    **Let's set this straight... my name is Fernando Bryan Palacios because clearly this moron doesn't know who's writing and says it's a fake account 1. You shouldn't care what name I use if you actually read the contract instead of having a big mouth you would see that my middle name is Bryan 2. Instead of now talking about the warranty you should of told me this first hand at the beginning of contract, you saying "read the contract" clearly states that your used to making ppl sign without letting them know what useless warranty you offer. 3. Of course you cussed me out look at the videos and if you can't hear it put volume and also show me proof of your text records I got proof too Everything I have stated is not fiction they are FACTS and PROOF of what to avoid at this dealership and specifically you the videos don't change the truth to lies. It's stated and recorded. Next time have a better comeback don't just make up lies or try to cover up anything

    I'm not even sure where to start. Spent $300 on a car detail because the inside carpet had dog feces... but I'll get to that in a moment. Every time I call, the receptionist Bella notifies me that she will tell Michael, but I never get a call back from them anytime I call. The vehicle I bought ended up being nearly $4k over the price I thought it was going to be. (Website said it was $15k online and the bank charged me $19k for the vehicle) which is fine I just wish I had known lmao After having the vehicle for a couple days I realized that there was a funny smell coming from the air vents, I took the vehicle into Subaru to find out that it was missing an air filter. The air filter that it DID have (because it had one air filter in the engine, no filter in the air conditioner) were covered in dirt and dust. The owner has denied this, I have receipts from Subaru and photo proof that the air filters were missing. The smell was still there, I took it in to get detailed, and the car detailer told me that the inside of the carpet had dog waste!! DOG FECES! I don't even have a dog! Spent $300 on the detail. $150 for the actual car cleaning and an extra cost for the odor elimination. I am horrified. Totally disgusted that they sold it to me like that. (Edit: the detailers notified me that the water was black after shampooing the carpets and joked about wearing hazmat suits.) I feel stupid for not smelling it when I bought it but all the windows were rolled down when I test drove it and purchased it. It smelled like wet dog for a few months I tried air fresheners and finally just got it detailed when I could afford it. I'm grateful that I cleaned my poopy vehicle because it is reliable but oh my god!! You can't make this crap up. EDIT: The company owner has now denied everything in this review an hour after I posted it. Funny that they can reply to a bad review but can't ever call me back regarding anything! I've seen other reviews complain how they don't call back but will talk crap on reviews. The company also laughed at my concerns rather than addressing them. Karma will poop on your door step one day!

    What a great car buying experience! No pressure at all and Mike and Alberto were very polite. We even didn't decide right away but they offered to print out a Carfax and sent us on our way without guilt or pressure to buy. After spending the day at several other used car dealers, we were confident that All In Autos was where we wanted to purchase our kid's first car. Nice guys, no pressure, fair price. No need to be worried, come here for your used car, such a pleasant experience. Thanks Mike and Alberto!

    RUN! Despicable used car dealership. Fraudulent business practices! Avoid these folks at all costs. Sold my dream car out from under me and lied by saying it was "sent back to an auto auction". Michael (Manager) and Maribel operate this business shrewdly with the worst communication I've experienced over my 9 years buying and reselling cars. I was interested in purchasing a 2006 Mercedes SLK55 AMG out of state and reached out to them on April 10 ready to place a deposit on the car. Michael promised a detailed invoice with price breakdown, that I could put a deposit on the car, and schedule a PPI inspection with a mechanic of my choosing. NONE of this came to fruition. Dealing with these jokers is like pulling teeth. The manager won't answer his phone or respond to texts, sales staff lie and say they will get back you, they won't answer emails either. After one sided communication from April 10 until April 18, it was radio silence until the sales staff responded to me with the attached text. If you're familiar with auto auctions, you know "Caveat Emptor" all sales are final and you can't return a purchased vehicle to an auto auction. This dealership is a disgrace to other reputable dealers in the LA area. Spend your money somewhere else. Run like hell from All In Auto Group!!!

