I very much enjoyed my dinner at the Alice. This restaurant exudes ambiance. It really is quintessential Village with a cozy well decorated vibe and a fun bar in the back. Servers were super friendly and the bartender made an excellent bourbon sour. My pasta dish was tender and accompanied by a delicious cheese - all delicious. Needless to say you pay Manhattan prices for this wonderful dining experience.

Great ambiance no matter what room you're in. Espresso Martinis for the win. Staff super friendly and she was a vibe for a Sunday brunch.

Came here for restaurant week and we had a great time! I've dined before but in the front area so I was excited to be seated in the back - while the front is cozier, the back is more eclectic and fun! Would definitely come again for the Pomodoro - super fresh and still warm, cozy, familiar tastes of spaghetti - and the King Crab Papparadelle with shaved truffle - was an umami blast!

Alice is a new favorite of mine in the West Village! The food is great but the restaurant itself is beautiful and fun to eat at! Definitely sit in the back patio if the weather is nice- beautiful with tons of plants and natural light from the glass ceiling. Our server was also incredible- super friendly and chatty. Really made us feel at home. We started off with some drinks- the Safe Passage had an amazing tequila/mezcal hybrid spirit and was refreshing with cucumber notes. The blood orange soda was also tasty! For apps, we started with the Black Seabass Crudo (delicious with an amazing tang from the pickled apricots), Scallops (nicely seared), and the Insalata de Mercato (huge portion and full of fresh veggies that the chef picks from the farmers market daily). They also give you complimentary bread and focaccia and olive oil. The olive oil was fantastic- high quality and delicious! Now for the mains- the Bucatini al Limone is a must order!!! It has an amazing saffron flavor from the homemade pasta, punctuated by bright notes of lemon and a subtle seafood taste from the Armatore Colatura (aged fish sauce). Actually one of my favorite pastas in New York! We also got the Gnocchi Astice (gnocchi was well made, tomato sauce was fine, and lobster and burrata were both plentiful and tasty). Finally for dessert we got the tiramisu and a scoop of the Jasmine vanilla gelato- both were amazing, but the Jasmine vanilla gelato was my favorite between the two. It was predominately vanilla but had a subtle hint of Jasmine that lingered- so unique! Our server also comped the gelato as we were celebrating a birthday, which was super nice of them! Overall had a fantastic experience- will 100% come back (even just for the bucatini!!!)

I attended here for an art show/ brunch and boy did I love it here. The ambiance was big, cute, and was like a vintage cottage. Service was nice and pleasant the servers were so friendly and nice and accommodating. It was such a nice vibe seeing everyone enjoy themselves. The dj was playing the saxophone while playing house music it was so great. The art that was displayed was also visually pleasing. The food very tasteful the short rib tortellini was so tasteful I would definitely get it again. This place is great for groups and date nights and even a girls night. I highly recommend.

Came here with a friend for Restaurant Week brunch. I saw "truffle arancini" on the menu and made the reservation immediately. There was thankfully a lot of availability and I was able to adjust my time that morning with no trouble as I was running late. The vibes, as they say, were immaculate. Everything is beautifully designed and warm and comforting, each room decorated in a different but complementary way. We were seated in the very back where there's a skylight lined with hanging plants. The service was very good, with servers stopping by frequently to check in on us and refill water glasses. My friend and I both ordered the truffle arancini and the cacio e pepe omelette. We hadn't realized that the dessert course wasn't included in the RW menu, so I wish that had been clearer. I got the cannoli and my friend got dark chocolate gelato, which we split. The arancini was some of the best I'd ever had: perfectly fried on the outside and creamier on the inside. The truffle aioli was an incredible topper without being overwhelming. The omelette was delectable but some bites were a bit too cheesy. The salad on the side seemed to be overdressed but ended up being just right. All the veggies were fresh. The cannoli cream was a bit too sweet and the dark chocolate of the gelato just a hair too dark (puts hair on your chest!) but we still enjoyed them. The starter and entree alone were very hearty and filling. Our only problem was that their system automatically charged my friend for extra scoops of gelato, which we were not told was a thing, nor were we given the option for less. Luckily they were able to rectify it quickly and only charged us for one. I appreciated the amount and level of food we got at such an affordable price, and were so happy that we decided to eat there. I'll definitely be back for that arancini.

