The lucque olives are not your typical briny olives that we get at the market, and the flavor was fresh and delicious. As you would expect picking a fresh olive I would imagine. We tried both the roasted garlic & herbs as well as roasted garlic & jalapeno and herbs. Both were an amazing addition. Another delicious treat was Hunter's pistachios. These are not simply dusted like you may find at the market, they really flavor them well and you can see and taste the seasonings on the shell. We tried both the mild (hatch chilis, garlic, and sage), as well as the hot (jalapeno, garlic, and sage). Both were truly amazing, although my husband preferred the hot variety as they had a nice kick. We also were able to try some pure lemon syrup. With a sweet lemony flavor, it is truly good on so many things. We enjoy it as a glaze on chicken, fish, or in tea. I will be trying it on ice cream next!!! We keep coming up with new uses all the time as we love the flavor of this syrup. I am dying to restock and try the sweetened and dipped orange and lemon slices the next time. There was asian woman and white woman at the front counter. The white woman approached and we requested. Then for some reason the asian woman responded with this attitude that it was fresh and brought out. I could tell she got irritated because she disappeared to the back and never seen. The white woman rung us up, but then you can tell she was brushed off with the same attitude of the asian woman and she rung us up so quickly to get us out. This was similar to our last visit from a year ago and I still remember that visit! Ambiance is great on the first minute before you enter with the aroma, but once you make contact at the front counter and make requests. Good luck! The 3 stars here is strictly the hopia and pandesal we bought that were amazing. The customer service was deteriorated by 2 stars. Just want to make that clear!

The prices inside the store are honestly ridiculous. Everything from chips and drinks to toys and basic necessities is marked up to an unreasonable level. Families already spend a lot just to stay at the resort, and once you're there, it feels like you're trapped paying inflated prices for every little thing your kids want or need. There's no consideration for affordability or for the average family trying to give their children a good time without going broke. The laundromat was another huge disappointment. Machines barely worked, several looked out of service, and the area was dirty and poorly maintained. For a family resort where people stay multiple days, that's unacceptable. What makes this frustrating is that the employees themselves are amazing. The staff were friendly, hardworking, patient with guests, and clearly doing the best they can under poor management decisions. The workers deserve far better pay and appreciation because they are the only reason this place still has a positive atmosphere. Management seriously needs to rethink the pricing, maintenance, and overall customer experience instead of treating families like walking wallets. Corporate is a whole bunch of investors.
