Rude service. I pulled my vehicle into the Cadillac lane although it was a GMC. There were no signs indicating that there was a "GMC" only lane and a " Cadillac" only lane. I was the only customer there at the time. I was told by a very rude woman that I would need to back my vehicle all the way out and pull into the GMC lane. I did what she asked and parked. I waited for a service advisor 5+ minutes on the GMC side. After my vehicle was taken in I waited an hour and a half for an oil change. While I waited I had the "opportunity" to observe the same woman happily taking almost all GMC vehicles through her precious "Cadillac" lane. I don't understand why I was made to move and back out and inconivenced while others were not. I commute from Oxnard to Chatsworth daily and have the option to easily go to any GM dealer along my route, but based on this service I don't see why I should waste my time at this dealership. We may even be in the market for a new truck soon, and I commute a lot and need routine service pretty often. I have been to multiple Keyes dealers and I guess I should have known better than expect the same level of service in Oxnard. read more

I have never been treated so poorly. Mike the sales manager, let his ego get involved in a deal and decided to take the car away after having it 2 weeks already because he couldnt handle being told he wasnt a man if his word. Its took days to get my deposit back. Not only did he disrespect me but he bashed other lower end dealership as he phrased it. Such as empire motors. Who ever gave him that position screwed up major because Mike is driving busniess right into the ground. Thanks to his ego though I got a way better car for much cheaper at carmax. I am so thankful I didnt keep their car. Plus the 2016 malibu was already starting to make funny noises. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Brought my car in for regular oil service and there was a manufactures recall on the brake pads. Parts were back ordered so had to leave my car for a few days. When i finally picked up my truck, the car battery felt VERY weak! Drove it home and the next morning my truck did not start. I went back today (11/12/19) to talk to the service adviser and he said to me "Sorry, battery's go out from one day to the next" Really! I asked to speak to his service director "Dominic Coggiola" USELESS!!! No sense of customer service skills what so ever! What are you even there for? I bought two brand new trucks from this place and I get treated this way. Didn't even offer to take a look at the truck to see what the issue was. And on top of that, because my truck didn't start yesterday on Veterans Day, I had to rent a U-haul to use for my work. No customer loyalty what so ever here! Very disappointed, so if you bring your car here for service just know that you are at your own risk! Perhaps batteries do go out from one day to the next or do they? My truck was perfectly fine before i brought it in, never did my car battery show a sign of weakness or going low. This is unacceptable! We often think that by taking our cars to the manufacture dealership is our best and safest way to go, but give that some thought before you bring your car for service here. read more

