This is with an appointment earlier in the day. I was never happy about this. Well, no more. We're thrilled with the process at Bubbles and Bows here in our new home of Mansfield. The receptionist was super nice and helpful. They completed Tinker's groom in about 2 hours and she got to lounge in a special area with other groomed dogs afterwards. When we picked her up, she seemed to be in great spirits and not stressed. Yes, we paid a premium here vs our old place in Weatherford but we feel the stress reduction for Tinker, not waiting in a cage all day to be groomed is worth it. We've already made our next appointment.

If matting was the issue, they should have told me before starting and given me the choice to approve shaving, pay for dematting, or leave. Instead, they made the decision themselves, charged me full price, and then acted like not charging extra for dematting was some favor. How do you claim to "demat" a dog when you just shave everything off? The grooming itself was sloppy too they left a long forgotten lock of hair on one ear and gave her an uneven face trim that looks nothing like the teddy bear inspiration photo I showed them. This business has terrible communication, no respect for customer consent, and poor quality work. Go somewhere else.

I found them through Nextdoor reviews and booked via text, which was super easy. They were friendly, responsive, and I was able to get an appointment quickly, not months out like a lot of places. I have three dogs, and they were able to schedule all of them together, which was a huge plus. They run things really efficiently. You're given a specific drop-off time, so the dogs aren't sitting in cages all day. Then they text you when your dogs are ready which is usually within a few hours and give about a one-hour window for pickup, which is very convenient. They are open so many days even on Sundays. My dogs looked amazing...so fluffy, clean, and well-groomed. You can tell they take pride in their work. I also noticed that other customers clearly know and trust them, which says a lot. The owner is incredibly kind, and the staff is just as friendly. This has been exactly what I was looking for in grooming, a place close to home that does just as good (if not better) of a job as the one I was driving far to. We'll definitely be back!

I am forever grateful to this amazing facility, and especially to Mandie. While we were out of…read moretown, our Golden Retriever, JoJo, experienced a medical emergency. Because the staff pays such close attention to the dogs in their care, they noticed a problem early on. JoJo had been acting completely normal at drop-off, but a couple days into her stay, they sensed something was wrong and trusted their instincts.They immediately stepped up and took JoJo to the emergency vet. Mandie stayed by JoJo's side when we couldn't, acting as her comfort and protector while we cut our trip short and raced back home. Even after we returned to town and took over, Mandie constantly checked in on JoJo to see how she was doing.The most incredible part is that we didn't even really know Mandie, and we have never met her in person. JoJo had only been there for daycare and boarding a handful of times. For Mandie and the staff to treat JoJo with this level of devotion, love, and urgency is truly extraordinary. They didn't just board our dog; they saved her life and looked after our family during a terrifying time. We will never take JoJo anywhere else!

I…read morecalled the school because my dog and I aren't in the best place and had to take him from his normal groomers who he has never had a problem with! He has some matting on his butt because the hairs grew really long around it so I understood it would be a shorter cut. I dropped him off at 10:30am I was told to pick him up at 5pm and when I picked him up he had random pieces of hair hanging all over his body, cuts and lumps , no nail trim, no teeth brushing just a rushed Job done for over 6 hours. when he got into my car he ran under the passenger side seat hiding and growling at me and refused to let anyone touch him. I immediately went back into the school with tears streaming down my face and asked the school what happened they stated it took 3 people to hold down a 13 pound mini poodle and that he experienced some trauma I shouldn't have paid but I did. and left. When I returned home my dog continued to hide from me, looking into space and would flinch anytime I tried to get him. I knew in my heart something happened to him, I went back the next day to get some type of justice for him after seeing some hidden reviews over the years of them doing the same to other dogs. I went in stern because I was upset over my dog, I didn't curse, didn't throw things around and I still got the POLICE called on me. When I said very loud "wow to be black in america standing up for yourself gets you this" the owner Sasha laughed in my face and said with this attitude why would I help you. the police were called and their solution was they would have my dog return in 2 weeks and they would finish the haircut free of charge. I have so many issues with their resolution. Not once did they take accountability, they had lite me trying to convince me that my dog myst have gotten injured prior to Him coming to them and to top it off I was so much of a "threat" To them that they would call the police but not enough that it was okay for me to return. NOT OKAY. Don't EVER bring your animal here if you care about their well being.
