Walked in to parts for a simple $1.00 Rod clip and part number for it, for my car. The employee pull up an entire assembly telling me that you cannot buy the Rod Clip which you can get anywhere. And 3rd party companies make them you can buy on amazon, ebay, autozone. You name it. And telling me I had to buy the entire assembly. I told him, I would go to another dealer to get the part and part number. As I walked away, he called me "Buddy" which by itself would be a little weird but not the worst thing in the world. But still kind of rude. But in my case, things get a little more complex. About a year ago, I bought a 2013 Corvette in Pensylvania and was driving it back to california. When I hit Colorado, where I went to College. Mass groups wanted to cover up their crime spree against me in the 90's which I didn't know was going on. The first night at the Ramada, the next morning I woke up and my corvette's right front suspension was tampered with. The leveling bolt on a C6. I didn't know much about the Vette's then as I took it to John Elway Cheverelet in Denver met with HATE, Rage, insults, inuendoes, Provokings, and of course BUDDY. While met with Suspension lies for a $100 fix. They tried to upsell me $6000 coil over upgrades with their auto industry friends. I also needed my oil changed so I asked them to do an oil change. A few days after the oil change I noticed my oil pressure had dropped from 40 - 60 PSI to 6 Psi as I shut down and took it to Stevenson's Cheverlet met with more hate, their mass group whistling tactics, Buddy's and a lot more. So, in the last year, almost every auto shop, auto body, auto related place I've been to I've been called Buddy, over, and over and over. While they try to PROVOKE me into reactions while they run around saying I'm crazy, and a violent paranoid schizofrenic to try to cover up what they are doing to my life. To make a long story short in this mass criminal conspiracy. They wanted 22k for a new crate motor and destroyed my corvette. Of course padding it with uneeded items like Radiators and such. While mass crimes with the Ramada, 4 other hotels, security companies, and a lot more in Denver and Boulder were going on directed at me while I was filing police reports over and over and documenting it all from all this hate directed at me. And documented on audio and video because they won't leave me alone. With their you had better not talk thuggings. After this, they have significant'y ramped up working with groups trying to destroy my other cars, and all the shops I've been to all across the United States are now calling me BUDDY in repetition in a mass conspiracy of hate. Ok, while sticking to this location. Trying to buy a simple $1 item to fix my car will end up costing you an arm and a leg. The mass conspiracies from shop to shop while people are throwing bottles at my cars on the freeways working with them, keying my cars, ramming my cars, and an unheard of slew of endless councidences while this shop and others verbally harass me is clearly not how businesses are normally run. And after this I drove out to another cheverlet dealer in Glendale for the part or part number, and he instantly knew me. Played james bond games asking me how I had the part print out trying to make me feel like I did something wrong. And once again lied and refused to give me a part number telling me one did not exist for this part. I asked him to turn the monitor towards me and click on the diagram. And sure enough there was a picture of a Rod Clip with a part number and had him write it down. Now, do you think that these are trustworthy people that you want to do business with? An oil change will cost you 22K, a new belt will cost you 50K and spit in your hair. I think you get the point. While clearly this isn't happening to most people, especially for 44 years from place to place like me. It still gives you an idea of the Morales, values, and Integrity of this business and the ones they are linked to as far as how far they will go to steal your money, and try to silence you. So I guess what I'm saying is that, this is not a trustworthy business. And if you go in, be very careful. Especially in the parts department. But still, a 30K car might end up costing you 60K and 30K in the salesmans pocket. Sure we all know the old phrase, don't trust a Used Car Salesman. But trust me, these guys are way worse! Especailly the amount of shops in the Auto Industry I've dealt with in this mass conspiracy of their's since 16, while people keep taking turns on me and my cars since I was 16. Remember, a $1.00 Rod Clip will cost you hundreds, and an oil change with their partners in Denver is costing me about 20K which they are trying to silence me over And no, this is not NORMAL! This is not how the World Normally Works for most people. Even Lamborghini, Mclaren, Or Ferrari Owners. Thumbs Down! Stay Far Away!!! I would not send my worst enemy here. Full disclaimer, this review is for the service center. As a female who has been working on cars since I was 10 years old, I am very highly offended on how I've been treated at Keyes Chevy. I have a C7 Corvette, Chevrolet's flagship vehicle. I bought the car as a certified pre-owned which means it has multiple warranties on it. The car overheated on me and coolant was flooding out of the car. According to members of the C7 forum, this is a pretty typical