We have used Flam's before and loved them so we decided to use them again for this very picky client. They were out straight away and did everything we needed right away. They were well prepared and had everything they needed on their truck. They were so very nice and they were fast, but they did not rush it. The job was perfect. Our client was thrilled we got it all done so fast. Flam's prices are ever so reasonable and they are super reliable. We requested quite a few things and they were ready and got it done right the first time. They cleaned up after themselves, unlike some that leave a mess. It was as if they were never there. We really trust them. Thank you Flam's.

First, after initial phone call, I call them back right away saying I no longer needed their service and yet they still sent someone out. Second, Upon arriving, a man had me believe he was from another locksmith company that I actually hired. Before I was able to figure this out, this man quoted $500 to unlock one door! ONE DOOR. I questioned his price and talked to his "boss". Once the actual locksmith I hired arrived, the boss got extremely verbally aggressive and caused a big commotion. At the end of this ordeal, this company had me believe he was with the locksmith company that I actually hired, his boss got extremely rude and hostile after I said I no longer needed the service. And tried to charged an outrageous price for unlocking a door.

He didn't check to see if the broken key can be remove. He just grab out his drill and ready to just drill it through the keyhole. For $250 I expect him to put in some kind of effort to have it open without destroying the lock. I refused the service and this is when he begins to bargain with me. I told him it was a lot for just drill out the lock. He didn't even attempt to pull the door or ask if I have the other broken key. He called his boss if the price can be lower. He said $220, $200, $170, $150 plus service fee. I told him I won't need his service anymore and would pay his service fee. He sat their and said "do you think this job will be free?" I told him no and here's is your service fee for coming out here. Right before he packed his tool he throw me a final offer of $100. I still refuse. I paid him the service fee and he left with disappointment. In the end I use a dime and turn the lock and it open. The broken key is jammed inside but it could be turn just by any dime size tool. It just needed to be turn. If your going to fork out $250 to have it unlocked he better be putting some effort to earn that $250. Drilling it through is too easy. Bargaining by the price sound like a buy a car. This place I do not recommend at all. It should be name "We drill or we go"

I have recommended people to AMP before since my building has several owners who occasionally get locked out, but I've never once needed to reach out myself personally. Andrew, who is the manager, answered immediately, and then immediately got one of his two top locksmiths out within half an hour - this was after two other Locksmiths who boast excellent response time - Guardian Angel locksmith and FLAMMS Locksmith both in Sherman Oaks - refused and said that they were completely tied up... So much for compassion and loyalty. I got lucky and ended up with NICK who (despite me having a higher end lock that requires more effort than the usual), immediately opened it within two minutes. I know from experience that different locks can take upwards of an hour to crack depending on how complex they're created. I cannot say enough amazing things about this company, the price point was lower than Guardian Angel and FLAMMS, they were communicative, compassionate, and got the job done immediately. (And then... Pray that you get NICK!!) MUST CALL!
