I had a good initial impression, and the staff were well-equipped--with the exception of the dentists. We got off to a good start; we set goals and outlined a plan, but we couldn't seem to focus on anything beyond teeth cleaning and fillings. Appointment slots are limited because they are closed on Fridays and busy throughout the day, and if you need implants or root canals, they refer you elsewhere--which leads to conflicting price quotes from the different locations. In short, I chose this place for convenience and to avoid traffic hassles, yet I ended up unable to complete any of my treatments. To make matters worse, I've already used up nearly half of my $7,000 dental insurance allowance--and all I got was a cleaning and two fillings. There is simply no other way to explain it. read more

Just had my teeth cleaned today and the lady who was filling in for the reg dentist was absolutely the best! I am a very anxious person when it comes to having my teeth cleaned, but today was so different. It felt like I was getting my teeth cleaned, but I was! I so surprises. At first, I like this Denis because she was really good but since they've canceled on me three different times, I don't know if she gets overbooked but I've been waiting three months and you know I cancel my job a whole eight hours of work so I can get my teeth I have two fillings that need to be replaced and I've been waiting 2 1/2 months to get them done. They canceled on me last time here I am they call me at 2 o'clock in the afternoon and I already took the day off for tomorrow and now I've gotta go find another dentist. I wouldn't bother with this company. There's one lady in there that does everything and apparently she doesn't do a very good job of it so I'm just telling you if you want your teeth done properly and adequately and on time and if you have to take time off of work, it's ridiculous. read more

For years I've avoided going to the dentist (and I mean YEEEARS) because I had a horrific experience at my last dentist. But finally I couldn't avoid it any further as one of my tooth got infected. With much trepidation, I booked an appointment at Casa Dental. Walking out of the appointment, I can say, it wasn't so bad. My insurance covered everything. They didn't try to convince me to get services my insurance didn't cover like my last dentist. And I was able to get my infected tooth taken care of. The staff were friendly and making and changing appointments were easy. Ever since that experience, I've started going to the dentist regularly for cleaning so I don't end up with an infection again. I still hate going to the dentist, and the high pitch sound still gives me palpitations. But I guess as dental office goes, I can't complain about this one. read more

Here to update my review again it's still my favorite dentist I've ever came across :) They have some new people but they are all really nice and really good at their job. Excellent customer service across the board. I lost my job a few years ago and didn't have dental insurance but they worked with me when I needed to pay out of pocket which even then still didn't burn a hole in my finances. Overall excellent care, knowledgeable staff and they are affordable. I recommend them! read more

We strive to be clear and consistent with our policies to avoid any confusion. We take concerns about communication seriously and will continue working to provide a respectful and professional experience for all patients. We wish you the best moving forward." The plan may be an HMO but my dental plan is an additional cost that I pay each month which enables me to go to ANY dentist that I choose, so I'm not resticted. Unfortunately Tanya only heard "HMO" not the truth of my dental insurance. She assumed only the negative and was completely rude when I did my best to explain I had no restrictions. Again, my dental insurance allows me to choose any dentist I want. She only had to call UHC to find out the facts which I had supplied all my info to do so. All Tanya had to do was apologize for her mistake but her sensitive ego wouldn't allow it. Instead her solution was to get defensive, not to humble herself but to make a business decision for you based off her inability to take responsibility and to find out the truth. She's lied to me in the past as well. She seems to tell someone what they want to hear but has zero follow-up. Sukhman, last year you said I needed a new bridge and that's why I wanted to come see you again. I still would like to see you again as I've been a patient of yours for several years. I wavered between a 4 and a 5. My mom has been a patient for a while and I'm in the know due to her mental health decline but unfortunately, no matter how many times I asked and could provide a power of attorney, the office never informed me of appointments therefore causing my mom to be late or miss entirely since I'm her ride and she would forget to tell me. However, when my mom DID make her appointments, she was very pleased with the service. We even ended up getting a second opinion when transferring her records because the new dentist seemed like a sales office and we went back to Casa Dental and our suspicions were confirmed. After a poor experience at another local dental office for a broken filling I went on the search for another dentist to take care of me. The staff and the professionals here were great. Very friendly, efficient, and biggest one for me they weren't focused on adding on services to increase the price. What one dentist quoted me 2700 (my out of pocket share) was completed here for about 600...happy to have found my new dentist! read more

Bravo Casa dental you guys did a great job. My teeth are sparkling WHITE but also I had little emergency a couple weeks after cleaning and they took me in right away and handle it right away and charge me nothing as it was no big deal.