Huge sales pressure from someone who was not only obviously new but told me it was his 3rd day and i was probably his 1st sale, he didn't know how to use the computer program so he told me to just sit behind the desk and fill it in myself and left the room to talk with George finance manager, they leased me a car that apparently i didn't qualify for so after having it 4 days i was called back and sold a used car and promised a sunroof by George in fronot of other sales people and i was told to wait for about a week for the loan from the bank to go through and someone will call me to schedule install after 2 weeks i called them and left msgs and msgs and finally spoke with George who didn't remember saying that and i even spoke with his boss Larry who had also said "I will get back to you" and "We will do the right thing" and that was 3 months ago and i have left numerous messages but no one calls back. They are only trying to get the numbers and make the sale and not standing by their word, I have contacted my attorney and no matter what the outcome do not trust what they say and make sure you watch them do the paperwork, I was wrong to trust them to do what they said they would. I am EXTREMELY upset with the service we have receive at this dealership. We purchased a car back in FEBRUARY and have yet to receive our plates. We have been told quite a few times that they would be sent out on the next mailing day and still haven't gotten them. When we try to contact the dealership now, we can't get ahold of anyone and when we do, we are told we will be transferred and then hung up on. Don't buy a car from these people. This sales department (James Pugliese & Chris the Internet guy) WANT to sell you a car. They're not like these other a-holes that mark up prices stand firm and say "take it or leave it". These guys earn your business by offering a fair price and flexibility to make the sale. They're knowledgeable and up front with the details. I was interested in a CTS. Then i took interest in a lower priced ATS at a different dealer. They BEAT the price of the ATS with the CTS! Sold below market value and definitely lower than a dealer would typically go (all for a car still under bumper to bumper warranty)! Very pleased. THEN had my old car delivered back from Oxnard to Huntington Beach so I could drive my Cadi home! Nice touch.The finance manager Daniel Ayala was the epitome of professionalism and got me through the paperwork quickly. I had concerns about a damaged rear view mirror (driver side). They assured me that the bumper to bumper would cover it and would also be a good way to establish a relationship with my local Cadillac service center. I recently purchased an Acadia from this dealership and did the whole deal on the internet and via email. James the internet Salesmen was extremely professional and catered to my purchase. He also delivered the car to me at my residence which is more than 90 miles from their dealership. A week or two later the check engine light came on and the car was having trouble starting a few times. Worst service experience i have ever had. Had my vehicle towed to the service dept. I set it up prior with a guy named Robert. Was told i would get a call when my vehicle showed up. No call. I called Robert back no one picked up. I called back an hour later. No Robert. Finally get a call back from Robert. To find out problem is not covered under my warranty. Instatly i was pissed. Robert told me the price, i said no way. I'll be down to pick up the vehicle, button it up. He called me back and told me i owed 125.00 for the diagnosis. I was even more pissed. The job was 307.00 , they have me by the balls. I need the vehicle asap for my wife. I dont have time to mess with it so im gonna have to pay it tonight. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We bought an older used car from them from there used car sale at the end of March. After purchasing a car and going home we found out that the Blue Book value on the car was half of what they charged us. And there were things about the car they neglected to tell us. For example that the lever to open up the gas lid was broken and we were going to have to pry it open with a screwdriver. The car was old but it was in good condition, but stuff like that I feel should have been disclosed plus they would not negotiate much on the price with us. Considering after everything was done they were getting twice the value compared to the Blue Book value I felt they could have negotiated better with us. So for that I don't trust them. We were going to go back and get a new vehicle from them but after finding out this info we didn't go back. read more

I submitted an online inquiry about leasing a new car. James contacted me within a few minutes asking for some additional information to get me the best price possible. An hour later, James called with a screaming deal. No haggling, no feeling like I was playing a game, no wasted time. When I told James we had a deal, he asked where he could deliver the car. When I told him I lived over 40 miles away, he said no problem. That night James showed up at my house with the car *and the completed paperwork*. It took five minutes to sign the documents and he was out of there. I couldn't believe it - I bought a car in one day and never saw the inside of a dealership. Bought used car advertised through Cars.com Question asked: The price you have listed is will only add tax and license right? Response: right. Reality: They added smog, smog permit, documentation fees, etc... Question asked when the added fees were seen: I thought you said there were no other fees other than tax and license? Response: none (ignored me). Question asked: What is this Los Angeles tax? A city tax? Response: Yes. I respond: I don't live in LA city. I live in LA county. Is this a county tax? Response: Yes. I mentioned to sales person and finance person multiple times that I wanted the option to finance with whomever I chose. Still when the line came up in the contract, I had to point out again that I wanted the option added because it was written without this option. They seemed to hope I wouldn't see it till it was too late. What am I supposed to think!? Finance: If I write a check (Sunday), will they deposit the check late enough that I can cover it with a deposit? Reply: Oh, sure. They won't make the deposit until late Monday. Reality: According to my bank, I had to make special provisions when I made my deposit, otherwise it was likely to not have been covered (on the Monday). The deadline option to pay from other financing was a total of 4 business days (with one holiday in between) from the signing. I mentioned it to him. Response: Ignored me. Reality: My credit union said that it was a tight squeeze to get a payoff check there on time. I had to drive the check out to Oxnard to deliver it. Their Finance department is 4 persons, 2 of whom were in that day. The receipt they gave me had a reference to a number that was not part of the VIN (close but not the same since I memorized the VIN) I had them write the VIN on the receipt. What am I supposed to think!? Service: The test drive was fine with no real issues to report. However, after they "cleaned up" the car, while I was driving out of the dealership, the low tire warning light was on. Back at home, I checked the pressure. 25 to 26 psi all around. According to the manual, 35 minimum psi is required. I added 10 psi to all tires and the next day, the light went out after a short drive. What am I supposed to think!!? THEY GAVE ME ONE KEY! Can you believe that? They said it was "company policy" on all used cars. As I recall, a few months ago, I rented a car that came with 2 smart keys (identical). Is somebody making money selling used keys? If you only get one key, figure on spending an additional $200 for a spare (identical) smart key. SUMMARY: I don't recommend buying online (cars.com) or from this place. Anywhere else, ask to see all the keys up front. Have them write an estimate of EVERYTHING before you agree to anything. Nothing verbal. Worst used car transaction of my life. read more

