Before moving forward, I decided to get a second opinion through Costco's Auto Repair Program, which led me to LBR. From my very first phone call, I was impressed. They answered right away, were friendly, and made it easy to get my car in the very same day. Josh and Ken were both fantastic to work with--professional, honest, and genuinely interested in helping rather than selling unnecessary repairs. They performed a thorough inspection and, to my surprise, told me that no repairs were needed at this time. Even more impressive, they didn't charge me for the diagnostic inspection. Finding an auto repair shop you can truly trust is rare, and LBR has absolutely earned my confidence. I'll be bringing my Lexus RX 350 here for all of my future service. Thank you, Josh, Ken, and the entire LBR team for your honesty and exceptional customer service!

I needed my first oil change and found this shop off of the Amsoil website. They have other…read morelocations but this is the only one that carries Amsoil oil. This is my oil of preference as it's one of the top of the line oils. I advise calling ahead of time to make an appointment. I made mine a couple of weeks in advance as that's the next available appointment if I wanted to wait for my car to be done. I showed up a little after my scheduled appointment and was met by Tom. He was great to deal with -- amazing customer service! Since his oil change guy called in sick that day, he was the only one in the shop. Another customer showed up that had an appointment the same time as me. Tom did both cars in a little less than an hour. Wow! I'm impressed! The cost of a full synthetic oil change is $20 cheaper at this shop than what the Subaru dealer charges and also cheaper than what Jiffy Lube charges. Not to mention, they use Amsoil oil. Because of the high quality of Amsoil oil, with full-synthetic oil, I don't need another oil change for 10,000 miles. Although this shop is a 30-mile drive away, I will be coming here from now on for regular maintenance and any car needs. I highly recommend them!

Rec'd call Thursday afternoon the engine had so much oil on it they could not tell either. They needed to steam clean the engine and then could go from there. $90 to steam clean it. Did not hear back until Monday. They steamed cleaned it and cannot find a leak come get the car. $259.00 later I was told drive it for a week and see what happens, the man at the counter kept going on and on about all the oil on the engine. (I had the oil changed and the oil filter was put on incorrectly causing oil to spill all over). 45 minutes later still leaking fluid. Called shop after inspection the engine it was not steam cleaned and if it was it was a terrible job. I was told again that it had so much oil and it was cleaned, when I pressed the issue I was told it was pretty much just done to get the oil off and not a full cleaning. Again told to just watch it and see what happens, it might be residue in the oill pan. Well let me tell you I can see the fluid dripping and do not understand why they cannot. I do not believe they did anything to my car and kept it for 5 day, the man at the counter is curt and treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about. Customer service is not the strong point here I will not be back. Pretty sure they do not care.

I need to get this story out at risk of embarrassing myself all over the internet just to show my…read moresincere appreciation and gratitude for this business--strap yourself in for a lengthy story that will leave you cringing at second-hand embarrassment. About 3 days ago I started smelling a nail polish remover smell in my car and went "oh no." A quick google search gave some possible (and intimidating) results like "A/C Refrigerant Leak" and "Coolant / Heater Core Leak" and after three days of inhaling the fumes (I know, I'm a procrastinator so sue me) I said f it and asked around for a good auto shop. My friend recommended me here, saw it was super close to my apartment, and went online to book. I got a confirmation later in the day and although my appointment was for the following day, they said I could drop my car off and they would take a look at it the following day first thing in the morning. Ok, I've the set the scene. Morning of my appointment, I get a text from the shop asking if I would have time to come by to smell something to see if was the same smell as what I was smelling in the car. Sure, no problem. I walked into the shop and lo and behold--I saw my spray bottle of RainX (that I stashed in the pocket of the passenger seat and hadn't touched since) sitting prettily on the countertop. You can see where this is going. You're reading this and going "wow, this person is...something else" but LISTEN this isn't about (just) that. Not only was Sean and the team at Ali's amazingly communicative and great to chat with, they also were transparent and honest. They didn't "magically" find an issue and charge me an arm and a leg; they located the issue that had nothing to do with the car parts, removed it, and explained (so kindly with no sense of mockery that would have been warranted lol) what was wrong. They even did an inspection to double check nothing was wrong with my car and gave me the clean pass--no charge. I'm blown away. I will definitely be coming back for any of my auto needs because of the people, the service, and the transparency here. Hope you had a laugh reading this and a HUGE thank you to the team at Ali's! (Copying and pasting this from my Google Review! More exposure to my embarrassing story haha)