    Let's me start with this I drove 93 miles to purchase a car from Mich at all in Auto. The reason for that is I fully trust and know that Mich will provide me with stellar white glove service every time we have an interaction. I originally purchased a car from Mich in Riverside back in 2015 , he then immediately sold my niece a car, my friends a car and so on not only did I have a great experience working with him but whenever I call and refer someone he always delivers and exceeds my expectations. I am happy when I can send him business because the return by him helping my friends and family with there vehicle purchases is priceless I had a friend who had a horrible experience with a local dealer spent 3 days getting the run around which we all know is frustrating so yesterday I said hey I have this guy who is amazing and will get you want and need with no BS my friend said ok so I immediately jumped on the phone called Mich and explained the situation as he always does in less than1 hour my friend was approved and we were on our way to pick up the car that my friend selected, Mich had it all ready to go when we arrived. If you looking for a car you have 1,000's of options we all know that but if you looking for a car and want a seamless experience I suggest you go to All in Auto no matter your background or credit Mich treats everyone with respect. Heis Definitely on of the elite in Car Sales!!! Much is honest, caring and straight forward with what is required from you to get you the car you're looking for. I will not only continue to purchase my cars from both All in Auto & Mich but I will continue to Refer all of my friends and family to him as well

I leased my 2025 CRV from here last year and have gone back two times since then for service. I got a great price on my lease and the experience was smooth, but there were hiccups and annoyances at both of my service appointments. I'll save myself the headache and try a different Honda dealership for my next service appointment.

My wife was recently rear ended on her way to work one morning,…read moreand being that her car was model year 2008 with 240k miles, our insurance ended up totaling it out after we got the estimate for repairs. So we started car shopping for a new (used - new to us) vehicle to be her daily driver & work commute vehicle. I did a lot of research, and we found a 2014 BMW x3 with low miles & in great condition at the CDJR used car dealer on Van Nuys Blvd. (Note, this is not the CDJR new car dealership that's a little farther north on Van Nuys Blvd. Part of the same family of dealers, but this review is for their used car lot a farther south on Van Nuys Blvd.) My wife and I showed up there at 7pm, after a day of driving to dealerships all over and test driving vehicles, and found the sales associates at this lot to be a breath of fresh air. We dealt directly with Moises, and he was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable about the car we were there to see, and just overall seemed like a good guy. We text drove the BMW x3, liked it (my wife loved it), but we couldn't purchase at that moment because we were still waiting for the insurance payout on the totaled vehicle. We didn't want to lose the BMW to another buyer, so we put a $1,000 deposit down on my debit card, the following day.....although in retrospect we should have done it that same night, I just couldn't pull the trigger on the deposit, but after driving home, my wife and I talked about our positive experience at this dealer, and our really positive experience with Moises, and we decided that was the right vehicle (so I went back the next day & put the deposit down.) Ultimately we ended up not purchasing the vehicle because our insurance gave us an owner retained settlement offer a couple days later, and my wife and I decided to go with that option, so I returned to Keyes CDJR used cars, and had to ask for a refund of the deposit. I explained the situation to a manager, and he was extremely understanding & professional about the whole situation......the refund was issued, I got a receipt and I was in & out in about 30 minutes. A couple days later the refund showed up on my debit card, exactly as it should. Overall, it was an extremely positive used car buying experience (even though we didn't end up buying the car), and didn't have any of the weird salesman, sleazy tactics that most people associate with used car dealers. If & when the time comes that we're ready to buy a used car, this dealership will absolutely be our first stop! A+ to these guys, and their professional manners/etiquette!

