There is no satisfactory way to explain just how pleased I am with Independent Pest Solutions…read more I've had numerous occasions to call upon pest control companies and until now none of them fulfilled my wishes. They always found a way to explain away a problem and subsequently leave it up to me for the solution. I had a wasp nest take up residence in the crawl space of my home. The company I hired initially said, "I am not crawling down there and I don't know how you're going to deal with it". Scott from Independent Pest Solutions indicated it was a problem and found the solution. There was no hesitation, no effort to explain it away and leave it to me for a solution. He know what do and how to make it happen. I am so very thankful I fell into this company. Frankly, I sincerely pray, these guys stay in business because they deserve our trust and patronage. I got a great feeling from reading Rambo's website, and I was not disappointed. The 2 Technicians, and 2 Customer Service folks I've worked with have all been amazingly friendly, professional, sincere, patient with my many-many questions, and 100% focused on customer needs & budget, and not trying to push or sell extra unnecessary service. 100% Worthwhile. My days of endless whack-a-mole ant control in my house, and monthly trips for yet more ant bait stations from Home Depot are over. Spiders in the house are now virtually non-existent as well, especially the big 1-inch+ ones *shudders*. Rat problem from adjoining forest is also under control. 100% Recommend!

I asked for quarterly interior sprays, and they literally said no, we don't do that. When I asked…read morewhy, they said it's not our policy and we would rather treat the issues. I responded with "I've had this done with every other pest control company and that, objectively, it's a precaution. It's simply logic." I then asked them to check with management, and management responded the same way. It's not like it costs them a lot of extra money, and I'm paying basically $1000 a year for their service. Since they wouldn't comply, I told them to cancel my contract. Horrible business mentality. I then called Eastside, and when I told them the situation, they laughed in disbelief. Gladly took my business there.

I liked his phone message, which laid out his credentials and company focus (a good job for a fair price). He swung by to take a a look, quoted me "less" than his original estimate, and offered to do a lot more than I expected. He arrived early, took care of every single nest (there must have been at least ten), sprayed my perimeter--and my fence!!--for assorted pests, gave me great advice on just about everything, promised to come back and check the job in two weeks, and refused a tip. I can't say enough good about this guy. I'd hire him again in a second, and recommend him without reservation. I'm a fan, too. This guy is the real deal and he has excellent customer service. I'm glad I found him.

Brandon came 7/12 and sealed off the holes and placed traps in the crawl space and outside the house. He said they would send someone to follow up in 6-10 days and then again another 6-10 days after that. About 4 days later we smelled nasty stuff coming from the crawl space and figured someone had been caught and they would find it with the follow up check. On 7/25 nobody had come for a follow up and I'd heard nothing so I called to see who could come check the traps before we left town on 7/29. Jordan came on 7/28 but arrived just as I had to leave for an appt so he was only able to check the outdoor traps. Today it's 8/5 and there's still a nasty smell coming from the crawl space. I called again today to see if someone could come for the 2nd follow up (that is already paid for). I was told that we had already had our two follow ups and our contract was expiring and they would come to collect their equipment next month. The lady I spoke to (can't remember her name) told me that someone had come on 7/22 but nobody was home and my phone was disconnected and then the 7/28 appt they counted as our 2nd follow up. She told me that they had called me and scheduled both of those follow ups and I had approved them. I told her I most certainly did not schedule those and that my phone is obviously not disconnected. She was snarky but agreed to send someone back out next Monday 8/8 so I will be home waiting to see if someone actually comes to check inside the crawlspace. Overall communication has been horrible and customer service less than optimal. I DO NOT Recommend them.
