I brought this to their attention and had no response, so I had to direct the crew to correct it and remove the duct tape and apply silicone. They broke our gas line and we had to call 911, the work crew continued working despite an active gas leak, which is dangerous for everyone. There were many other communication issues on top of tbis I won't dive into. But when I build my next pool at my new property I would not use the Pool Man again. If you decide to go with them, you will need to watch all the work like a hawk and be prepared to be assertive with issues until they are resolved correctly. The process won't be "smooth."
