First off just like most people who unfortunately have to be towed, it was THE WORST TIME and my biggest fear being stuck in the hot desert coming back from Vegas. And sure enough my fear came true and we desperately needed help. Not only did ARC towing save the day but they were so personable with us. They were understanding with our dilemma and treated us like friends and not a dollar sign. The owner and myself talked for awhile as our driver was loading up our car and I felt taken care of and treated like someone you've known for awhile. They towed our vehicle from their shop in Barstow all the way to Murrieta CA and didn't charge the arm and the leg that anyone else quoted us for. The driver Jeffrey was so friendly and personable that we talked the entire time about so many different topics and it really helped keep our minds away from the situation we were stuck in. From the dispatcher, to the owner, to Jeffrey, I cannot thank you enough for getting us out of the situation we were in and I never thought in a million years that you could find such great customer service in the middle of nowhere. So many things could've gone wrong for us that day but if you call ARC towing, you will only be going right. Cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you ARC towing!

(Yes, I had the oil changed and they said the battery was fine......) After calling 911, who linked me to AAA, who linked me to Air Expressway, JP arrived in 20 minutes. Huge shout out to the dispatcher who called me to verify my location out in the middle of the high desert! And huge thanks to JP; after the mechanic recommended by AAA turned out to be closed, he promptly took me to another one nearby. Very prompt and polite service. Finally found cell service on a nearby hill, and saw Air Expressway tow truck on its way after nervously waiting for what seemed like hours. Very disturbing feeling until you see the tow truck. The driver had come from Barstow or Apple Valley. You're hoping for someone kind and polite that has an understanding of the predicament you are in. Could not have asked for a better tow truck company. He assured me I was in the company's care until I was comfortably on my way. They held my car in their storage yard, safe, since a bad ignition cylinder prevented me from rolling up my windows. Next morning driver met me with my vehicle on tow truck and transported us to a dealership. They even discounted many parts of the towing/storage agreements. The driver, Dave, was like a brother. After finding a safe place to park and calling my insurance company USAA who contacted Agero, Clinton was dispatched. He called to check in with me, and informed me that the place USAA or Agero had selected to send my car was a tire shop that was closed for the day. He informed me that there was a small repair shop actually within the parking lot, or if I wanted to get service that was covered by my car warranty, I should ask USAA and Agero to change my towing location to the Valley Hi Kia dealership, and that they lock the gates at night (it was 6pm), so I should schedule the tow for the morning. I highly recommend Clinton. He is a kind, honest, and hard worker. He will give you an honest assessment, and strives to do what is right. Plus, he is quick and efficient at towing cars.

I broke a wheel hub on my boat trailer coming home from Laughlin on the 40W, 7 miles east of Ludlow…read moreat 6:30am. I called a few of tow companies. One didn't answer, one said they couldn't handle my boat because it would need a Landoll Trailer and another other said they could get to me in 2 hours, but they didn't have a driver available for 5 hours!! Since I was on a curve and by myself in the middle of July, I called CHP and they told me they would send someone out. Patrick showed up in 45 minutes and had my boat on his flatbed in about 30 minutes. He had to make several adjustments wenching it up because the broken hub wheel was sitting at a 45° angle and pulling the trailer to the right. Patrick was took the time to protect my trailer frame while loading my boat. He even helped me get my Bimini folded completely down, as it was over the legal height. He gave me a quote of $1,700. He towed my boat 142 miles all the way to my house in Yucaipa. By the time he unloaded my boat and drove back to Barstow, he exceeded the $1,700, but didn't charge me. I had to show him the best way to get to my house, as GPS would have taken him a more difficult route. He was friendly, professional and his truck was clean and the AC worked great. I'm so thankful for Patrick!

Then we had highway patrol stop and called a company, they came out and gave us a quote, 200 bucks! Amazing. The guy is super nice, very fast. My husband had unhooked the trailer and drove to get replacement tires at a local shop and a different company came to change them and couldn't. Frankie's came and did a roadside tire change with changing the rims out and all. We were stranded and didn't know what to do and Frankie's came out pretty quick and saved the day.
