This is the best place to get your dog groomed. Not only does my yorkie, Cooper, always come back looking amazing, he is comfortable going there. Melanie is absolutely amazing! I have a high anxiety dog, that at another grooming facility I was told I would need to medicate prior to grooms, but that has never been the case here. She is patient with him and he loves her! I received a call and text to confirm my appointment a few days before. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by Tracie. She took a copy of my pup's shot records and then walked me through the process. THEY RIPPED HOLES OF HER SKIN OUT Please for the love of God do not take your pet to this place. I used to bring my husky once a month. When COVID-19 happened, I could no longer bring her. What they did to her is unspeakable. The first evening back she was tired. After that, she did not eat or drink for days. If you tried to touch her she would scream and cower. She was in so much pain and cowered to such an extent that they were afraid that she may have spinal cancer. She does not. After the veterinarian gave her some pain medicine, I could finally see what they did to her. Her entire body was covered in holes where they had ripped her skin off of her in attempts to get her under matting. Some holes in her skin were the size of quarters. You could hardly touch her without finding another spot with open wounds matted with blood and scabs. Never again will I bring my dog to this establishment. I implore you, if you care about pets you won't either. read more

After years of using the DogSpaw as my groomer, I am ready to move on. Lately when we drop our dogs off, they like to tell us what they cannot do for us, they've raised their prices considerably, and it's impossible to book an appointment with them online. Today when my husband dropped off our dog, they were so rude to him that he called me and asked me to find a new groomer. I was not at all surprised that he was asking me to quit using them, because they've been nothing but rude, attitudinal, and not even very good for the last few years, and I've been putting up with it out of loyalty. I almost quit going there last time we went in, because after having my dog with them all day, she wasn't really finished being groomed, but the groomer (Oxsana) called me to pick her up anyway because it was closing time. My dog looked terrible. Regardless of how my dog looks when she comes home today, this will be my last visit there with any of my dogs. I don't recommend them. read more

This pet groomer is a high ranking establishment in the area, but my experience was different. Took my Yorkie for the Full Grooming Service and show them a picture of the haircut I wanted for her. After four hours I pick up my dog and it was so different that I was expecting. There is two types of haircuts for Yorkies, long show and puppy cut, apparently there is a third one... a Messy Haircut. My pet has an uneven hair across the face and the body, even though I show a picture on how I want to maintain the length of her hair. It was an horrible experience, I was so amazed since I saw some dogs with nice grooming styles. Never go back to the place again. read more