    I do not recommend coming here to buy a new car if you want a good, honest deal…read more I recently leased a new vehicle from this dealership, and what should have been an exciting purchase turned into a frustrating experience. The truck was delivered with visible scratches already on it. When I flagged this, I was told to bring it back in for repair -- but instead of offering a loaner vehicle so I could still get around, they only offered an Uber to and from my house for the day. That was just the start. Since taking delivery, I've had an airbag warning light come on and noticed the alignment is off -- not exactly what you expect from a brand-new truck. The finance side of things was its own headache. The moment the paperwork was signed, the finance manager seemed to vanish -- no one on staff could tell me where to find them for follow-up questions. I'd strongly encourage anyone buying here to read every line of your contract before signing, because add-ons have a way of getting added without a clear conversation about them. To make matters worse, I've called the main sales line multiple times asking to have Gustavo call me back -- silence every time. Even showing up in person, nobody at the dealership seems to know where he is. At this point it's easier to find Jesus than it is to find him. My salesperson, Mandeep, was nice and helpful throughout the process -- but that seems to be true of everyone here right up until you sign. After that, it's like you're dead to them. Part of this is on me -- I didn't shop around enough beforehand, and other dealers later quoted me a noticeably cheaper price for the same truck. Lesson learned, but it also means this dealership knew they weren't offering a competitive deal and sold it to me anyway. Between the vehicle condition at delivery, the ongoing mechanical issues, the vanishing finance manager, and now an unreachable salesperson, I'd think twice before buying here -- and I'd definitely get quotes elsewhere first. All of this was reflected in the survey w/ Stellantis. Mandeep input my email address incorrectly but I got it... tsk tsk. And to the management team, you have my number if you need to reach me. Don't put some canned response.

On the day my vehicle was ready to be picked up Peter wasn't able to wait for me to be off work but made sure everything was completely prepared ahead of time. (Even caught the other advisor by suprised how he had left everything ready to go) ....The rental car swap was seamless and my keys were ready for me. The finance manager who handled it (Brandon) lied straight to my face when I asked if it could be used at ANY Chevy dealership. Late last year I needed a sensor replaced, and took it to my local dealership. They made me call back and forth between them and the service contract company for hours before agreeing to release the contract so I could have it serviced somewhere other than Van Nuys. I thought that was the end of it. Nope. Today I went back to my local dealership to get another sensor replaced, and wouldn't you know it? The contract needed to be released again by Van Nuys despite them saying they had permanently released it. I waited for FIVE hours for them, no release. My entire day wasted for something that should have taken half an hour. They lied to me when I purchased the car, they lied to me when I tried to deal with this contract bull last year, and they lied to me today when they said they couldn't release it permanently to my local dealership because they're greedy POSs. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone again, and I will make sure everyone I know learns about how shady they are. The only person who wasn't a liar was Filipe, the sales guy who I dealt with originally. I ended up going back to them to get my service contract cancelled and refunded.

I get that it's difficult going to a dealership nowadays but if i were to get another Kia, i would come right back here without question. I didn't like the dealer add ons but they did manage to get me the payments i wanted, the rate was way better than i got from chase. Angel was my sales guy. Very rare nowadays but he's authentic and i'm glad my appointment was with him. He took care of me and showed me the vehicle i wanted. We took a test drive and that was it, i knew i wanted her. He worked with the finance people and managed to get me my rate. Took care of the vehicle before i picked it up and showed me around the functions. Overall, look for Angel, he's a honest good guy. Farid is the manager that approached me while waiting and offered me a drink and was nice enough to chat with me while my paperwork was being written up. Congratulated me in the end and also said goodbye which i appreciated. Jacob, reached out to me on the phone in the morning concerning my appointment with Angel and i appreciated him for that. Made my appointment seemless. Finally Russell. Just all around great finance manager. Got my rate and then made it way lower while i was able to get additional packages. So that was really cool. I didn't want the packages but if the terms were the same but the rate and payment went down, then i'm all for it. Thank you for taking great care of me Russell. Hopefully i got his name right. Overall, it was a great experience, my only complaints are dealer add ons and i wish i got the exact car i wanted with the additional GT1 package but it was sold and i got the 2nd best. Also the music in the showroom doesnt help but aside from that. I'd come back.

The kid who was supposed to do a test drive a car with me said maybe I should find somebody else to help me. Never been treated like this in a dealership before. I said never mind and left. The place didn't feel that clean either; lots of little trash on the floor. Not a good experience