problem that any dealership should be aware of. I had it towed into Keyes Chevy after Chevy roadside assistance helped me. Chevy roadside confirmed that they told the service center to call me once the car arrived. That never happened. I then called them and proceeded to be placed on hold for 30 minutes, which ended with someone promising I'd get a call back. That never happened. To keep this part of the rant short, Keyes would not provide me a loaner vehicle even though they acknowledged this would be covered under either warranty. However, they said I could have ran over a boulder or something and may be trying to pull a fast one over on them. Bruce T (Service Manager) and Alex K (Service Adviser) were the two that were in charge of 'helping' me. I ultimately had to call corporate who escalated this to the California corporate office. After fighting for over an hour and a half, Bruce finally got me a rental car. Today I was told my car was ready for pick up. I dropped the rental off and walked over. Alex K was helping someone else, so I waited patiently to even get acknowledged. Bruce told me yesterday that they were 3 people understaffed. Today it seemed about the same. Very odd to me. Alex finally acknowledged me even though he was chatting with his 'friend' in a different language for a while before talking to me. He handed me the key and said 'Ok bye'. I reminded him that I required a copy of the service order so I had everything on record. He kind of rolled his eyes and said that there was a new process and it would take him a lot of time. I said I'd wait for him to get it. 10 minutes later, he gave me a copy of the report so I walked to my car. When I was putting my bags in the trunk, I noticed some fresh scratches on the rear bumper of my C7. I went back inside to talk to Alex K, but he had taken off with his 'friend' previously mentioned. One of his other coworkers said he'd try to find him. 10 more minutes later he showed back up. I told him about the scratches and he came out to look. Once he saw them, he walked away to go back into the building, almost causing me to chase him. He didn't even hold the door open for me and let it almost slam in my face. He said the only thing he could do is have me call Bruce T in the morning. I told him I needed something in writing acknowledging that the scratches were there and that he saw them. What if I left the lot and they claimed that they werent there when I left? He flat out refused until his coworker Rene stepped in and told him to simply write it on my service order. He dragged his feet and did it. I then asked Alex for Bruce's direct line in order to avoid their phone tree and he said they didn't have direct lines. So I asked for his extension and he said they didn't have extensions either. I've called them at a direct line before so I knew he was lying to me. Rene then stepped in again and gave me Bruce's direct line and said Alex was relatively new. I then asked Alex K that if he didn't know, just say so and ask a coworker. Alex then got angry with me, called up the next customer and ignored me. I asked him why he was ignoring me and he said 'I am done with you!' and threw my paperwork at me. At this point, I am in tears. Why would I go somewhere for someone to treat me like this? Why would I buy from Chevrolet who PRIDES themselves in customer satisfaction for Alex to simply dismiss me like trash? Why do I have to become an angry, mean person in order for them to live up to Chevrolet's standards and not walk all over me because I'm a female? The only redeeming quality was Rene. He saw me visibly very upset and decided to take me outside and view the damage for himself. Rene agreed that the scratches looked fresh and that I should not deal with Alex in the future. I have a call scheduled with GMC Customer Engagement tomorrow as I feel like they should know what this franchise is doing to their customers and damaging vehicles while under their care. *Multiple people have contacted me asking how to get their complains escalated. The number to call is 800-222-1020 (Beware, the call center is in the Phillipines) hit 1 three times to be connected to the right department. Let that person know your complaint about Keyes Chevrolet and you would like it escalated to the California Devision. From there, the California devision will contact you regarding the complaint and will flag the franchise. read more

I had the car towed in at noon on Saturday and informed them that that it would not start and I suspected the battery and the alternator. I told them that the battery had been installed approximately 2-1/2 years ago and that the previous battery had only lasted 2-1/2 years. The car had been jumpstarted numerous times as a result and that was why I suspected the alternator. They informed me that they would probably not be able to look at the car until Monday. I received a follow-up call around 6:30 pm that night informing me that they had not looked at it but would first thing on Monday.   I called repeatedly on Monday and left messages. I informed them that I would need to know by 4:30 if I needed to pick up the car as I would need that much time to get there before 6 pm closing. I finally reached another service manager at 4:55 who told me that he would get a hold of my service manager or call me back within 10 minutes. The call finally came in at 5:22 stating that they had no idea what was wrong but suspected the ECM.   