I PREVIOUSLY ORDERED FROM ANOTHER 'PETITE SHOE' COMPANY and had a DISASTER of an experience. The processing/shipping time was extremely long (the other company's shoes are 'handmade to order' and come from China), the worst quality (very cheap materials, visibly asymmetrical, visible glue, missing gemstones, very poorly packaged for shipping - I paid $120 for this one pair of shoes). There were untrustworthy business practices (after weeks of back and forth with this company, I was told I would only be granted a refund IF I removed my honest Trust Pilot review - my credit card company immediately provided my refund upon reviewing my picture/email evidence). When I recently discovered Cinderella of Boston, I was skeptical due to my previous 'petite shoe' company experience. I am honestly ELATED TO HAVE DISCOVERED CINDERELLA OF BOSTON!!! I love the VARIETY of casual, sporty and formal shoes in petite women's sizes. They are CLASSY, ELEGANT and SO WELL MADE. I found the PRICES EXTREMELY REASONABLE while ordering, but I realized they are a STEAL when I received the shoes and saw their AMAZING QUALITY. The materials and the construction look 'expensive'. They were PACKAGED WELL and I RECEIVED THEM LESS THAN ONE WEEK (free shipping) AFTER ORDERING (in addition to them processing the order quickly, they are shipping from within the US). There is a sizing chart present on each shoe selection page. These are custom sizing charts so if an offered style runs larger or smaller than their standard, you are not only given notice on this page, you are provided a custom chart that tells you the best shoe size for your length of foot (in inches and cm). You can also send them your measurements (easy foot measuring instructions on the website) and they will tell you which sizes will best fit you. Unfortunately, I did not take my daughter's foot width into consideration when I made my purchase so I have had to exchange all the shoes for 'wides'. When I contacted Cinderella of Boston requesting exchanges, I promptly received a response. There was no hassle, no hidden 'restocking' fees and the exchange process was easy. I was treated like a valued customer by a friendly representative and I really appreciate that (thanks, Mike!) There has been no incentive for me to give this praise. From my experience, I have found it can be difficult to find good service and quality at reasonable prices. When I experience it, I like to share with others, just as I warn of terrible experiences. Long story short, Cinderella of Boston is trustworthy, they offer exceptional quality shoes at incredibly reasonable prices, there is NO HASSLE if returns/refunds/exchanges are necessary, they respond quickly and they value their customers.

Parking was easy in their lot and my husband and I were the only store visitors during the duration of our ~half hour visit. The store was clean and shoes were laid out neatly on shelves. There were comfortable chairs to sit in while trying on shoes/while my husband waited. The business owner was friendly and very helpful. He quickly helped me to get shoes from the back, and once he got a sense of what I liked, he proactively provided me with solid recommendations. I truly felt like Cinderella as everything I tried on fit. After having kids I now wear a 5.5 size which is still tough to find in a lot of stores. I ended up purchasing 6 pairs of shoes. Most of them were on sale, but even the full priced pair was reasonably priced. I am so glad I stopped by!
