She told me I could come in to their office and give them the credit card number, but I could not wait until I was in the office for the appt to give them that number. I told her 1) I had no proof that she actually worked at this office, and 2) I was not going to provide the number ahead of time. She said, "This is our office policy," and told me that if I did not provide the number, my appt would be canceled. Fine, I said. I will find another neurologist.
