He even apologized for an automatic email that I would later receive offering me a $165 pest control deal. "I just want to set a good sales example for my employees!" In my opinion, there's only one pest control firm in DFW, and that's these guys. This is the only time I wished for more than five stars to give.

They leave a large window of when they can come service, which will never work for those of us that work full time and can't wait at home for hours every single month for a pest service. Main issue is that after they sprayed, multiple of our large shrubs and trees started to die. Barely think that is a coincidence. I called and asked to cancel as this was a huge issue, and was told my a "senior representative" that this was normal. I repeated back that it's normal for plants in flower beds to die once Aptive sprays, and he told me that was a "personal political response". Still charged me $200 to cancel even though he flat out said it was expected for plants to die when any type of pesticide is used. False! I've had my house treated for years and that has never once happened. He was an absolute ass hole. This company is shady as hell. And please don't insult with a response, Aptive, unless you intend to refund my money.
