The driver had come from Barstow or Apple Valley. You're hoping for someone kind and polite that has an understanding of the predicament you are in. Could not have asked for a better tow truck company. He assured me I was in the company's care until I was comfortably on my way. They held my car in their storage yard, safe, since a bad ignition cylinder prevented me from rolling up my windows. Next morning driver met me with my vehicle on tow truck and transported us to a dealership. They even discounted many parts of the towing/storage agreements. The driver, Dave, was like a brother.
