The dentist seems nice enough but he tells you that you have all kinds of dental issues and then they give you an estimate with billing codes that don't exist and each treatment charge is in the thousands that are mostly not approved by your insurance. GET PRE-APPROVAL FOR EVERYTHING before agreeing to have anything done. Delta Dental Which is heavily lobbied by the American Dental Association will look the other way and will not advocate for you.
