The day of I did a pre check in on my phone, where again my appointment time was listed. As I was walking into the building before my appointment time I get a called from the unpleasant desk staff telling me I had an appointment today and asking if I was going to show up. The person on the phone tells me my appointment time was 2:45. I said no it's at 3:00. She agreed it's at 3:00 but said I needed to be here at 2:45 to check in. Did I not already pre check in on the phone? Then I get into the office and am handed a paper to fill out that was the same exact information I already filled out on my phone when I pre checked in. What is the point of this? This was all finished before 3pm. I then sat around and waited 30 minutes beyond the start of my appointment time to be called back to the doctor. What exactly was I being rushed for? Things didn't improve from there. DR comes in and decides to chastise me about why I didn't come back 3 years ago after 4 months like I was supposed to. I told her I don't remember what happened three years ago. She can't let this go. She proceeds to discuss our appointment from 3 years ago (which is not why I'm here today). Finally she asks me why I'm in her office and I tell her my migraine troubles and the severe increase. She tells me this isn't an issue basically because other people get more than me. So she's not concerned. But it's incredibly abnormal for me. I tried to circle back to my concerns twice but she didn't care for that at all. She was incredibly dismissive and rude and wasted my time. She only wanted to discuss the reason I came in three years ago and had zero time to discuss the issue at hand. If you have migraines avoid this place like the plague. She seems to have zero understanding of them which is crazy for me to enough say about a neurologist. I try to give DRs with less than great reviews the benefit of the doubt but honestly the 1 star reviews here are accurate. 0 stars for the front desk staff and their attitude problems. -1 star for the DR who doesn't actually care.