On Tuesday, I received a call at 1:34 informing me that the battery was indeed dead and that there was something causing it to drain and that they had assigned another technician. I called back repeatedly. Unable to make contact, I drove home and finally reached my service manager. I asked him if we were above the $500 minimum for them to reimburse me for a rental and was told yes. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was told that the problem was the battery and the alternator but that they still had not found what was causing the drain. At this point, the estimate was $1400. I was given a fleet car to drive.   I started researching alternators and batteries. Estimates for my car in my area were between $350 (refurbished) and $650 (new) for an alternator and $100 or less to install. I was looking at twice that much for having had the misfortune of having my car towed to the dealership.   Wednesday and Thursday were more of the same. I would call at least 10 times before contacting and no new news other than they had received the alternator on Thursday. They checked on my battery and found that it was 3 weeks out of warranty. This was now the 3rd battery being installed at the same dealership on an 8 year old car. The previous 2 times they had merely dropped a new one in and sent me on my way.   Finally on Friday, my car was ready. When I discussed the battery issue, he made a big deal about needing some time to go thru the numbers and see what he could do about giving me a discount and asked me to go sit in the lounge. I finally approached him about a half hour later. He was doing paperwork on other cars, no customers were waiting. He gathered up my paperwork and spoke to his manager and came back saying that he would waive the battery installation. The bill came to over $1700. It should not take over an hour to pay the bill and pick up the car.   At the bottom of the bill, it showed a no-charge for checking the tires and stated that this was required by law. When I drove home, my front tires read 27 psi and the back ones read 28 when the specification is 30. Obviously this was not done. He had stated that he would do a thorough inspection of the car. I doubt that it was done. Two days after getting my car back, it started gushing anti-freeze. I do not know if it is at all related to my car being at the dealership but needless to say I will find somewhere else to get it fixed. read more

Hi all I just got my Volt from Keyes Chevrolet in Van Nuys CA Saturday 10/6/12. I researched on the net thru TrueCar.com (among others) then to keyeschevy.com Daniel Oah their internet manager answered my email and we had an email dialog on options, discounts, trade-in and financing. I made an appointment (first/last dealer) and visited the showroom. Daniel introduced me to Asaf Simha sales consultant. Asaf assisted me on my demo drive around town, showed me the car's features and answered my questions. They both had a supportive and low key sales approach, a requirement for me. I have traditionally utilized a credit union intermediary for purchases to avoid high pressure sales. I've been researching plug-in vehicles seriously for 5 years. I had deposits on the Aptera and Leaf. I decided on the Volt and was shopping dealers for the best incentives, trade-in and financing. I had previously purchased a Volvo 1800ES in '72 from Keyes that I drove happily for 15 years. I am an electrical engineer and have wanted a plug-in auto since I was a child. I am a member of the Electric Auto Association and participate in meetings. There is a good article on Volt mileage and one on EV myths in the September issue.I suggested that Keyes have issues on hand for potential buyers. I drove a private Volt at National Plug-in day event in San Pedro and a factory Volt at Alt Car Expo in Santa Monica (good pizza too). I have driven the Focus EV, iMiev, Leaf, RAV-4 and rode in a Tesla roadster. A friend is getting a Tesla S. I have driven my PT Cruiser for 12 years, 198,000 happy miles. I do all my own maintenance and repair per factory recommendations or better. The only significant service needed was the scheduled timing belt and water pump replacement and a leaky radiator. I enjoyed the reliability, mileage, packaging utility and styling. I look forward to the same from the Volt. I also own, drive and restore/maintain a '69 Lamborghini Espada, '70 Norton Commando motorcycle, '56 Ford F100 pickup 'hot rod' and a VW based sandrail. I am retired so do not have a commuter profile. A plug-in hybrid fits my needs best though I strongly considered a BEV on principle.My wife influenced me toward a plug-in hybrid.It will be more convenient for vacations than a pure EV and it may become her car when I get my next plug-in. I decided to purchase a Topaz Blue base model off the lot with no options. Keyes offered a $2000 GM discount and $2500 dealer holiday discount. I negotiated a value for my PT trade-in and the 3 year warranty extension. They agreed to include zero percent 5 year financing utilizing the discounts and trade-in as 'down payment'. The discounts, Fed tax credit and California rebate total $15,000 off MSRP... and the Volt qualifies for CA HOV lane access. I bought the Volt. I thanked Asaf for his informative demos for me and my wife, support on trade-in and