Be aware! There is a series of events that I experienced that any buyer should aware of. I purchased a 2013 Enclave for Alexander GMC in July after my Wife fell Love with the car. The negative experience started while discussing financing. We agreed on price and interest rate but somehow the monthly payment seemed higher than I expected. I simply googled"auto financing calculator" and confirmed their monthly charge was $31 more than it should be. If I didn't catch this, Is be charged $31 more for 66 months costing me $2,046. The salesman blamed financing agent, but I found it hard believe that someone who does financing for a living and uses a computer to figure the calculations could be that inaccurate. That was until I was in the financing office and found out that one of their additional maintenance plans costs that same monthly amount. Yes, I felt they were attempting take advantage of me but pressed on because I wanted the car! I was also informed in writing via email while communicating with the salesman that the vehicle has navigation only to find out later that it doesn't. This is extremely frustrating, not only because I was lied to but more importantly planned on using it for upcoming road trips and now have to use my phone. I am just disappointed in the whole experience and want others to be prepared. read more

I came in here to get alterations made to a company car. Normally I hate coming into dealerships because their customer service is normally not the best, from my personal experience anyways. However, When I came in I was greeted and assisted right away, Ruby was amazing! She was genuinely nice and professional. She took the time to take me out to the lot and showed me different colors/styles I could chose from. She seemed to be very knowledgeable and recommended options. After 4-5 months of research, test drives and sometimes pushy salespeople, we finally decided on a new 2014 GMC Acadia Denali from Alexander GMC. The WORST/ SHADY/ CORRUPTED dealership I've been to. I went only to test drive a car ONLY, gave them info they needed to so I can test drive. I let them know I don't want to purchase just test drive and to see how much a car would cost ONLY. They ended up running my credit after I told them don't and they said the weren't. Young salesman who looks like a kid came back with his dark tall chubby hispanic looking manager. They told me they ran my credit and had numbers for me. They threw away the papers that had the numbers because I wasn't buying. Which I was only there to test drive and check how much I'm looking at only. His manager was a dick about the whole situation. While leaving there they just wanted to hurry me up like they never seen me there. Poor customer service, shitty manager and employees. He was very attentive but not annoying and gave the sense of being very genuine in his responses to questions and pricing models. Due to this I was able to compare well online without having to go to the dealership until we were ready to make a deal. Once at the dealership Bill really took care of us regarding vehicles, price but no pressure to make a sale right then. He introduced us to his manager who was also very pleasant but again felt no pressure to make a decision until we were ready. ONce we did finally make our decision the process was vey efficient and the lowest level of stress and pressure I have experienced in purchasing a vehicle. He knew what we wanted and where we needed to be and worked backward from there. Additionally, even after we had signed the deal and left, since they weren't able to locate the full set of floor mats, they went ahead and ordered a new set at no cost. I have a Cadillac dealer 5 minutes away from my home, but when I went there to look at the Escalade, I had a horrible experience with a salesman who was eating while speaking with me and showed other bad habits. I chose to drive out to Oxnard because I felt like I was going to get the best deal possible there and I was right. We met with Ray Kolbe, who proved to us that we were at the best dealership. He spent a lot of time with us, took us for a test drive, and was never pushy. He understood what we wanted and did not pressure us in any way. I still looked around, but no other dealers could beat what they were offering us. After I purchased the Escalade, Ray spent over an hour with me explaining all of the features of the car.
