As someone who always had a hard time trusting doctors, dr Gevorgyan has very easily earned that trust with me.

When I called to schedule an appointment, the gal that answered the phone was friendly. She offered to send me their new patient forms so that I could complete the necessary documents ahead of time and bring them with me during my first visit. At the time of my visit, I was greeted by the staff as I entered their office. I didn't have to wait long before being called into the exam room to see Dr. Tang. The physicians assistant that took my vitals while I waited for the doctor was very through and friendly. She made small talk while asking the basic questions pertaining to my health history. Shortly after the physician assistant stepped out, Dr. Tang entered and introduced himself. He asked about the nature of my visit as well as other aspects of my daily routine to figure out what may be the cause of my symptoms. The visit did not feel rushed at all and he was happy to answer any questions or concerns I had with the treatment and prescription. Upon leaving, the staff checked to make sure that my visit went well as well as making sure I had my follow up exam scheduled. Overall, my experience with Dr. Tang's office was very pleasant. The entire process from scheduling to the exam went smoothly. The staff was professional and courteous.

You don't see Dr Tang, you see his NP. They bill incorrectly for telehealth visits. I had a phone…read morecall with his assistant for 10 minutes and was charged for an in person visit at a high level of service for a refil. The place of service was in office. This makes the reimbursement much more than a phone call. I challenged the office manager and she would not fix the billing to a telephone visit and is billing me for more than I owe.

This guy is a punk! I clocked in to my appt at 9:03 am, appt was at 9:00am, first thing he…read morementioned was me being late. At first I thought he was joking so I went with it, but he continued to scold me bc I was 3 minutes late, wow I was shocked! Then Kaiser called me at the same time I was in the appt with him. He got mad bc I was on the phone with Kaiser. I told him it was Kaiser I was talking to, (not a personal non urgent call). Since he was so mad and kept scolding me, I told him if he had a problem I could see a different doctor? Then he calmed down but only bc I stood up for myself. After that rough first impression , I felt he was not going to give me a proper diagnosis, so I decided to walk out instead. I understand, time is valuable, if I was 15 minutes late, I get it. If I was on a personal call during the appt, I get it but that was not the case. Dude, you need to take a chill pill.

Horrible doctor, terrible experience, scolds his patients, rolled his eyes at me, got reset when I…read moretold him I am a physician, would not want him around ever, totally unacceptable bedside manners, is under review at Kaiser, hates his job, despises his patients, needs remediation and perhaps a psychiatrist visit. Rude, patronizing, hostile, repulsive and ugly. An AI bot would be preferable to this scumbag. Maybe Claude Code can build one for me, because God failed here with this one. Should be nowhere near patients.

I'm sure she has her side of the story while I have mine, but working in customer care, she is extremely rude. The office cut contract with blue shield while I was waiting for my son's appointment to review results. I asked if Dr. Can call me with results instead of seeing him since he's longer in network with my insurance, to which she answered he'll call me as a courtesy but I'm no longer welcome as his patient if he does since he'd go over them over the phone. I'd have to wait for my appointment to go over results. YOU don't get to decide this, you're his employee. It's too bad that you represent his office and you're the middle man between patient and doctor. You also spoke to me in a very demeaning manner and kept interrupting saying "well that's our policy" Except it's not, because I told the doctor. I drove over an hour to see Dr. Kurian and would do it again but not as long as you represent him. Very unpleasant talking to Crystal.
