Add mandatory scam features to bring total sale price to market value. 2.1 $995 for "Theft Deterrent 1" by LoJack. 1.8 stars on Trustpilot, keywords from reviews are "beware, money waste, doesn't work, worst service". 2.2 $995 for "Surface Protection 1" by Cilajet. 1.5 stars on BBB. Customers report false advertising about the capabilities of the sealant. 2.3 $3,000 for "Extended Warranty" through NVP Warranty. Won't get into this one. The TLDR: You either finance the car with high interest or purchase 2.1 + 2.2 or 2.3 to offset the low list price, this is how they make their money. Abel used to work at the massive dealerships (Chevy, etc.) for decades, and he decided to work at a smaller dealership for that "mom and pop" feel in order to give customers a more one-on-one experience. Hello this place is not good at all. I got a truck there about a month ago for 13k I gave a total 5k down but only gave 3k first then he gave me a chance to pay the other 2k in 2 weeks so after I paid him the whole 5k everything was good till the I was late 2 days on my truck payment he must of been following me because I had to stay a hotel do to my work the owner Steve went with 2 others to the location and drove off with my truck loaded with my equipment for work. Because of this I had to put my company on hold. Now I'm out of work so to everyone who is thinking of buy a a vehicle at this place don't do it he will follow you and take your car away from you. If you are only 2 days late. I went to confront Steve the owner and he said no I'm not getting back truck at all I had his money and everything and he still said no so in front of my parents he got upset to the point where he wanted to even had a Fist Fight with me in front of my parents who are both very sick. This not a place I recommend so think twice before purchasing a vehicle here. This place does not even deserve one star. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE! My boyfriend bought a truck from this establishment, it broke the first week he went back and was they were not willing to help him because they "sold it as is" (turns out a lot of sandlot dealers make you sign off on that in order to protect themselves) however it has been one thing after another with the truck, it was not until we took it to an professional mechanic that they were able to see everything wrong with the truck. The truck is a complete safety hazard not only for the person driving it but also for others on the road. They knowingly sold him a metal death trap and completely washed their hands from the situation. Save yourself the trouble and purchase a vehicle from a reputable dealer. read more

It should really be ZERO stars! Do NOT ever buy a car here. Andrew and the rest of the staff here can NOT BE TRUSTED! I bought a Toyota truck here. I had thought I had inspected the truck well. There appeared to be a coat Rhino Liner sprayed on the undercarriage. It seemed to be OK, for a truck with 190,000 miles. I, of course, didn't expect perfection. After signing the contract on a Friday, I was told that I couldn't drive the truck off the lot that day because they needed to do a "safety inspection" on it over the weekend. In hindsight, this was clearly a manipulative tactic to make me feel confident, so I wouldn't further inspect it myself. The entire undercarriage was rusted out and had been spray painted black (which is illegal to paint over rust and pass it off as ok), as I was about to discover. After I picked it up on Monday, I drove off the lot, and a few miles down the street, the tail pipe FELL OFF. I immediately turned around and went back to the lot. After I got back to the lot, I showed Andrew what had happened...I was touching different parts of the car that I thought could potentially be loose. Lucky for me, I touched one of the lug nuts. It was so loose, I could undo it with my bare hands!!?!! There are SO MANY MORE things that I have found wrong with this car that went through a weekend of "safety inspections," but I don't want to write a book here. I just want to help any other consumer who is contemplating buying a car here or doing a repair at their repair shop (they tried to weld chrome-my tail pipe-which any skilled mechanic would know is not possible/safe). read more

