She then returned our call and said they would be out at the end of the week to respray. We then received a voice mail stating they would not be able to fulfill their commitment to respray unless we paid another full price fee. She must have been terrible for my husband to do that, because that was a first. We live in San Diego and I was able to speak directly with Gary about my mothers situation. She is older and a recent widow, so she needed some extra help. Not only did Gary send us specific instructions to give her, but he also followed up with her on the phone. My mom said the technician that came out went above and beyond. The technician even helped her put in her air filter (which is located in the ceiling of their house.) She mentioned Rodney, the technician stayed for a long time and made sure all of her pest issues were taken care of. He will be back in 2 weeks to follow up on his work. The price for that first visit was about $200 less than the big company quote and they did more services for my mother. I would recommend Gary to you and for sure I would call him for a second opinion. It could save you A LOT of money and you can trust the work they do!!

I also didn't want to drive the hour round trip to find out it was a bait and switch, or a massive upsell. Finally, I decided to look at Yelp* and I am so glad I did. I found Bernard White who owns All Pro Pest Control. Bernard did several things that I liked- First he listened to my problem. Then he listened to my solution. Then he said he understood exactly what I was looking for and quoted me a price. A firm price, based on the scope of the work. We set up a date for him to come and confirm the work needed, confirm the price and actually do the work in ONE TRIP. Bless you, Bernard! A man of integrity who actually listens to the customers wants and needs and delivers! However, on that date, it had been raining heavily, and while Bernard was willing, I waved him off, saying it wasn't an emergency and could wait till it dried out so he would not have to slog in the mud outside. We waited a few days and then on the day it worked for both of us he sent his awesome son Clayton to start the job, with Bernard following up to do the paperwork and billing. I must say Clayton is a very personable you man with impeccable manners and excellent communication skills. Bernard and his Lovely Wife have something to be really proud of. Yes, I rarely would gush over something as pedestrian as pest control, but I can't help but give a major shout out to Bernard, Clayton and All-Pro Pest Control. I used their services at the tow different animal clinics I managed because they use pet friendly chemicals, as well as, I have used them for two homes I have owned. I've just never met someone who provides a service to me that is so gregarious and nice as these two guys. When I moved to Little Elm, I did not realize they would came out this far and I used a different company who failed miserably because I still had ants. I realized I could use them in Little Elm and they came out, and of course I never saw an ant again. They will always be my go to pest control company and I would recommend them to everyone! They came to spray and did the baseboards and the perimeter of the home. There was no need to evacuate the home as there was no odor. About a month later I started noticing a lot of spiders around the home and in the kitchen and garage. Its a brand new home and its pretty common that they come back sometimes so I gave Plano Pest Control a call again and asked about a respray.
