I have also called to talk to a Manager multiple times. They always state they will call me back and never do. It might have been a great company before it was sold but do not let the historical positive reviews fool you this is not under the same management as before. Go somewhere else for service.

After a week, there were still some angry bees. He said about 95% of the time one spray works with one shot, but the work is guaranteed for a year. I texted him and he came out immediately once again and sprayed the heck out of that area. The first time around he sprayed the whole house which was a bonus. I ONLY wanted the rat boxes done and repeatedly stated to the company that did not want chemicals sprayed around the house. I would tell the workers this the day before to remind them and they still could not follow that simple instruction. Less work right? So, they screwed up many times. The final time was December with another new guy showed up the day after I reminded him, in writing, not to spray chemicals. Guess what, they showed up the next day WITH A SUPERVISOR, and proceeded to spray chemicals all around my house. They also put GLUE traps in my crawl space without asking and I never would have authorized that. I decided to cancel my contract AFTER that and called the company running the comcast-like gauntlet of 'what if we gave you this or that credit'. I declined and asked to cancel and they removed my credit card. I was not informed of any remaining balance. After that, they sent me a bill for the service that they once again screwed up. Keep in mind I paid full price to these guys for years just to have the rat boxes done so I was grossly overpaying and they got way more out of me than they put in. I called them to dispute the bill, they said they would call me back after running up the chain. They didn't. Instead they insist I owe them money for a SERVICE THEY CONTINUALLY SCREWED UP. They are an extraordinarily incompetent company that can't follow simple instructions.

He said he would be back Saturday with the correct traps as he was there to "bid" a crawl space clean out, not address the current contract of getting rid of the rodent/s. No call no show Saturday. I called the front office Monday to confirm they would be bringing the correct traps out and to set a new day. She said someone was coming out today/Monday- even tho no one scheduled that with me. Needless to say, by the time they did come back out to address the original contract, they removed all but one outside trap. Then that technician insisted on coming over to check the trap on a day I wouldn't be home. I asked him to come by on a day I am home as I am not comfortable with people being at my property/house when I am not. He said he will just get permission from the landlord since she paid the bill. Why would a person/company not respect such a simple request? I feel awful that my landlord paid this amount of money for literally nothing but a headache. If you haven't hired them, might as well try anywhere else first.

Brandon came 7/12 and sealed off the holes and placed traps in the crawl space and outside the house. He said they would send someone to follow up in 6-10 days and then again another 6-10 days after that. About 4 days later we smelled nasty stuff coming from the crawl space and figured someone had been caught and they would find it with the follow up check. On 7/25 nobody had come for a follow up and I'd heard nothing so I called to see who could come check the traps before we left town on 7/29. Jordan came on 7/28 but arrived just as I had to leave for an appt so he was only able to check the outdoor traps. Today it's 8/5 and there's still a nasty smell coming from the crawl space. I called again today to see if someone could come for the 2nd follow up (that is already paid for). I was told that we had already had our two follow ups and our contract was expiring and they would come to collect their equipment next month. The lady I spoke to (can't remember her name) told me that someone had come on 7/22 but nobody was home and my phone was disconnected and then the 7/28 appt they counted as our 2nd follow up. She told me that they had called me and scheduled both of those follow ups and I had approved them. I told her I most certainly did not schedule those and that my phone is obviously not disconnected. She was snarky but agreed to send someone back out next Monday 8/8 so I will be home waiting to see if someone actually comes to check inside the crawlspace. Overall communication has been horrible and customer service less than optimal. I DO NOT Recommend them.