So I bought a 2007 GMC Canyon form this joke of a dealership worst investment I have ever made. They are bunch of liars do not buy from them. As soon as I drove it off the lot check engine light went on I took it straight to my mechanic. The map sensor had failed, front brakes were at 30%, A/C blower only worked on high, shock and struts had also failed, and the differential needed service, and it also needed new headlights. I've given Unique Auto a review a while back based on my initial and first experience with them. I have now been with Unique Auto for a year and I need to be fair in this update of what my experience has been with them over this last year that my husband and I have been doing business with them. My car payment is due the 14th of every month. My husbands pay days are odd and my pay days are always in transition and sometimes its hard to have every bill organized for payment right on time. Especially when you have a litter of children to provide for lol. Every single time we've had to call Unique Auto and ask for an extension or adjustment, they have been understanding and always worked with us and accommodated us. And this is greatly appreciated. I cannot remove my initial review as my husband and I both feel that deleting any reviews we post of our experiences with businesses wouldn't be right, however, in the same spirit of being fair and doing what's right, I do need to say that these guys have been accommodating with us every single time we've asked for help. And in this day and age, especially when you have a family, a trait like this, is something you want in your dealership. This review is from my experience buying a 2011 Honda Fit back in September of 2014. I had a mostly wonderful experience at this dealership. I had previously purchased a manual transmission car and my mom owned an automatic. Because I was unable to learn how to drive the manual, we switched cars and I drove hers. It broke down and after a crazy experience, it was clear that I needed to sell my manual and get something I could drive. Having had no credit, I was concerned about getting approved. I began to fill out the online form for Unique and stopped midway. Minutes later I received a call from them that they noticed I started and didn't finish my credit application. They asked if I saw anything online that interested me and I said yes the Honda Fit. I was pleasantly surprised at how they contacted me and assured me that they would find a car for me despite me being a student with no credit. Within the next few days or so I went in and checked it out. The car was in amazing condition, only a few years old, and I was approved through the first credit union I applied for the loan through. The guy who helped me was awesome too. The test drive was comfortable and the process went very smoothly. My interest rate is extremely low, less than 5% and I didn't need a cosigner. We were able to work out a deal for the down payment and I drove away a happy girl. My only complaint was that I noticed a few issues within the first week of having the car (such as my power mirrors not working, a few other fuses that have blown) so I wish they would've fixed that for me. It was nothing major as I still haven't gotten it fixed but it would have been nice to have.. read more

Awful service. My friend and I went to just get a simple signature for a SECOND TIME and my friend had called ahead of time to ask at what time she should be there. The guy gave her a time but when we got there, the guy wasn't even there! Unfortunately, he was the ONLY one who could sign the paper since no one else "could." The other guy in the office called him and he said to wait 15 minutes. 45 minutes passed and the guy hadn't showed up, when we asked the guy in the office, again he said 15 minutes. We just needed a signature from the guy who messed up the first time and he makes us wait longer! The place isn't even nice. They didn't bother offering us water or coffee while we waited or even kept us updated on where the other guy was. The seats were old and torn up and it was dirty. Don't waste your time and money here. My mom went there to buy a car because the owner supposedly is a friend of my sisters and told them he would take care of my mom. The car my mom purchased turned out to be a total LEMON. She has had "Check Engine" lights coming on all the time. At one point, she took the car back to Unique (because they told her they would fix any repairs) and only to be told that they would charge her the same price a dealership would. $2600 of emission repairs later, my mom tried to trade the car into a reputable dealership only to be told they would not take her car as a "Trade In" because the Car Fax showed it was involved in a major accident. My mom was never given a Car Fax report from Unique and was never told it was damaged. My mom and I returned to Unique and explained to them the circumstances and they said they would sell her another car and they began to play their games about car values and being upside down in what she stilled owed the bank. I argued with the salesmen that THEY took advantage of my mom and put her into that deal even with the large down payment she put and they didn't care. At one point the salesman told us to go to another dealership because they would not be able to help us. I argued with them to make my mother a better deal or face legal consequences and they told us they would find a better car for my mother and call us when they do. We never got a call from them and returned eight more times until my mother saw a car she was willing to deal with. Again the salesmen told us they would call us when the car was inspected and detailed and they NEVER called us. These men lie directly to your face, are very shady, do not wish to negotiate and do not do any follow-up as they promise. They have no idea who they just pissed off !!! read more
