My dad went in for a sleep study which he was very reluctant to do because his English isn't good and didn't want to stay overnight anywhere. TJ was absolutely amazing!! My mom was able to come home after dropping my dad off and TJ (sleep specialist) was able to attend to him even with his broken English. My dad said he made any little movement or request he came in right away. So kind and attentive. He really put my dad at ease during their entire sleep study. My dad was using the same old machine for 18 years and was refusing to go in. So happy TJ made all the difference!! I've called to speak for appointment questions and the girls have always been nice. The office presents itself as professional, but my experience did not reflect that level of care or urgency. I was also told to handle insurance authorization myself without any guidance. Extremely Disappointing Experience with Dr. Fawaz Faisal -- Rude, Unprofessional, and Unhelpful After our first visit with Dr. Fawaz Faisal, he ordered several tests for my mother, who was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease a couple of years ago. We completed every test he requested and called the office to schedule a follow-up appointment, only to be given an appointment three and a half months later! After waiting that long, we expected answers, an explanation of the test results, and some guidance about my mother's condition. Instead, the appointment was extremely disappointing. Dr. Fawaz Faisal came into the room and immediately started reviewing the results and typing on his computer without explaining anything to us. When I asked what was going on, he responded rudely, saying he didn't know yet. After nearly 10 minutes, he told us, "I don't know what's going on with your mom. I don't know if she has Parkinson's or not." I was shocked. My mother had already been diagnosed with Parkinson's a couple of years ago, and this was the doctor who had ordered all these tests in the first place! When I asked why he had ordered all these tests if he couldn't explain the results or tell us what was causing her symptoms, he simply repeated that he didn't know. I then asked what could be causing her shaking. He stood up and told us she needed to see a movement disorder specialist. When I asked why he had ordered all these tests if that was the case, his response was essentially, "That's how it is." To make matters worse, he asked if we had any other questions and then walked out without even waiting for us to answer. We waited three and a half months for an appointment that left us with no answers, no meaningful explanation, and no sense of direction. I understand that medicine does not always provide immediate answers, but patients deserve clear communication, compassion, professionalism, and respect--especially when dealing with a serious neurological condition. The way Dr. Fawaz Faisal treated us was completely unacceptable. My mother deserved a doctor who would take the time to explain her results, address our concerns, and guide us toward the appropriate next steps. Based on our personal experience, I would not recommend Dr. Fawaz Faisal to anyone looking for a compassionate, respectful, and communicative physician. Our time, concerns, and my mother's health deserved far more respect than we received. read more

I saw the nurse practitioner Nare today and let me tell you she was incredibly througho during my exam. I did have to wait about 4 months for an appointment that my PCP put in as an urgent referral which is a draw back but it looks like they accept a majority of insurance plan types so it makes sense how quickly they get booked. I think the quality of care was top notch, I have about 8 different specialist so I notice when a provider truly cares and wants to get to the bottom of the issue and make you feel better. Do I think it's worth the wait? Yes, but that's an individual decision to make. Also I noticed they have a parking lot with free parking I took an uber because I wasn't sure. It seems difficult to get parking so keep that in mind as well. read more

My insurance sent the authorization in Soring. They were hard to reach. Then they insisted on appointment many months later. Then they wait until the day before my appointment to tell me the authorization expired. They had the authorization all this time and they made me wait. And it's not even a real appointment. Just an appointment to DISCUSS an appointment. They wasted my time for months, and now I'm looking for a more responsible practice. Run away from this place. read more

Dr. Faisal is thorough, knowledgeable, and very personable. He hate me up with a CPAP and has guided me to be proactive about brain health due to my fear of ever getting Alzheimer's Disease. He is great. The only problem is the lack of parking in the lot, but that's not his fault. read more

The medical staff is great and provide quality care, but the office is absolutely horrendous. I've constantly had to beg them to refill my prescriptions and have frequently been left without necessary medications for weeks due to processing issues, lack of follow through, and downright apathy. After years of hoping it would get better, it has not. Avoid unless you do not have a chronic illness requiring daily medications. read more

Avoid Dr. Faisal at all costs. I had an absolutely horrific experience with him during my EMG leg test. I suffer from severe leg contractures and suspected nerve damage in my kneecap after a recent allograft. I was already extremely nervous about the procedure because any forced extension of my leg causes tremendous pain. Dr. Faisal was rude and dismissive the entire time. He demanded I remove my locked brace even though there was more than enough room to perform the test with it on. Because of this, I had to have my husband hold down my foot to prevent painful forced extensions--on top of my anxiety about the needles. Dr. Faisal inserted one needle by throwing it into my leg like a dart, which caused sharp, unnecessary pain--my husband witnessed it. He also bumped my injured knee twice. When I pointed it out the second time, he snapped rudely, "Where CAN I touch?" To top it off, after telling me the appointment was over, he stayed glued to his computer, blocking me from getting off the table. I was left lying there awkwardly until he finally moved. I left the office in tears and sat crying in the parking lot. Dr. Faisal's bedside manner is appalling. He showed zero empathy, no care, and no professionalism whatsoever. Kimberly is amazing. She's listens attentively to my concerns and is very easy to speak with. Kimberly covers everything, with my healthcare and recaps at the end of the visit. She brings Dr. Fazil in to approve her decisions and to go over anything, she discussed with me. I'm extremely happy at my new Neurologist office. The office gets very busy but the friendliness of the staff outweighs, the wait time. One negative is parking: Parking is small but If you end up on the street, it's hard to find parking. I have been waiting for my April 21st, 2026 appointment since July 28th, 2025. The NIGHT BEFORE my appointment, at 4:30ish pm on April 20th, AFTER THEIR HOURS at 4:30pm, I received a call after confirming my appointment that they didn't have my authorization and would be cancelling my appointment. I told her that I had the authorization and my primary doesn't close until 7pm and could RESEND my active authorization, but she said it was AFTER HOURS, and that she was just going to go ahead and cancel. I BEGGED her not to, and then I got my primary to finally get back to me and they sent over my authorization AGAIN, but I received a text saying, ya no it was cancelled. I called in the morning to again confirm they received it in hopes to still attend my 11am appointment, and laughingly, the front desk person said, "ya no lol you can come but we already filled the spot and no one would be able to see you, but I can make you our next available appointment which is END OF SEPTEMBER 2026." I kept calling for cancellations and my health is deteriorating as I've been to the ER SEVERAL times which continues to point towards neuro. I am so frustrated with their office, their staff, and their inability to take accountability and push me in the door as courtesy at the very least. You really have to advocate for yourself and they make it extremely difficult to do so. I still have to go here as my insurance rerouted my authorization to the same location and I don't physically have the ability to wait any longer, so I call every day to try to get in with no advice or support. Even if the doctor is the best doctor ever (I wouldn't know), you won't ever be able to see him. Disheartening, disappointing, debilitating. Do NOT recommend. Negative stars if I could. read more
