Unfortunately, there is no option for a zero star rating. Yelp, after using this company, there really should be. Let me start by saying that this is likely the worst tow companies in the country. When my motorcycle was stolen, it was recovered by San Francisco's finest (thanks again!). When it was brought to the impound. It was a different vehicle than I remembered. Nearly every part on the bike was damaged in some way or another. Paint scratched, chain completely rusted, frame scratched, fender crushed, mirror scratched and cracked, somehow something punched through the fairing, and the bicycle lock that the thief had been using to prevent further theft was left on there too. (Guess this guy didn't trust people not to steal "his" bike!) It almost looked like the poor thing had been dragged through a gravel parking lot, considering how dusty and scratched up it was. The bicycle lock and punching out the ignition were the only damage that were done by the thief. I know this because my insurance company gave me pictures of the bike when it first arrived at the impound. And it looked exactly like I remembered, minus the ignition column and plus a cheap bike lock. All of the other "accents" and "decorations", by which I mean atrocious damage to literally every part of the bike, were done by All Counties Towing. When I tried to get them to replace the parts, they claimed the damage wasn't done by them. Then I scheduled to have the bike dropped off at my parents' house. They told me they'd call me an hour before they would be arriving at the house. That way, I could meet them there and inspect the bike. The call mysteriously never came. Oh, and when they dropped the bike off, they had ONE guy trying to wheel a bike that COULDN'T roll, due to the bike lock they left on, to my parents' garage. When my mother offered to help, he gladly accepted and she fell and broke her hand in the process. Not only did they cause massive damage to my motorcycle, they caused damage to MY MOTHER as well! And when I called them up about this, the woman I talked to told me the manager would be on the line within the next 5 minutes. Then they left me on hold for 15 minutes at a time, several times, didn't call me back. So I'd hang up and call back immediately over and over until I actually got the manager on the line. They still claimed the damage wasn't their fault, and refused to pay for my mother's medical bills that were a direct result of their incompetence. What kind of people do things like this? Do NOT use All Counties Tow Company. YOU, YOUR FAMILY and/or YOUR VEHICLE will likely be damaged! read more

All Counties Towing I recently had a breakdown in Concord and needed a tow to Mt. View. I called AAA at 11:10. Nobody showed. At 14:00 I got a call from Chris Cutino, a driver for All County. Chris was fantastic. He figured out how to break loose the brakes and get my 4WD '91 land Cruiser onto his flatbed and got me to Mt. View before my repair shop there closed. Kudos to Chris. Horrible tow company! If I could give it zero stars, I would. I live in a condominium complex that has a high demographic of renters and I have called three times to get a car towed. Hours later and multiple calls later, I gave up or the car owner drove away. the dispatcher would only give lame excuses that were so ridiculous that the only conclusion is they are sloppy, unprofessional and uncaring about good customer service. I see signs throughout Pittsburg, so they seem to have a monopoly on towing in Pittsburg. Perhaps they don't care because they know they have plenty of jobs but that doesn't help an individual condo owner who simply wants to park in the designated DEEDED parking space that is paid for each month. read more

This morning at 11:30am, your tow truck in Chico (red flatbed with platform on top of cab with Rancho Cordova address on side of flatbed with Ford sedan on top, and black SUV in rear) cut me off on Cohasset Rd southbound just before the Hwy 99 on ramp. No, you are not entitled to my lane after 1 blink of your turn signal. You can move over when it is safe. Several minutes later on Southbound HWY 99 near the E. 1st Avenue off ramp, you did the same thing to another vehicle. I was fortunate enough to hit my brakes and avoided your truck from hitting me. read more

I watched him recover an 80 ton crane which was listing and threatening to fall into some 250000 volt high tension power lines. This was an AMAZING recovery. His rates are VERY reasonable, all things considered. I'll fill in the details later. For now, know that if you need to be towed in the bay area, Hap at All Counties needs to be on your shortlist. I read Chris' review above and while I do not doubt that this incident occurred, I do not for a minute believe that it represents Haps' company culture. There's a disconnect here somehow. Anyway, if you're in the trucking business and need your truck or commercial bus towed home, Hap is your man. Period. And yes, he really IS that good. read more

Saw one of their drivers ( in truck #10) honking some sort of police sounding horn and yelling at other drivers on the road with his loud speaker. Probably not a good idea to let these guys tow your car. read more

He was very patient and kind to me as I always call and check on his location, he calls an hour before the scheduled pick-up time and calls again 30mins. before the schedule. I wish I could leave zero stars for these inconsiderable (expletive expletive) people. Woke up after a night in the emergency room to the sound of a diesel truck running outside my house, ran outside to find my husband's truck hooked up to one of theirs. When I asked why, the tow truck driver told me it was "illegally parked in a fire lane." Our truck was paralleled in front of our garage (which we had no idea was a fire zone because it's on our PROPERTY and it's not PAINTED RED) because I came down with the stomach flu and went to the ER with a 103 fever and had completely stopped producing breastmilk for my newborn daughter, which I'm sure most people would realize is a big (expletive) deal! We got home really late with a screaming newborn and I could barely make my way up the stairs because I was SO freaking sick so we parked in front of the garage knowing my husband would move his truck first thing in the morning when he left for work, however, my husband came down with the stomach flu as well and we've both barely been able to leave the bathroom, let alone care for our baby. When I explained the situation to the driver he told me to call his supervisor Sue Hale who lectured me on the fact that he needed to pay his driver so he didn't care what my issue was. While on the phone with him begging him to have some compassion while my husband ran between the bathroom and outside to check on the truck, he texted the driver and told him to tow our truck. We were forced to pay $100 to have him take 2 minutes to unhook the truck 4 days before Christmas. I will complain to everyone about this company every chance I get because they're awful, they're inconsiderate, and they have no sympathy for a woman standing in the rain in nothing but a nursing tank top, pants, and bare feet, with a newborn baby in her arms. read more

Their drivers act like idiots. Driving 20 under the speed limit today while about 12 cars got stuck behind them on SFD drive in Woodacre. Didn't use traffic pullout to let cars pass but did hog both lanes when double yellow ended to keep cars from passing. Not sure why people drive like that when their business name is on their truck. read more

This place is the worst. This tow company is the designated tow company for my apartments. On three separate occasions I have called them to have a car towed out of my parking stall, the first time I actually waited 24 hours, went to church and came back home and they had not come or called. This last time I got home from work around 10:30 and noticed that someone was parked in my stall so I called security and security tagged the car to be towed and called the tow company. The tow company said they were on their way. 2:00 am comes around and I Am Still Waiting outside for the tow company. So I called the tow company and dispatched told Me the driver should be on his way because they didn't have any other active calls. It's now 4:00 am and I have called the tow company back left a very polite message for them to call me back and possibly give me a referral to a different tow company if they were too busy. But this time they didn't answer. And it's 4am..........I guess I am S.O.L again. Our property manager needs to fire this tow company and get a reliable one that actually likes to make money all the time not just some of the time!!!!! I guess I will just forget about parking in my stall and go to bed....... read more

I am sure that the freeway service patrol tow truck service provider [ All Counties Towing] was in the process of doing there job for the State,CHP, and for all of you, that they risk there Life out there to help ALL. Give them a chance to do there Job and move over for them, and anyone working on the highways, it is the LAW. Give them a chance there not perfect are you. And for anyone that has a problem with service they should always call a owner or manager, before they say there all bad sounds like this was the easy way out, I am sure there not perfect.
