My other mommy friends also join us, so he had some familiar faces to play with. It's held once a week for about 6 to 8wks (class length varies) indoor, they have cars, balls, hoops, ramps, tunnels, blocks, trampolines, lots of stuff that littles under 3yrs old can play with for 45min. It includes song time and a bit of outdoor play with bubbles if weather permits. I like having affordable, short term commitment classes like this for my son, esp during the summer. I really have zero complaints: registration is easy, it's affordable, it's nearby, it's entertainment for my little man.

That doesn't mean it was absolutely horrendous, but it was underwhelming for the price. We did the Murder Mystery escape room, which, granted, was marked as a moderately hard room. However, there's a difference between difficult and impossible to figure out. This room was the latter. Part of the reason we kept struggling was because the room wasn't properly functioning. Two clues weren't in their proper place from the previous guests and the game masters had to come in and get them out of the locks with pliers. We weren't given much extra time after these mishaps, and the clues they kept giving us were things we had already figured out -- almost like they were AI generated or pre-loaded. The entire room was just... underwhelming. I don't necessarily regret doing this room, every Escape Room is a cool experience, this one was just not as cool, I guess.

When going to book, I missed changing the number of people as there were two highlighted areas just below it that stood out for date and time. Finished up and went to pay and I was confused as I paid over $80 for the Groupon but when putting in the code it subtracted $60 and then charged me tax. I finished and it was then that I realized it only booked for two people rather than 4. The next day I called and felt I patiently explained what had happened while asking if they could assist me with the reservation. I regret not getting the name of the person I spoke with because I've never been treated so rudely by anyone. She was condescending, clearly agitated and I was truly taken aback. This was for my child's birthday and I did not wish to sabotage the event by reacting to her inability to carry a polite conversation with a customer. At this point I no longer wanted to go but my kids were excited and I hoped our experience would improve. Enter Bridgette (unsure of spelling) who greeted us upon arrival, was incredibly friendly and turned the entire situation around. We had a blast in the Rage Room smashing things. I will say we probably finished in 10 minutes as we had smashed everything! I can't compare it to other establishments as this is the first we've visited. It was therapeutic and really fun. Will we visit again? Absolutely not. In reading other reviews I suspect I spoke with the owner. We'll choose to patronize another business who treats their customers with baseline respect. Having said that, Bridgette turned our experience around - kudos to her. Perhaps whoever I spoke with that day can take a page from her book on how to treat people, particularly paying customers, properly.

We already had Green Forever ready to do some work in our back yard and I was able to find this local dealer for the internet's best in-ground trampoline. It was pretty easy to put together after the workers dug the hole perfectly as shown in the instructions. The owner, Tyler even helped me troubleshoot a few things and issues I had via text. Would definitely recommend. It's an AWESOME trampoline, my kids have spent hours on it each day they're able to.

Also a lot of screen time, arcade time, but only a small amount of time spent on the actual theme of the day/week. We were also really disappointed and concerned about the lack of safety protocols. There were teenagers checking us in which was okay, but no one checked us out and no one checked if I was even taking the right child. Overall way too stimulating, poor food, and terrible security measures.

I've been here several times to watch my nephew's youth hockey team play games and skate with him…read moreduring stick time so I have to share my observations. The Good: The rink does have a nice snack spot, and a full bar. Super nice lady (Sandy) that I talked to while getting my food in the smaller snack bar. There's a Pure Hockey here that, despite being small, is very well-equipped with helpful and knowledgeable staff. I bought a pair of skates from them and they made sure I got a great fit. The Bad: The ice is in pretty rough shape, especially on the south side rink, it's clear that they don't properly flood or cut it in between sessions. Parents let their kids run around like feral animals, yelling and screaming, climbing on things, and no one seems to care and the employees certainly don't do anything about it. One of the worst parts about the rink is the bathrooms. I can't speak for the ladies, but the men's room is absolutely disgusting. There's always at least one urinal that's "out of service" and the last couple of times I've been (over the past two months) only one of the three sinks has worked. Half the time there's a 1/4 inch of some liquid on the floor, not sure if it's piss or water or what, but it's nasty as hell. Whoever runs this rink is a joke, I've looked into how much you charge for ice time and you clearly aren't investing a single dime into any improvements or even basic maintenance. Get your sh!t together and fix the bathrooms, clean the place once in a while, and invest a little money into making the ice better!

There just isn't a lot of shade. The tables weren't shaded (because of the whole earth tilting and spinning,) except for the people sitting on one side of one of the tables and the sun still hit 80% (chest down) of each person. About 3/4 of the playground equipment was in the shade from one direction but the surface area of the shade structures could have easily been big enough to provide better coverage. 2.) The playground equipment is unusual. Before you go check the photos to see if it's something your kids would like. My 5 year old doesn't rock climb or do jumping from giant high thing to high thing. There was a ton of dog poop in random places including in the wood chips. That's not the park's fault, I get that. Still worth mentioning- maybe the park could have someone come by once a day and check for that? Seemed like the human sized poop in the wood chips next to the water fountains had been there at least a full day. Lastly I think it's worth mentioning that the giant lake does not have any safety guards around it. We really careful with your little ones. The water is super disgusting but there are little fish and if you watch closely little baby turtles that come to the surface for air. Super fun to watch but it would not be good if your little one fell in.
