I only called to inquire about a cat grooming service and if I could make an appointment but she came back with no there's not a guarantee that if I drop him off at a scheduled appointment time that she would get to him at that time which to me is pointless to even make an appointment then. I also told her my experience at a previous place which is why we're looking for a new place and she defended that company. My cat is 5 and has been groomed since he was a kitten... he's long haired, but it seems she really didn't want my business. Would not recommend solely based on customer service and the immediate defensiveness expressed from the woman on the phone.

What an amazing Animal Hospital! Last week I had to make a decision that every pet owner dreads…read moremaking. I had to euthanize my childhood dog of 17 years. When I called this vet for a quote on pricing that is when I fell in love. They were very compassionate and helpful to getting an appointment set up and helping me understand the process. Once at the Animal Hospital we were given the option of doing the process in their yard or inside. With COVID still a thing it's a really hard to find a place that will let you come in and say goodbye to your animal. Once inside they were again very compassionate and explained the entire process to us. We were able to choose how sleepy we wanted our dog before the actual process took place. Once the sleepy shot was given they let us have some private time with our dog. They provided us with a wireless door bell to push once we were ready to say our finally goodbye. When the whole process was over they provided us with a clay paw imprint so that we could remember forever. The experience wasn't the only great part, the cost was also friendly for anyone on a budget. I was quoted $500 by veterinarians near me and only $205 here. In conclusion I highly recommend this vet. They have the best service, people, and affordable prices. If this is your first time I promise it won't be your last.

If I could sum up Gina as a caretaker for my pets and as a person in a few words they would be: She's the Best! Gina is kind, loving and gentle with the dogs, a couple of whom have had arthritis or other ailments. She's generous with her time and doesn't just come over to feed them; she also plays with them and will give medication if necessary. Her advice was simply to wait and see how the second injection goes. Simply speaking to the vet was considered an "exam" versus a consult and I was charged an additional $54!
