1 Star - "Lifetime Warranty" With a 48-Hour Memory Limit…read more Do not be fooled by the words lifetime warranty at CT Auto Sales--because apparently that lifetime only lasts as long as the owner remembers your face. I was flat-out told that if I had bought the part two days ago and she personally remembered me, the warranty would have been honored without a receipt. Let that sink in. But because more time had passed--even though I provided a time-stamped photo proving the purchase--suddenly the warranty no longer applied. So the rule isn't documentation, proof, or good faith. The rule is her memory and her mood. When I asked to speak to someone higher up to resolve the issue like adults, I was told she was the owner. No escalation. No accountability. No interest in finding common ground. Just arrogance and a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. They admit they don't keep a purchase database. They refuse reasonable proof. They show zero empathy. And they hide behind technicalities that conveniently shift whenever it benefits them. A small-town business should value trust and reputation. This one values control and excuses. If you expect professionalism, consistency, or a warranty that actually means something--never go here.

They flourish based upon a decimated economy. So saying that, I found myself in need of tires and I was unable to get any appointment, for several days, at Costco. Hence the forage to Wally World. Surprise!!! The auto department is professionally run by competent people. They only had one 4-set of tires that fit, and they were in the criteria range. They were 65,000 mile, H rated. I prefer 80,000 mile V rated, but these would do. The price was comesurate. They installed them within the hour and I was out of there. I did start to enter the store for a sec, but thought better of it when I saw nothing but locked cases. Ugh. Anyway... it was a good tire shop experience.

My best friend and I were on our way to California from Vegas. When we were leaving Barstow, her…read morecar started to make some rattling noises and was bumping up and down. She had just had it serviced but I had a gut feeling and asked her to pull over. I took her to Mike's since it was right off the freeway. This place was amazing, and Cory was amazing. She had just had new tires installed and turns out something was wrong with the front one as a part had been installed in the wrong location and had become dislodged which was the sound we were hearing. He right away was able to take a look and found the problem and fixed it within a half hour. We are back on the road and the car sounds normal, we couldn't be more pleased! thank you to Mike's and to Cory for your great service!
