I've chosen Primacare to be the house of my primary care physician. I've been going to them for years and have been listened to, cared for, and any opportunity I can. I recommend them to everyone. I've seen all the doctors that work with Primacare, specifically in this location, and everyone is so kind, considerate, and just wonderful people. Seriously. Finally after multiple calls I was told "I'm sorry I'll have the dr call you tomorrow" zero mention of a cost. I was charged $95 when she did call Manager & Dr had a discussion & decided to go ahead & bill me. But they did have front desk clerk apologize. Ive spend over $1100 at this clinic only to be set back in health. The treatment caused so much pain my husband almost took me to ER but I hate ERs. My anxiety was on overdrive fr supplements, had excessive shedding among other symptoms. I cldnt handle the supplements so I stopped diet & supplements. My body started to slowly heal in a few days Dr hypothesis was my energy triad was off & my digestion was good My hypothesis: leaky gut. I got my results. Researched on my own . Sounded like leaky gut Went back to my old clinic, W clinic (didn't know they treated digestion) Dr confirmed it was in fact leaky gut which also affected my bladder Treatment in just a few weeks already doing better . Also drs are available to chat through email after prescribing supplements Bcz they want to make sure they are working for patient. Summary: Poor communication skills from the front desk (3 occasions I got incorrect info that cost me more $) Dr was polite but not helpful. Manager called to ask about my experience. Another apology with no solution to problems. Customers have the right to be informed of what they are being charged for. And true empathy is caring about a patients concerns when they tell u the supplements are harming them. I think this facility has sufficient enough clientele not to care about the welfare of any new patients. My biggest issue was not that my treatment failed (drs aren't perfect. I understand) but the fact that their apologies are in vain. They offer no resolutions.

I got my blood tested and met with Dr. Julie to go over the results... $300 later or close to it. I was told that I have stage 2 kidney damage, have parasites from dog, am low on pretty much everything they tested, and that at my stage I'm at now, I likely wouldn't be able to support a fetus in my body for about 6 months unless I take the supplements I'm recommended to take. After hearing the results, I was asked if I wanted to move forward with the supplements. They recommended I take $1200 worth and that's only a 3 month supply... I took time to think about it even though I was terrified that I'm falling apart on the inside. I work in the medical industry and immediately made a call to get a second opinion. I took her my lab results (she didn't even recognize that lab) and she concluded that the only thing I was actually low on was testosterone.. all of my levels were normal and she had no clue where Julie got her scales. She wrote me a script for 1/4 the cost that Julie was going to charge me. My curiosity was sparked so I looked at the supplements and quickly found that the supplements on the list I was given initially were extremely inflated in price. They don't take insurance so it is an all cash profit, which should have been my first indicator that something was off. After all of this, I didn't even get my blood type which was one thing I really wanted to know... this business uses scare tactics to push people to buy their supplements... Go at your own risk!

I've only been with Miss Mann for about three weeks and I can tell the improvement. Acupuncture is the way to go in some cases. The MRI I took showed that my neck was very tight. There was no movement in the inside of my neck with my sessions of acupuncture. Everyone can tell the difference my massage therapist, the chiropractor, everyone! Dr. Orris performed my gastric sleeve surgery 6/21/2023. I'm down 16 lbs from surgery in just about…read morea month and lost about 8lbs on the pre-op diet, so I am feeling awesome! I have Surgery Plus and the whole process was quick and easy to get approved for surgery. Tip: If you have Surgery Plus- be sure to ask about hotel/travel and per diem benefits! I am a nurse and was honestly really worried about having this type of surgery in an outpatient setting, but I was assured by Dr. Orris and his team that I would be okay. I put my trust in him and have to say, it was an excellent experience. Immediately post-op and for about 2-3 days afterwards I had A LOT of nausea, which was explained to be normal and due to swelling of the stomach after surgery. The day after my surgery I went back in to have my drain removed and was told I could do the IV clinic if I felt I needed it. (Which I did and am so thankful this was offered). Pain was very minimal- I never even took Tylenol! Anne Marie is the heart and soul of this place- she travels between the offices and I swear she is everywhere and does everything! Elvia took great care of me for my day 1 post op appointment and got me well hydrated with 2 bags of IV fluids. Mike is the nutritionist and he is so helpful and kind- you can tell he really wants to help his patients! He even gave some advice to my wife who joined me on a post op appt. Dr. Orris is a serious, no nonsense kind of guy. However, he took a lot of time to talk with me and discuss my care, options, what to expect, etc. I felt comfortable and safe in his care. He even gave me his personal number if I encountered any problems in the process. I've NEVER had a doctor do that! My one negative is that the office is being restructured and a lot of the nurses in the surgical center are clearly new or inexperienced in the specialty. The circulator in the actual surgery (dang do I wish I remembered her name) was very seasoned and made me feel very comfortable for my actual surgery. However, the pre-op nurse didn't even know basic medications and once she found out I was a nurse was basically asking me for opinions on jobs that sounded like she wouldn't be too stressed out or have to work too hard.... Growing pains are definitely part of the experience but most everyone I came across was kind and helped me get through this process. If you are thinking about surgery, do it. If you are thinking about using AZ Weight Loss- do it!

I feel that was a little misleading. That's not being on call and I had an issue that needed an answer by the evening... BUT other than that my experience was great! The whole staff was nice and pleasant! They eased my fears by making me laugh and making sure I was comfortable Dr.Orris I cannot stress how amazing he is! He listens and explains everything throughly! Also shout out to Mike the dietitian who answered any questions I had by text and always responded quickly! He's the bomb!!
