He was kind enough to notify of a place where a crack in the tile joint was allowing water to flow from the hot tub and washing out the grout by seeping under the tile. Pretty easy fix but it had already loosened some of the tile and needs attention by doing a bit of re-grouting and sealing. Fantastic work at a reasonable price. A bit higher than the last outfit that removed calcium with a pressure washer but largely by mechanical scraping taking three people but still did not get it 100% removed. Not what they promise. Scheduled them to replace a pump. Two missed appts. They called and said…read moretheir tech walked off the job. We went to another company and got the pump replaced. Called Pool Knights back to begin weekly service. I had the pool completley clear and ready to be serviced when they arrived. After 4 weeks of service and numerous calls about not enough chemicals I fired them. They added salt to a chlorine pool!!! WHAT! Only once out of 4 weeks did they added enough chemicals to control the algae. Last Sunday my 73 year old husband added 5 pounds of shock, (at our expense) brushed and vac pool..and this took care of what THEY WERE TO DO. I have CLOSE up pictures and video to prove EVERYTHING. After I cancelled service I called them again about a bill I got for 6 weeks of service and only performed services 4. I asked for a refund. No one will speak to us. You have my email, my cell and my husband's cell. So many ways to communicate, why do you not? Why do you bill for services not rendered? Why will you not call me back and offer a refund? Why did you send the pool cleaner out to my house after we fired you? Run from this company, they are not what they advertise!!! Buyer Beware..they bill in advance!!!