financing, driving to my home to get my trade-in title, programming Onstar and my cellphone. How to start, looked on line, called about a car, got transferred to Roger Simon, told him that I need a car right now, first mistake right, told him I had seen a car on line and I was interested in it. I told asume I have bad credit and no down payment told him that I would offer a certian amount under what they wanted, he said he would check and get back to me. He called back and said that to fiance I would need a down payment. Ok, now what about the price he told me that internet prices are the rock bottom. Try again. he transferred me to someone else I explained I want a price cut after all it was a used car, very rudely the gentleman said he was losing $1,500.00 at that price, OK. Called asked for Randy he said that the car had sold but since he knew what I wanted he would keep looking for me and get back to me. never heard back. So thinking that, that was that, the next morning I went to a rival Chevy dealer. I was sitting there having them run my credit, and I got a call from Randy. He apologizes for not getting back to me, but said he found car that I might like and to look it up. I did it seem perfect called him pack and he said he would offer it at this price less than advertised and they could fiance it with in my parameters , Told him I wanted to see what the dealer I was at would do. Still waiting for over an hour got a call from Randy gave me a better offer and offered to pick me up and drive me down with no guarantee on my part. The other dealer was not helping at all. Randy picked me up drove away with 30 minutes. Great right Joe Serpico was great in the fiance department and I explain why. The loan fit perfect for me and he let me make the down payments in in stalements. now the bad, got home and realized that there were no floor mats, called Randy he talked to the sales manager, advised buy them after market, I said it was certified per owned and that on this model they were standard, no help alright my fault, Made the first payment on the down payment Randy asked how was the car told great but mentioned the mats. Now that I'm home I look the car over again and see one of the door seals is torn, since They would provided the mats I figured that if they would cover the mats they sure are going to cover the door seals, again my bad, Called Joe to make my final down payment and he asked about the car I told I liked it but was still disappointed in the way the mats and now the door seal had been handled, arranged for my final payment for the next couple of days, and that was that. 30 minutes later Joe called back he had gone to the GM and expressed my frustration with the little things on the car had he said that they would pay the last portion of my down payment. Bottom LIne, Got the car I wanted, Got the financing I wanted, And in the end, Joe Serpico Randy Simon and the GM, got the job done. I have had a couple subpar experiences at Keyes Chevrolet but nothing mind-blowing. Keeping me waiting a long, long time when I'd been assured "only an hour" was the worst offense -- until now. So here I am. I brought my car into Keyes yesterday for routine maintenance on my leased SUV. The long-story-short is, they played me for a sucker and I got mansplained into $235 in services. And they'd wanted more. You see, they wanted to install something for the rear tires that would allow them to more thoroughly align my carriage. My model doesn't come with that part "for some reason" but once I pay for installation and THAT alignment, all would be well. WTF. I passed on that nonsense. It screamed SCAM. And then when I got my car back, it was pulling hard to the left -- the alignment was dangerously askew. So I went back today more determined. I immediately asked for the Manager; a gentleman (and I now use that word generously) in thick aviator sunglasses named Matt. Matt, to his credit, quickly acquiesced and refunded my money (not for the oil change or tire rotation, just the alignment) and said he'd have the car fixed inside an hour. An hour later, I stepped outside for some sun (it's COLD in that dealership) and noticed my car was just sitting. They hadn't even started yet. So I mentioned it to someone and she said they were just now putting it on the rack and it would be just a few minutes. A half hour later, no car. But here comes Matt to tell me one of my tires has a "lump" in it and I need a new tire. For $250. Should they get started on that? NO. I asked why no one had noticed that "lump" yesterday. My car was driving perfectly fine until I brought it to them for an oil change. He said "lady, as far as I'm concerned, I refunded your money and you and I are square." I told them to put my car - my tires - back the way they found it when I initially brought it in, and that I would no longer be servicing my vehicle there nor referring any business their way ever. Nor to any other Keyes dealerships. I felt like a GIRL. In the worst way. It was humiliating to feel scammed and embarrassing to be yelled at by this man in public, his face just a couple inches from mine. I know there is a massive issue with sexism and misogyny in the automotive industry. We've always known that, right? Women shouldn't shop for cars on their own (though I know plenty of women who certainly could), women don't "get" cars (though I know a ton of women whose knowledge would put any man's to shame) and so on. Well, the least I can do to fight it now is never bring my business to this dealership again and recommend you do not either. Furthermore, once this lease is up, you'll never again see me in Chevy vehicle. read more

