I got the four seasons milk tea 50% sweet with tea jelly and it was so good! Good balance of sweet, tea, and milkiness. My husband got the coconut jelly milk tea 100% sweetness and it was def way too sweet and overpowered by the coconut jelly, which filled half of the cup. Their milk tea isn't anything special, it's basically just tea with a lot of creamer and sugar. They brew the tea in an old-school way, and I can't even taste the actual tea flavor. The hygiene is also very bad. They keep the counter station open so customers can see, but the staff look exhausted and everything seems quite unsanitary. read more

I decided to order the large milk tea with half ice and half sugar. I thought that it was very flavorful. You can really taste the tea in the drink. This places drinks were cheap, but the sanitation practices here are disgusting. Why is one of the workers putting her entire fist into cup to clean it? Also why was most cups in the sink. It was packed and most of their items weren't being sold. They also opened like 15 minutes late. This spot took over Champion Food, which was the first place I had ever tried boba! It was very nostalgic to come back and now try A Little Tea. The line out the door seems a bit intimidating at first, but there is absolutely no room to stand inside. We made it to the front of the line fairly quick. I ordered the Green Milk Tea with mini boba and it was perfectly sweet and flavorful. I really enjoyed my drink, but I would say the mini boba itself was a bit on the hard side. I would have liked it to be a bit softer and chewier. It was definitely worth the price, being less than $10 for 2 medium sized drinks. We ordered at the kiosk and the only interaction we had with any employee was them calling out our drinks, so I can't speak much on their service. Our family used to go to Champion for 35 years so we were happy to try this new tea spot in its place. Unfortunately we were beyond disappointed with the service and the drinks. Drinks themselves were watered down and not well made. Please look into better staff training so they are able to answer questions from customers adequately. Please consider optional cups to purchase on menu because for families with small kids (age 3-7), a single small is still too large for them to consume. Being able to split on the go makes this an enjoyable family destination instead of an annoyance as we don't always want the kids to share drinks due to germs (nor are they willing to share)! On top of that, it was Thanksgiving and to be put in a position with young kids where a store will not spare a cup even when we offered to pay for it is appalling customer service. I had really high hopes for this place but was sadly quite disappointed. Having become used to quality tea flavor milk tea places like Bako, 3CAT, and Cha Redefine (and HeyTea arguably), I was surprised at how weak the Four Seasons tea flavor was for my milk tea. I got 30% sweet and it was way sweeter than I expected as well (tasted like 50%). Boba has no inherent flavor (not honey boba or brown sugar boba), which is fine. I had them add some pure tea to make it tea heavy and it still didn't taste very strong. Overall tasted like TapEx or something generic. They were soft open when I visited and tried it for the first time. The inside is small and is mainly standing room (as long as the line doesn't crowd the entrance). Their most popular drink is the mango milk green tea, but they didn't have any mango drinks available at this time. I ordered on a kiosk, but staff was open to answer questions. Instead I got a four seasons milk tea and a four seasons pure tea. The milk tea was very milky, felt like the ratio was a little off 3/5. I work in the area and have come here twice, and both times have been consistently good. I usually order the regular black milk tea with boba, and it's really good. The prices are more affordable than a lot of other boba spots, which I appreciate, and the drinks are solid. Even at 100% sugar, the milk tea isn't overly sweet, and the boba is nice and chewy. You can order at the register or at the kiosk. Parking can be a little tricky sometimes, but overall, it's a great boba spot to check out. read more

You're really paying for the quality with their pricing. Quality in both the drinks and service. The four seasons milk tea was so incredibly watered down - there was barely a hint of tea flavor. Don't even bother with the Ovaltine unless you want malt chocolate flavored water. Staff needs some serious training. One male employee was talking with the other employees so loudly as he was using profanity both in Chinese and English. I was in line waiting for my order to be taken when a female employee asks "can I help you with something?" in a rude and condescending tone. Yes, I'm waiting to place my order.. The tea itself was fine although still a little too sweet for me at 50% sweetness and the free toppings makes this a pretty good value for Boba in the area, but my Boba balls we're too hard and felt like it were undercooked and lacking in flavor. The drinks are all handmade with so much care; watching the team make them feels like watching skilled bartenders mix custom creations. There are tons of options and free toppings, which makes it really easy to get exactly what you want. My favorite is the tea jelly -- it's unique, slightly bitter in the best way, and pairs perfectly with sweet teas. I haven't found anything quite like it at other boba shops. First time customer but overall very pleased. When I walked in I was instantly greeted with a smile which is a good first impression. I ordered a hot tea and it came out at a reasonable time. With some places I usually have found that when they give me a hot drink, it's scorching hot and I cannot drink it right away. However, this was not the case as it was hot, but not burning me on the first sip. Also I enjoyed how they had a wide array for their menu and the drink I chose was absolutely delicious.
