I have a love hate relationship with this place. Each time we drive to Las Vegas, there are stretches where there will be nothing in sight. Then, out of the blue you will see this one gas station/convenience store. Their gas prices are crazy high. At the moment, they are selling for about $4.50 so it's about $1.20 or so more than what gas regularly costs. But what do ya do if you run out and you're literally in the middle of nowhere? We've stopped here many times to use the bathroom. I've on occasion purchased a drink as well, but never have we bought gas. Their bathrooms are passable, but then when you weigh the options, this is better than others I've used along this stretch of I-15. Either go in Barstow and then hold until Primm, or suffer the indignity of having to use the ones here. read more

This is a must go place when your heading to and from Vegas. Its a lot more than your typical gas station. If your hungry, and need gas, this is a great place. They have every jerky you can think of, and I do mean every. They also have something that every guy would loooove!..The waterfall you can piss in! Yes, you can piss in their infamous waterfall wall. WE always wind up spending 30-40 buck in this place, but its well worth it. They also have a lot of dried fruit, from apples, mango's, apricots....list goes on and on. This service station underwent a beautiful renovation fairly recently. In the men's room, you will find... A WATERFALL URINAL! Forget about privacy; this thing is hilarious. It's gaudy and ridiculous, but the humor breaks up a long drive to Las Vegas. The service staff is friendly; Charles has remembered me almost every time I make the long drive from Northern California to Las Vegas to visit my in-laws for holidays. The entire facility is clean and well-kept, but the gas prices are HORRENDOUS. I almost gave this location a 4-star rating, but I just couldn't bring myself to do so since the gas costs SO much more (at least $1.00 per gallon more) than reasonably close alternatives. read more

High prices are to be expected when you're out in the middle of nowhere. Although the staff seems nice at a glance, they just want you in and out. They have an amazing selection of gourmet sodas, but for some reason not all of them are cold and if you want them to check in back, forget about it. Also, if you want a cup of ice, it's $2.75, just an FYI. The bathrooms are clean, but confusing. They have a Blarney Stone like urinal and place for the kids to buy some stones. I paid $8 for some of their in-house brand beef jerkey The bag was kind of small but tastey. These guys are making a killing... Still nicer than most of the service stations in the area. read more

I would not reccommend this service to any one if you get a car trouble near this place. Call your insurance, a friend, a stranger. or just ask for help at the side of the road. This Stateline Services are thieves with license to do it. They stole my vehicle from the I-15 In a sunday and they did not answer on sundays there was not service to recover my vehicle until monday morning and they wanted $650.00 for less than 24 hours that is a rip-off when they only towed for less than ten miles. furthermore, they dragged for ten feet damaging the tires and something else since the vehicle was locked, I have $300.00 dollars worth in personal things in it that I could not recovered they wanted $100.00 just to open the gate and see my vehicle. My vehicle was an old 2000 Mercedez c-230. but still it was nothing wrong with it rather than the fuel pump when off and I was going to replace it, but they stole the vehicle before I got there. therefore, when I spoke to them I told them keep the vehicle. I rather loose everything than let them steal money from me. Also, I was thinking, without the ignition key they must caused a lot of damage to my vehicle and I going to be stuck with more mechanical problems that they caused to the vehicle. In addition, their way of dealing with people is very rude and unpolite. They are thieves with permit to do that and the agencies and people let them get away with it. My advice, do not use them! even you are about to die! we all will come back from the grave one day and people like them will not be with us anymore in the new system. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING! I used my State Farm Emergency Roadside Assistance because my car broke down on the I15N. When the driver shows up he doesn't speak gives me a look and starts writing on his clip board. When he finally approaches me he demanded payment in which I had already paid over the phone and showed him the email receipt. Driver states that I didn't pay him and if I don't sign the paper he will just leave because I am ignoring his request. After waiting in the hot sun for almost 2 hours and to have such rude service. Then we finally get going he lights up a cigarette and my window doesn't roll down. I would never wish this situation on anyone and will never recommend this company. I am so disgusted! read more

