Luis was polite, intelligent and friendly, he towed our car and us back to safety. He was gentle with our sad car, and took care and time to explain what he qas doing. It was a long long day/night. I had a…read moreMichelin tire warranty that covered towing my car up to 150 miles and they honored it quickly and without any hassle. My Triple A only offered 7 miles free towing (extra miles are about 10 bucks a mile) This extra from Michelin put them as my only tire brand from this point on. I have an 05 Accord hybrid that does not come with a spare, the tire sealant was three years expired. T & M Towing was called by them and Terry at dispatch was really good to us getting the driver Jose out to us in about an hour and calling me back each time the cell signal dropped. Jose put us on a flat bed and had us in Baker real quick in a tow truck he has put 500,000 miles on so far. The tire was changed out and Jose also checked the rest of the tires for me. A few of them were low on pressure and he put some more air in them, something he didn't have to do. They offered a used tire if I needed one for $65, a fair price. I wanted to write this review because Jose a 22 yr veteran Baker area tow truck driver and Terri really did a good job for me, no games, good service and quality care. Jose is a nice guy, good to talk to, likes his job and the people he meets. When you need a tow service you "really" need a tow service because you can end up in a pretty desperate situation.