I had the worst experience dealing with Chevrolet in Van Nuys, and I feel compelled to share it with others. I cannot stress enough how utterly disappointing my interactions with their parts department's manager, Sherome Staley, service advisor Pete Garcia, and service manager Christopher Miller have been. I initially visited the dealership on 11/11/2023, hoping for a simple oil change, tire rotation, and wiper replacement ahead of the rainy season. What followed was nothing short of a nightmare. I waited an astonishing 6 hours for a basic oil change and tire rotation. I didn't complain about the wait initially because I thought it was just a one-time inconvenience. However, the real frustration began when I had to wait over a week for wipers that had to be ordered and shipped. These wipers were supposed to be installed before the rain hit, as my current wipers were unsafe. To my astonishment, I discovered that my wipers had been sitting at Chevy's parts department for three days, and no one bothered to contact me about it. Service manager Christopher Miller dismissed my concerns and wrongly assumed that I didn't want to come in for the wiper change. He also failed to ensure that my service advisor, Pete, communicated with me about a muffler issue I had. It's unacceptable to make assumptions about paying customers. If I paid for the wipers and scheduled them for 11/11, it should be assumed that I want them installed as soon as possible. What's more, I'm still waiting for a call or follow-up about my muffler issue. To be brutally honest, this has been the most unprofessional and horrific service department I have ever dealt with. I have never encountered such issues with Honda, Volkswagen, or even Lexus, where I went next door and received exceptional customer service. I implore you to stay away from Chevrolet in Van Nuys. I've been waiting for my car to be completed for a whopping 15 days, and the lack of communication and professionalism from their service department is infuriating. I will continue to escalate this issue through Chevrolet's corporate channels and on social media until I receive the basic courtesy of communication for services I've already paid for. I can't wait to get out of this lease and never deal with Chevrolet again. read more

This was an extremely disappointing, frustrating, and upsetting experience. 1- Dropped my car off to an employee who was subsequently terminated before filing the paperwork for my vehicle. Therefore no other employee was able to locate my car or follow up with me regarding the status of my car for 4 business days. 2- When I called over the course of the 4 days I was put on hold repeatedly and offered no explanation as to why there were no diagnostics. I spoke to several service line people (Hector and Adrien) and eventually the manager Ziad. Ziad (the manager) was unable to locate my vehicle on your lot or in your files on Tuesday when he initially called me back( I dropped the car off on the previous Friday). He asked me in this conversation 'did you just drop off the vehicle because it is in the car park?' 3- I had to follow up multiple times that day to get any information or answers regarding the whereabouts of my vehicle. After calling two to three times on both Saturday and Monday with false information given to me from Alex (the employee you terminated). 4- When my vehicle was found I was told since the work had not been done yet I could retrieve my vehicle the following Monday(11/27)and the service would be free. 5- I took an uber from my residence for 1 hour to pick up my car and was charged $285.98 for the services that were meant to be free. I then had to drive back to work and was late (2hours) due to the traffic and slow service when I was retrieving my vehicle. 6- I have called GM service care line to file a complaint and was unable to get a response about the filing of the complaint at this time (awaiting call back from them). 7- I also left a message with Mr. Alpern the general manager of Keyes Chevy asking him to call me to discuss this matter in detail. I would never recommend or return to Keyes Chevrolet after this abhorrent debacle. I have been a loyal GM customer for over ten years and cannot believe that this situation was even possible. I'm a first time new car buyer. I like to think I'm pretty smart, possess common sense, etc but this place is a damn joke. They listed the 2012 Chevy Cruze for $13995 (Normal price $18000), I saw that as a good deal, test drove it, and as another reviewer stated they wanted me to sign things and run a credit report before they ever gave me a final price. Long story short, I didn't get a deal at all once I looked at my papers, I got maybe $2000 off at the end of it. Cut to the Saturday after I bought my car (bought it Thursday 4/12), my car was smoking, blowing out black smoke and a terrible smell while driving it in town. This is a NEW CAR! 5 miles on it when I left the dealership. I pulled over and let it sit for an hour, started it up and all was fine. Mind you I called the dealership and was not happy and all they could suggest