What a way to milk the desperate of their money BEFORE they even get to Las Vegas. The last time I went here the gas cost 2 DOLLARS MORE (6.25) than I've ever seen anywhere! Their little claim to fame is a cool WATERFALL urinal in the men's restroom. Its kind of awkward and I always getting inadvertent splashes from other "WATERFALL" users. But its nice to say you "went" in a waterfall on the way to Vegas. This is just about the only thing that's free in this place. That being said, they DO have some cool stuff in here. If your into beef jerky or just need a little snack before you see the bright lights, they have it. Their jerky selection is about the largest I've ever seen. If your not into dried meats, they have dried fruits which I enjoy. If you get a drink, you better have some ice on hand, because if its warm, a cup of ice is a little over 2 bucks. It is a good emergency stop in the middle of nowhere, but I just don't have it in me to give a high rating for $6 a gallon for gas and $2 for a cup of ice. read more

En route from Vegas to LA. Stopped here for a pitstop. Took 6 yr old in to "do a Number 2". Entered bathroom. I was standing "guard" at the stall door when I had the need to go as well. I stood, a bit confused. There were no obvious urinals in this bathroom. And with just 1 stall (occupied), I couldn't figure out why they wasted the rest of the bathroom with a gaudy rock wall/waterfall display, with fake vines and plants. After a moderately closer inspection, I realized it was intended for me to whiz on this waterfall. It was more obviously covered in urine and had a flushing system. I was blown away. Another patron entered after I was done and still waiting for my son, and I noticed he stood there as well looking perplexed. I gave him a dignified 10 count then hinted at the waterfall. We chuckled and he laughed the whole time whizzing on the waterfall. BTW, you can buy a postcard, YES, a postcard of the urinal/waterfall. Oh boy... send that one to grandma.... So, next time travelling up/down I-15 stop on Cima road. It's just south of the Interstate. Someone ELSE post a picture of the urinal for me... read more

Great restrooms male and female (spouse claims it was the best gas station toilet EVER!). The men's room was clean and fresh. There is a nice selection of Trader Joe's / Whole Foods type (non perishable) food at this "station". This place is a must stop if you need quick snack and/or bio break. read more

State line towing is not a company that I would ever deal with again they refused to give me the key to my truck back along with my registration they claimed they didn't have even thow I personally had to give it to the tow driver so don't believe a word they say just a bunch of thives. read more

If you have another choice take it! Today, I ran out of gas in a rental car in the Mojave desert near Cima Rd but that wasn't the worst part of my day. I hiked several miles to a closed information centre. I then called this company to bring me 5 gallons of gas. We had a bad connection on my cellphone despite the fact that I had hiked several miles to an information centre to get a call out. Once the operator figured out where I was she clearly didn't want to send someone and said it would cost $250 to bring me gas. I had no other great option so I agreed. Before she could take my number I lost the call. I found the cell signal booster at the information centre and tried my call again. No answer. I tried many more times that next half hour but got ringing to voicemail and a full voicemail box. Knowing she was screening my call, I hid my caller ID and called back. She picked up on the first ring and was surprised to hear my voice. She assured me she would call a driver and call me back. She then ignored the rest of my calls and didn't call me back. Luckily I had a little cell phone battery left and contacted another towing company as the sun set in the desert and the temperatures began to plummet. I almost spent the night outside of a visitor centre because of this company. Disgusted! read more

My car was toward here a few years ago and I was afraid of unexpected price gauging ... to my pleasant surprise this did not occur. Towing is 240 plus 40 per nite, which was reasonably compared to some of the really bad places that take advantage of you when you're in the middle of nowhere and in a bind. I had to arrive early (6am) for logistical reasons and the graveyard shift guy (who loves to drive his '89 two-wheeler off-road to the top of desert mountains) kept me in friendly company. Most importantly, when 8am rolled around. Michael was a star helper. He was reasonably in listening to my special request and even cut me a break on 1 overnight fee because there was some ambiguity around my car's arrival time. He alone basically motivated me to move this place's rating from 3 to 4. It would get 5 stars were it not for the bad tasting coffee. The men's urinal is def entertaining as other reviewer's mentioned. More than anything, the efficiency and authenticity of Daniel's help made this a 5-star experience. I believe the people can make such things possible, even in a simple place such as this one. read more
