If "Lupe" isn't on the job one of his brothers or cousins is. They did an amazing job! They began within a week of our signed contract and finished within a week even though we had a big surprise in that they discovered that the pool had 2 layers of plaster which doubled the prep time that we had anticipated. They did a very thorough and beautiful job installing "Stonescapes Black Mini Pebble" to give our pool a very natural water appearance for our old French style home. Before they left they power washed even the deck area, picking up all of their trash, packed up every thing that they brought and left us with a gorgeous "new" pool. It's not very common that I can say that about contractors. They typically don't even see the trash that they leave and just go off and leave it. I can't say enough good things about the service they provided and the end result.

I am writing this review to warn others about the subpar service I received from Aquatech Pool…read morePros, specifically Manny.  I hired him to maintain my pool and ensure it was safe and enjoyable for my family and friends. Unfortunately, his performance lately has fallen short of my expectations. The work he did was also subpar. He blamed it on the heavy rain we had on May 2, 2024; however, the picture he had taken just a week before tells another story, as does the picture taken on May 9, just before the rain, which says my pool is now sparking clean. It's not sparkly clean. He did not share a picture of my pool on May 2. I took a sample of the pool water to Leslie's, and they said the chemicals were way off balance, probably due to the rain. According to the water test, there was still much chlorine. I told them there were two tablets. They said he's trying to maintain the pool with chlorine tablets, which is why we have algae. Despite my request for a refund,  I have yet to receive a response from Manny, which only adds to my dissatisfaction.  Never in 18 years have I ever had a problem with pool service.
