife (early christmas gift). Things were good until the test drive. The car sounded and drove like it had 200k miles on it. Im very skepticle especially for a car with only 47k miles on it. I asked him whats with the issues. He said if you dont like it you can leave. I asked to see another minicooper with less issues, the salesman said I would just chimp out and began to say you people waste my time and cant afford these cars (referring to my race and had I 10k cash in hand). Very unprofessional, I didnt expect that from a dealership. Please go elsewhere. Above all, it really upset my wife. Save yourself the time and money. TERRIBLE PEOPLE! read more

Michel Klhaif is nice and friendly when he wants to make a sale. I know, make a "two minute friend" is what they call it in sales. I've worked in sales for a good bit of my career. I still like to belive that there are good in people. However, this is not the case. This dealership only cares about the sale and nothing else. I bought a 2013 MINI from them thinking the car is in good condition. I honestly should've known when Michel said to tell the lender that "nothing is wrong with it" that something was up. As it turns out, within a few days or so of buying it the check engine light comes on for a faulty downstream 02 sensor. I end up calling them several times. We finally get the repair done, cool. They replaced the wrong 02 sensor. I call them several times through the span of months to just to get this fixed like he said he would. I never hear from him again. So I did some further investigating and as it turns out, they sold me a vehicle with illegal modifications. The car has a heat shield that melted the valve cover, a torn mass air intake boot that was secured with electrical tape, and most importantly, a cheat spacer between the downstream 02 Sensor and exhaust pipe which will trick the system into thinking that the car is actually running fine with emissions. I finally decide to go down to Michel's shop to talk to him and hopefully reason with him and have the car reverted back to stock or at least remedy these vital issues of which they are legally responsible for by way of them selling a vehicle with illegal modifications. Instead, I get yelled at because I brought him the estimate and I'm told "What ever service we provide is complimentary! We don't have to do it"! As if they're doing me a service of which I still haven't gotten; so what "complimentary service" did I recieve other than the one time I go to their mechanic all the way in Norco only for them to replace the wrong O2? I've worked in sales for years and I've never worked with, colleague or otherwise, anyone so unprofessional. The conversation ends with no result. I go back to the car I've purchased from them and another customer approaches and we have a conversation about cars. To be very specific, we were talking about how we both had cars from FCA, my issue I had with a Jeep that I used to have and how he was looking for a car "just to say" he "looked at a car" to his girl. I gave my honest opinion and experience, customer to customer, man to man. My honest opinion and review while still being impartial and without even slandering the dealership or Michel himself. I leave on my way back home to SCV only to finally receive a callback from All In Auto after calling them several times through the span of months. I'm thinking okay, maybe Michel had a bad morning and we can have a proper conversation. Instead, I get yelled at again and was told "you have no right to talk shit about my store to other customers at my store"! I'm sure he said some other things but at that point I'm on my way back to the store. I get back to the store and he's with other customers so I'm being courteous to them. Once they leave, I tell him without yelling "All the times I've called yall you can't return them to fix the issues but you can call me with some bullshit?" He starts raising his voice again. I told him flat out "you will not tell me who I can and can't speak to and where I can and cannot do it". "I didn't say anything out of line and I gave my honest feedback". He still raising his voice and I'm told him "you sold me a vehicle with illegal modifications which in the state of CA you legally cannot do". To further reiterate, I did not once raise my voice because it solves nothing. He's still yelling and he's talking over me. I told him "if you had any integrity or ethics about your dealership you wouldn't be acting the way you are". His employee watched this happen to which I tell the employee "that is who you work for". Michel then yells "you're not welcome here anymore"! I wasn't gonna write this but I felt obligated to for you the consumer. Don't shop here. read more
