I've had bad experiences over and over at offices where you make your appointment with the doctor and then some first year intern takes your case with little experience. That's not the case here. Dr. Drury is a nice guy, trustworthy and a great dentist who gave me all my options based on needs, financial considerations, and wasn't afraid to offer up an opinion. I felt like we were taking the best route with my case. You could watch TV in the ceiling while being worked on, and everything in the office was the latest technology. Long story short, I was so pleased and impressed with my experience, I'm making the change! Gina and Michelle at the front office are wonderful...so kind and caring. Rocio, Dr. Stanton's dental assistant, has a big heart, sweet disposition and is very eager to insure the physical and emotional comfort of the patient. Then there's Dr. Stanton: He is THE BEST! I'm a challenging patient, but Dr. Stanton has such a gentle caring manner. He really takes the time to understand the patient's issues and makes every effort to waylay fears and anxiety. I was very anxious going to someone new. I first scheduled x-rays and and cleaning. Front office & hygienist were profesional and friendly. I had a concussion a few years ago that left me sensitive to certain sounds and I was anxious about the dental drills. Dr Stanton met with me after my cleaning and carefully introduced the sounds to me to see if removing the crown was going to need a special approach. Things went well and he was able to remove and replace the crown with no problems. I really liked that they were able to make the crown in their office that morning and I didn't have to walk out with a temporary. The appointment from start to finish only took a few hours and I was comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr Perri and away we went. Dr Perri's assistant/office worker, Morgan, who was a very professional youth lady and around the same age as Nicholas, let me know the cost and that my dental insurance at the time was very limited. As it turned out, my co-pay for the removal to four wisdom teeth was quite large. I asked Morgan if I would be able to split the payment up into a few payments, and she told me she would discuss it with Dr. Perry. Either way the procedure had to be done. After the procedure, and having not heard back from Morgan, I broke out the old check book. Praying I had enough money cover the large co-payment I was sure I was now expected to render before I left. I asked what the total would be and Morgan smiled her pretty smile and told me the Dr Perri had waived the ENTIRE co-payment. Eternally grateful, Dr Perri and BFD became my family Dentist from that day forward. Time rolls on and through the years, we were able to enjoy Dr Perri's Morgan's and later Dr Ashley Araiza's care. Time continued, and Dr Perry was called home (RIP). Nick and Ashley became adults and moved on with their lives. Having lost my health care in 2014 due to government mandated yearly rising cost, I also lost my dental insurance. Needing some dental repairs, I once again called BFD. Hearing Morgans familiar voice, I scheduled an appointment for myself. Dr. Araiza was able to fix the problem and only charged me a very reasonable fee. Its great to have good Family friends to rely on in a time of need. Thank Dr. Araiza, Morgan, and The rest of the BFD staff for many years on dedicated Family Dental Care. Five stars for you!

They said it was our responsibility to know when to schedule our appointments so they insisted on payment. We have been going there for seven years and this was the first time that this has happened. When I asked to speak to Dr. Colby directly the staff said he would not call us back. They also attempted to charge us for services above the contracted amount with Delta Dental which is not allowed by the carrier. A couple days after I asked to speak with Dr Colby, I received a letter in the mail, terminating their relationship with me.
