I purchased a massage through Groupon. Massage was okay. Didn't make a difference honestly. I still had tension and stiff shoulders. Maybe I needed professional help? I decided to see the chiropractor after since I had really bad pain still. Even the chiropractor at the office said I was pretty stiff after the massage. He did some little shock thing on my back and some X-rays. I guess that was fine. The next time I came back was to discuss the results of the X-rays. They decided to go over the rates and payment options before they explained what was wrong with me. I feel like as a business I would've explained the X-rays first and treatments needed then pricing. I was willing to pay but I felt like I could save my $1000 upfront or $2100 if I did payments. I rather work out and relieve stress with some at home techniques. To add: I wanted to purchase an item for my neck. And the representative couldn't even find the item. I know she was new but dang! Giving them 2 stars because I wish them luck! Dr. Warren, Ann and their staff are top notch. I've been in here for massages, adjustments and laser therapy. I've been very impressed by their professional atmosphere and the results I got each time. I also like to support a local family and business. Today Dr. Warren adjusted my back and I feel like a million bucks! He also did laser therapy on a nerve injury I have. It was painless and he walked me through every step of the process. This office has been of tremendous help for me. Starting with the easy appointment accomodations with the office manager Kirsten and the great treatments I am getting from Dr. Warren and the rest of the crew. After a neck injury put me on a leave of absence, my short term disability insurance was horrible to deal with but the front desk assistance was extremely cooperative and pleasant to deal with. Dealing with insurance companies is the worst thing specially during a pandemic. I will continue doing my adjustments moving forward at Cornerstone Wellness. read more

I'm not sure who Dr. Warren is but I see Dr. Elrey and he's pretty good with adjustments. He doesn't do the typical adjustment every other Chiro does..he adjusts you to your specific needs. Best chiropractor I've been to. Clay is very caring and listens. Every other chiropractor I've been to treats you as just another dollar to them. I've been going to Cornerstone Wellness Center off and on for about ten years or more and if I hadn't I'd probably be on disability. I was having extreme back pain and migraines. There are five parts to the review starting from booking with Groupon..It was difficult to get an appointment. I was booked at the Val Vista Location and found the place closed without being notified. Frustrated, and had to reschedule for service for another time and this time found the therapist very light and had to halt the treatment after 15 minutes and rescheduled. After a third and final try, they were very apologetic and gave me a very strong male therapist who just gave me one of the most effective massage. I would have given a 5 star but being juggling around and time wasted earned you a 3-star treatment. I will have to think hard to book another. read more

I just happened to get a massage Groupon to this place, can't be a massage for a Groupon price. Anyway, I was greatly pleased with how nice everybody was that work there, especially Lewis the masseuse, he was literally the best masseuse I ever had. And to tell you the truth when I first saw him, I thought wow he's pretty young, oh well at least I'm only paying half price LOL! Well I was greatly surprised, not only with a great massage, but he had a passion for what he did, and showed it in the massage and the info that he was able to give me. It's at a chiropractor's office, I've already been there again for an adjustment with Dr Warren, and he did a great job I'm going back tomorrow. This is the worst place ever because they don't even work 100% of the time. I bought a groupon for a massage and they are never there to pick up any calls at all. So then I figure they're just busy and came on a working time and day as they claim and the doors were lock and not a single person was seen. Either they've closed down or they are really just not working. But at least I got my refund from groupon. read more

***WORST MASSAGE EXPERIENCE THAT I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE*** I usually do not like to leave negative reviews on any businesses. I just don't go back to that place again or recommend to anyone that I know. Unfortunately this situation is quite unacceptable. I will breakdown into 2 categories; Customer Service: I was scheduled for 4pm. At first I called them to see if I can move to 4:30pm. They said no, the only latest they can accept for 90 mins massage is 4pm. So, I said I will try my best and will be there no later than 4:15pm. Luckily, I was able to leave early at work so I arrived at 3:50pm. The Front desk, Oscar was very welcoming and appreciate that I was early. By 4pm, Oscar informed me that they were running behind. So, I said that's ok as long as I still get my full 90 mins massage. While I was waiting, I overheard the lady complained that Groupon customer is annoying and how they frustrated her. Well, I purchased my session fron Groupon. However, Oscar offered me free 30 mins massage as a good gesture for me being on time but still have to wait 30 mins and I appreciated that. Unfortunately, I won't be going back but kudos to him for stepping up. Massage session: I usually get massage at least once a month so I understand the different type of massages and every therapists have different techniques but the massage that I received from a therapist at this place is insufferable. First, he didn't ask where do I want to focus the most or even how are you. He only said My name is.....and I am your therapist today. For the entire session, I feel like I am being "rubbed" ( not massaged) on the skin really hard using his elbows, arms and palms. It felt like being crushed for entire time. He "rubbed" so hard (not deep) that his arms, palms and elbows were vibrating/shaking and it transferred to my body and shaken the bed which is VERY UNPLEASANT (maybe not enough lotion?). Finally I spoke up and told him that I feel uncomfortable ( he didn't ask how I feel, Is the pressure ok, none of that). I told him I prefer hands or thumbs. He said, ok and said there are other therapists here so next time you come in just ask for someone else). He was not happy with my request. He did it anyway, for 15 mins and went right back using his arms and palms again. This was the worst massage session I ever had. I did not feel relaxed but felt anxious instead. The only two reasons that I stayed full 90 mins because I live far and I have been waiting for this massage. Secondly, I was hoping that he will approve his technique by the end of session but that never happened. I will not come back to this place and recommend massage therapy at this location to anyone. I stumbled across this business since they are very close to home. Dr. Warren and his staff are awesome! He explains issues completely and I never felt rushed asking questions. Dr. Warren develops a plan that works for each individual. Offering massage therapy, trigger point injections and many other non invasive techniques. I'll add my comments to the negative reviews that have already been made for this location. It's very difficult to make appointments for massage. It took me 72 days to get in with my Groupon then I find out I can only use the groupon every 6 months even though it says it expires in 30 days. Very poor service. Why would they make and then confirm the appointment. I traveled quite a distance to get there at 8:30 in the morning only to be turned away after they CONFIRMED the appointment. I will never do business with this "Wellness Center": again and highly advise others not to. read more

I have been going to Chiropractors my whole life. Last year I went to a chiropractor in Chandler where he worked on my vertigo. I have had vertigo for 30 years and thought the Dr had fixed it. Well 1 month later it reared its ugly head again. So in search of a new Chiroptractor again, I found Dr Grinder, and oh my goodness, after 2 months of him working on my neck, my vertigo is GONE !!!! It has been about 5 months now and still no vertigo, it is like a miracle to me. Also with the vertigo I didnt turn my head either way so I didnt get dizzy, that left my neck in bad shape, couldn't turn it from side to side. He is the ONLY chiropractor who has been able to adjust my neck, and believe me I have been to a lot of Chiropractors. Dr. Warren is the most amazing Chiropractor I have ever had work on me. I have been in 2 head on collisions and side swiped once. My back had been messed up for over 20 years to the point I cannot sit, lay down, or stand for more than an hour. My life was debilitating and limited activities. I went to pain specialist and even considered back surgery. I have been to approximately 10 different Dr.s before I was recommend to Dr. Warren. I was skeptical because nobody could help me.
