I called Honey Bee Rescue at about 1:30 today and Dustin was here in about an hour and a half. He did a great job explaining what was going on, gave me recommendations and a quote that I found to be fair. I agreed and he went to work. He was able to locate the hive, safely remove the bees and then removed the honey comb. He treated the area so they would not return. In all it took him about an hour and a half. I probably asked too many questions, but it was interesting. He gave me a lot of great information. I'm glad I called them and would for sure call again!

They could have treated my issue same day but I was gathering quotes. Within a week, Honey Bee Rescue was the best price in town and I could not be happier with the service! They were prompt, explained the issued to me, taught me about why the bees were present and how they burrowed, and most of all they treated the area! My situation was large so I needed two treatments but each time they were kind, respectful, and professional! I hope the yellow jackets don't come back but I would use Honey Bee Rescue again! I was shopping for a termite treatment for a rental property in Mesquite…read more I have a contract on the home and the inspector- who is also licensed in pest control- found termites in one spot and the buyer wanted it treated. So I started looking at Home Advisor, Angie's List, etc... and I couldn't find anyone who could give me a quote over the phone, even though I knew exactly what I wanted to be done. I also didn't want to drive the hour round trip to find out it was a bait and switch, or a massive upsell. Finally, I decided to look at Yelp* and I am so glad I did. I found Bernard White who owns All Pro Pest Control. Bernard did several things that I liked- First he listened to my problem. Then he listened to my solution. Then he said he understood exactly what I was looking for and quoted me a price. A firm price, based on the scope of the work. We set up a date for him to come and confirm the work needed, confirm the price and actually do the work in ONE TRIP. Bless you, Bernard! A man of integrity who actually listens to the customers wants and needs and delivers! However, on that date, it had been raining heavily, and while Bernard was willing, I waved him off, saying it wasn't an emergency and could wait till it dried out so he would not have to slog in the mud outside. We waited a few days and then on the day it worked for both of us he sent his awesome son Clayton to start the job, with Bernard following up to do the paperwork and billing. I must say Clayton is a very personable you man with impeccable manners and excellent communication skills. Bernard and his Lovely Wife have something to be really proud of. Yes, I rarely would gush over something as pedestrian as pest control, but I can't help but give a major shout out to Bernard, Clayton and All-Pro Pest Control. My aim it to Yelp him out as much as possible. I wish all services could be as pleasant as this.