was "bring it in Monday". Luckily all was fine. Cut to Monday. Driving home from work, my car stalls and then stops working, I shift, I gas, nada. I call the dealership who again is closed, get a tow truck, towed to the dealership, I got no sympathy, no "I'm sorry we'll fix this ASAP in the morning" NOTHING! I just bought a car from you, what's your problem!? Cut to Tuesday/today, I walk and bus from my place in Reseda to the dealership to find my clutch is out and "a few other things we can't tell for sure because the car isn't on", I'm assured by customer service that a rental car is covered. WRONG. $250 deposit (which I had to borrow from my room mate) PLUS $20 a day to cover insurance. I'm absolutely floored by the service and will be driving to the dealership tomorrow to give them a very nice sized chunk of not so nice words. Do not come to this place. read more

Where do I start, I have been so sadly disappointed with the service that I have gotten from Chevrolet the last few months. I had an issue with another dealer so I decided I would try another one. At first they were awesome they were super helpful and assisted me with everything. Gave them great reviews and realized later that I had an issue with my temp control on my truck and that it was because they went in to look at something on my mirrors and that was were the sensor is. I called back and told them about my problem and they were helpful said they would get on it and help. I made an appointment and to my surprise my truck wasnt seen till 11 when I brought it in at 9. They never kept me udated on what was going on with my truck and it took them till 8 at night to call me back about what was wrong. they began to tell me that nothing was wrong and it wasnt there fault and that I cant prove that it wasnt broken before I brought it in. Its a three year old truck, and the supervisor stated that things break and that it just happens and its not there fault. As I was talking to the supervisor he began to tell me that there was no one else above him and that the person that was is the owner. So from injury to insult he lies and says that he is the boss and that if a belt breaks in a car during an oil change should they fix it and it isnt there job. needless to say the service was terrible and lying on top of it all and to not try and understand is sad and terrible costumer service. I went back to Keyes Chevy today. I leased a Bolt there 2 days ago. I just had some questions about how you lock and unlock the hatchback, and how to operate the 10 inch screen. Ran into my friends, the salesmen who helped me get a crazy good deal on the lease, Rene Aguilar and Fadil Fetahaj, and Peter Tuohy, the financial man who was so helpful with the paperwork. Rene helped me hook up to the recharging station to top off my battery. After finishing that I went around to the front to find out how the hatchback lock works. Turns out once you lock the car and walk away the rear hatchback locks and stays locked. If you approach the car with the key fob in your pocket you can open the hatchback. Pretty cool. I then had some questions about the screen and the cameras. Rene called on the screen expert, Sammy Alhello. He was VERY helpful and really knows all about the screen. The Bolt is quite modern being an all electric car so there was much to learn. In addition to the screen the steering wheel has lots of buttons on it. He went all through those including the paddles on the back of the steering wheel. Sammy Alhello gave me a real education on that car and really contributed to my enjoyment of my new Bolt. And remember, the Chevrolet Bolt is the 2017 car of the year! This all electric car is SO much fun to drive you'll feel like a teenager again. It is a very fast car and the crazy great deals from Rene Aguilar and outstanding support from people like Sammy Alhello will make you a Keyes Chevrolet customer for life! This was our first experience buying a car from Keyes Chevrolet in Van Nuys, Ca. It all began with a phone call about a 2018 Chevy Tahoe that I found on the Keyes website under inventory of cars. The salesman that took the call was Daniel Rome. From the start of the conversation I felt that I was in good hands dealing with Dani and no wonder, I later found out that he is a 9 year veteran Salesman in the car industry. That day my husband went to Keyes met with Dani and sealed the deal and bought the 2018 Tahoe. Dani was able to answer every question, go over all the details and specifications of the car from start to finish. He didn't hesitate involving his General Manager Rick Alpern during price negotiations in order to save time. Both Dani and Rick gave us there full attention during the whole process and put together a package price we were comfortable with. The next day when we went to pick up the Car, Dani made sure it was detailed and had a full tank of gas. He spend a lot of time with us going over all the features of the Tahoe and even sat with us during the On Star activation process to make sure things were handled properly by On Star. He also made sure that our Cell phone Bluetooth feature was linked with the Tahoe so we could immediately make hands free calls for our safety. We hope to have our Tahoe for many years to come but when the time comes for a new vehicle we will not hesitate buying from Keyes in Van Nuys and only deal with Daniel Rome.
