Absolute crooks. The office staff are awful and only know how to take people's money even though they do nothing. Rabbani is a nice guy, however his staff is horrendous. Charging for "missed appointments" even though they reschedule your original appointment and just expect you to be okay with it is terrible customer service. You are dealing with people's health... have compassion or choose a different career path. read more

Very disappointed after my visit with Dr. Rabbani. I would never recommend him to anyone. He basically talked me in circles for as long as he could just to write me a prescription that I didn't need or want. He didn't even tell me what he prescribed, he just walked out. His demeanor felt very inauthentic. He made no examinations and gave me no feedback on what could possibly be wrong. He charged me $200 for less than 10 minutes of his time. He had no thoughts of his own, he simply repeated my symptoms. I was given no paperwork to leave with regarding instructions for care. Front desk left me confused whether I was set to leave or waiting for something else. Absolutely unprofessional. Please go somewhere else. read more

Dr. Rabbani is good but the office is horrible. All they care about is to make as many office visits as they can to charge insurance and get copay. For simple consultation or refill they want you to come in. They just want to keep charging the insurance, They have to get clearance from office manager for any request that is not an in-person visit! Taking my business elsewhere. read more

I first when to Doctor Rabbani in early 2000 as I suffer with constant Migraine Headaches. I had wanted to try Botox Therapy. Doctor Rabbani seems like a knowledgeable, kind Doctor an actively provides Botox therapy for Migraine prevention. The Botox Therapy is fantastic and a true miracle. However the staff at both his Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks office are a True Nightmare! I am 61 years old and Never Ever in my adult life have I been treated so Very Horribly! and that is an understatement! Dr. Rabbani would tell me one thing and as soon as I walked out of the examine room the staff (mostly very young girls) would tell me the opposite and then back it up by saying, "the Doctor does not know what he is talking about." It is incredibly clear that Dr. Rabbani has NO Clue as to who is running his office! If I looked at the staff the wrong way or asked a clarifying question I felt as though I was Morphed back to High School and a pack of girls had turned on me. Worst office experience EVER! I went to Dr Rabbani's office a total of four times and each time it got worse. The office fumbled my specialty medication for over a month and blamed it on my insurance. However, when I called the insurance I was able to figure out what happen within minutes. Then they had the nerve to tell me they don't make any money off injections and if I'm unhappy to call for a transfer. Customer service is something this office knows NOTHING about. They should not be in health care services, as caring is the main role and that's something they know nothing about. read more

Dr. Rabbani has been great! We love this doctor and have selected medical plans based on being able to keep him as our sons neurologist. That being said however the office staff at the Thousand Oaks office is horrendous, every appointment and interaction with them is unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant. We would rather drive out of our way to Simi Valley to see the doctor than deal with the rude and borderline incompetent office in Thousand Oaks. read more

Visit was Not thorough & provided No Written Summary. All points were not covered. When I sent an email for additional questions, it took 2 days for a response & I was "scolded" for not calling. Rabbani is very personable, but I left without a full understanding. Front desk is typical of medical facilities - Worthless! These people are only there for a paycheck & when's time to go home. I booked an appointment with Dr. Rabanni. I showed up for my visit saying I had an appointment with Dr. Rabanni. I wrote down on the signup sheet my appointment was with Dr. Rabanni. Halfway through my visit I realized the doctor had not introduced himself. He was Dr. Tata. After my visit I asked the staff what happened and they said they switched my appointment to Dr. Tata because he was "more available". Reading other reviews this seems to be a common practice at this office. So be warned. Also the office is in a bad shape and does not inspire confidence. read more

Dr. Rabbini has been AMAZING! To me. I love the fact that he sits and listens to my concerns, gives me his point of view on any push back I might give him. I never feel rushed by him. He makes me feel like he actually cares. I've have another neurologist in Oxnard Dr. Sutton and OMG his the worst, so unprofessional and careless. Dr. Rabbani is a good doctor and made appropriate referrals, however the front desk is extremely rude. They do not follow up on questions in a timely fashion. One of the staff threw her hand in my face and made rude comments. I canceled an appointment the day before and didn't know they constituted a penalty. When it was explained to me that it did, I thought they were going to charge my credit card. When I came in for my appointment, I realized that they did not charge my card since it was not on file. I miss placed my wallet so I told them that my husband would call in with the credit card number. He had an emergency and we had to call the next day to take care of the credit card payment and some other business with them.They told me if I didn't pay by the end of the day that they would add another $15 fee onto the original $25. I called to explain my concerns about the payment and was told that I had changed my story. It is a long story to explain here, but I did not change my story or lie to their staff. They also accused me of changing my story when I had to ask for a substitute medication since I spilled my meds on the floor a few months ago. I offered to give them my medication so they would not think I was just trying to get more medication. They have been extremely rude and accusatory. They are also not very eloquent and use very base language that sounds very trite. I have contacted the manager to discuss my dissatisfaction, and from looking at comments below, I am not the only one who have had these problems. I am a professional person who is used to having courteous encounters. This office is definitely an anomaly from other offices that I am currently dealing with for my health concerns. They know that me and my husband have significant health concerns and they consistently have been rude for the most part, with the exception of a few staff. read more
