Instead of taking accountability and show integrity like their mission statement, the owner makes false assumptions to deflect. A licensed plumber from a reputable company came out today and based on their diagnosis, they didn't use the right plumbing glue to secure the P-Trap and nor did they cut the pipe straight leading to the issues that we have. This is all documented in the report for the fix! Any professional would have tried to work with their customer but not them. If I could give a 0 I would.

I verified the price with him, he confirmed it was $95, and had me sign to authorize the work. As soon as the job was finished, he hit me with a bill for $295.00. When I protested, reminding him that he promised $95 and that I never would have authorized a $300 repair for a running toilet, he refused to honor his word. Stating, " I cleary said $295." I immediately called their office, hoping for a resolution, but the woman on the phone was incredibly argumentative. She kept insisting it was a "fair price," completely ignoring the fact that I was lied to about the estimate. For nearly $300, I could have bought a brand-new toilet. This business is dishonest, unprofessional, and lacks basic customer service ethics. Avoid them at all costs unless you want hidden fees and an argument.

Plumbtastic was the ONLY company that thought out of the box to get the job done without breaking the tiles in the guest bathroom and doing a major remodel. Earl and Dominick are the father and son team who run this company along with another business, which will be another five star review. I support locally owned and operated businesses whenever I have the opportunity to do so. Earl came up with an extremely creative plan to repair the leak from the downstairs unit going up into my unit instead of tearing up my bathroom to fix everything. Under Earl's direction, Dominick quickly and efficiently took control and expertly executed his dads plan and he did it well. Earl and Dom are amazing at thinking out of the box and doing quality work. Earl handled all of the HOA's b.s. with professionalism and grace, along with becoming the mediator between both units as tensions were running high on both ends. I highly recommend Plumbtastic for any of your plumbing needs.

I was asking for some sort of credit for the work I was now having to repeat. Earl was willing to listen to me and look at what I was seeing. He could have shut me down and denied any responsibility, but he did not do that. With great compassion and obviously great people skills, he offered to go above and beyond to rectify my situation. Not only did he agree to take care of the problem, but he managed to convert me from a former customer who probably wouldn't have sought their services in the future, to someone who would take the time to write a detailed 5-star review, recommend them to my friends and collegues, and likely call them in the future for any plumbing needs I may have.