We decided to try this place for restaurant week since we LOVE their sister restaurant Osteria 57 and it did not disappoint! Everything was perfectly executed. I particularly enjoyed the unique flavors with the burrata, the octopus was solid (and the puree with it ), I asked for more bread to finish the sauce from the cacio e pepe ravioli, and the short rib was delicious and tender. I'm not a big dessert person but I did enjoy the cannolis which tasted freshly made and not too sweet. The service and wine were solid too!

I will say this restaurant has a nice atmosphere and esthetic. I attended for a brunch art event and the music and ambiance was very nice. The artwork on display was beautiful. The Frito appetizer was ok. Could have had more flavor The Short Rib entree was good. Tender The Tortellini had a nice flavor sauce and was cooked perfect. The service was slow and mediocre. Not sure if it was because of the private event.

Ambiance is amazing! Such a cozy place for date night or dinner with the girls. Went with some girlfriends for restaurant week with their prix fixe $45 3-course dinner, so I can't speak to their menu on a normal night. I got their burrata, lemon bucatini, and raspberry cake. Honestly all three things were delicious, would recommend each.

Alice food and service were great. All of the staff were attentive to our table and were very friendly. The server was knowledgeable on the menu and provided great recommendations that my friends and I enjoyed. Portions lean a bit smaller on the pastas we got, so might be better to order more if sharing. We sat outside which was still quite warm but would like to go back and be seated inside.

The menu has plenty of variety across pastas, seafood, and cocktails, with some unique dishes that made the experience memorable. The drinks were a highlight, and the seafood options stood out the most for me. My Tipsy Tayke: The Fragola Fizz was juicy, fruity, and refreshing. The Forever Summer was another standout, with the smokiness of the mezcal blending really well with the fruit flavors without overpowering them. Both are easy recommendations depending on whether you want something fruity or a little more complex. My Taysty Tayke: Get Down & Dirty, Expeditiously: Seafood Ravioli Unique, flavorful, and packed with different seafood flavors. The ravioli itself was delicate and had a tendency to fall apart, but the flavor made up for it. Standout: Calamari Crispy, seasoned, and enjoyable. It had a slightly chewy texture, but I still found myself going back for more. The Carpaccio wasn't necessarily for me texture-wise, but I really enjoyed the greens and dressing that accompanied it. The garnish felt intentional and helped bring the dish together. The Pappardelle came with plenty of sauce but could have used more flavor overall. The complimentary bread was also tougher and chewier than I prefer. Desserts: The Lemon Sorbet was easily my favorite dessert. Bright, refreshing, and packed with real lemon flavor. The Mango Sorbet was another refreshing option with a smooth tropical sweetness. The Panna Cotta Cheesecake leaned closer to a mousse in texture and was definitely on the sweeter side. I especially enjoyed it with the cherry, which helped balance everything out. Service: Warm and attentive throughout the meal, fitting the inviting atmosphere. Plates From My Visit: Calamari Carpaccio Seafood Ravioli Pappardelle Lemon Sorbet Mango Sorbet Panna Cotta Cheesecake Fragola Fizz Forever Summer In Conclusion: A warm Chelsea Italian spot with strong cocktails, unique seafood dishes, and refreshing desserts. The Seafood Ravioli was the highlight of the savory side, but whatever you do, save room for that Lemon Sorbet. Stamped by Elajas

When we entered the restaurant and took the elevator up to the restaurant, we were delighted to find free wine provided for us to pour in the elevator. Admittedly, it was red wine, so not my favorite, and it did taste cheap, but still appreciated. To start off, we ordered the onion torta, focaccia, and smashed potatoes. The onion torta was surprisingly good and tasted like a form of french onion soup. As a focaccia enthusiast, the focaccia was fluffy and delicious. We also got the charred beans, carrots, ravioli, tagliatelle, ravioli, and trout to share. The charred beans were surprisingly the long beans and not the smaller ones we expected. However, they were very juicy and better than we thought they would be. The rigatoni resembled cacio e pepe with its pepperiness, the tagliatelle tasted like standard red sauce, but i did enjoy the ravioli and the ricotta inside. For dessert, we had the basque cheesecake which was alright, but I'm not the biggest fan of cheesecake. Overall, we had a great time at Ci Siamo and I would definitely recommend ordering the focaccia and onion torta and we could have skipped the carrots, beans, trout, and tagliatelle.
