Called (another story) to request they move it. They informed me it would cost me close to $300. I replied that I didn't authorize any cable exposure in my closet. To which they informed me that I should have mentioned it during installation. Unfortunately I wasn't watching them like a hawk! Now on to the attempts to reach someone to discuss this problem whitch took many hours of waiting for call backs or hangups when answering. All calls are routed through the same switchboard no matter which number you call. Talk about frustration! Wait till you see my Trinity Roofing story! Hoo Boy!

Very easy to do business with. I spoke to Andrew , the mini-split manager, who organized every detail for us. Our installer was Max. Max did a fantastic job. Max is detailed oriented and meticulous in his manner of installation. Other companies wanted to install the compressor the easy way and set the compressor in a cart on the ground. I didn't want that. Max fastened my compressor to the house foundation on a stainless steel bracket off the ground. I am an auto mechanic by trade and can really appreciate the finished look of a quality installation. I would highly recommend Northeast Solar to anyone that is considering mini-splits. Bob T.

We did run into some unexpected delays due to a few outside factors but Earthlight Solar kept me informed the whole time. We went from having a 350-550 dollar electric bill to the panels covering 99-100% of our usage. It's pretty amazing. The company as a whole was great to work with. As I stated we did hit a few issues but a fair amount comes from being in a small town that just moves slower than we wanted. The draftsmanship of the panels / wiring and everything was top notch. They cleaned everything and I didn't find anything left behind! Top notch company and top notch solar panels. Go with them, don't hesitate!

I had to contact my congress person to activate my system. Second problem, my system is 125% over my usage but only covered 70% of the yearly bill. We will see what the future brings. Third problem, D.B. Lunt Electrical Contractors installed a new electrical panel & sub panel then the mySolarEdge phone tracking production & Consumption malfunctioned. D.B. Lunt couldn't fix the problem but was willing to meet SAVKAT to fix it. I've called SAVKAT 3 times and left messages with no follow up. I was told SAVKAT had a ten-year guarantee. Still waiting.
