These are the sweetest little ladies in Red Oak. I haven taken my fur baby here a few times and they have done an awesome job.

I took my Maltipoo 2 1/2 then 3 month old baby twice to this business. Both times were told that my PUPPY was mean. The trim was uneven but I wasn't as concerned about that as I was the attitude. Just to ensure that my little one not acting out in my absence I have waited to post this until he was groomed by another business. The new business said he was feisty but just being a puppy. They did an amazing job! Please see the before and after pics from today. He is now3 1/2 months old.Groomingdales may be great with older dogs that are used to being groomed but definitely not with puppies! read more

I've been to this facility twice my first time visiting the lady with the dark colored hair was super sweet and very nice and made me feel as if they would take great care of my dog. While dropping off my dog that morning the owner walked in (grey colored hair) didn't speak when greeted with a Good Morning and looked at me as if I didn't belong. Honestly I bypassed it and left my dog because the other lady was very nice. When I went to pick up my dog same thing the lady looked as if I didn't belong the other dark haired lady was super sweet I paid and left a $15 tip on a $45 dollar job. So still a little uneven about the encounter with the owner 3 weeks later I decided to book another appointment. When I arrived this time the owner (grey haired lady) sits closest to the door when you walk in, she didn't speak when I said Good Morning again looked at me as if I didn't belong. The other dark hair lady again came over spoke super sweet even remembered my dogs name and asked me what type of cut would I like today. Before I could speak the owner rudely asked & who is this when I gave her my dogs name she picked up her notebook I'm guessing this was her appointment log, but she looked at it and then gave me the same look as if i didn't belong. At this point I was like ok this is the second time she has been rude for no reason , but as I proceed to tell the dark haired lady how I would like my dog groom the owner rudely interrupts and is literally yelling at me that a term I used for a dog groom was incorrect. I have been getting my dog groomed for 6 years and have never had any issues asking for a teddy bear cut. The owner loudly stated that was an incorrect term for a groomers cut and that she dislikes when customers use that term. I let her continue for a good three minutes before I cussed her out. The owner here is terrible and very rude I feel sorry for the other lady because she is super nice. This business will never see myself, my dog or my money again. Crazy thing is she even proceeded to try and make me keep my dog there as if I would after you tried to scold me for a particular style groom that I've been asking for years and have never had any issues. I would've been a fool to leave my dog with this lady and and take a chance on him being treated poorly. I will never visit this facility again the owner needs to learn basic customer service skills. read more

My Sammie Jo, just loves her and Sammie Jo only loves her Daddy & me. she is so gentle and makes sure she understands what you need done to your pup. This is a great groomer! We have had many groomers over the year living in different areas and this is one of the best! Betty is such a good person; she is friendly and honest. Absolutely not, Ms. Betty is nice and personable however, this is not the place to have your dog groomed. It appears she has regulars that take precedence over a possible new customer. She may do better with very small pups. If I could leave a -0 I'd rate this place that. read more
