I normally don't like to write negative reviews of the staff. But after talking to the women in the back asking for gravy and being told it wasn't her problem. I was checking out and said I hope your having a good weekend. And she cursed at me and followed it by I hate this shit. The store doesn't pay me shit and I'm stuck here. I followed by well at least your employed, maybe buy yourself a Starbucks after. (: then she told me to just leave and figure out as she started putting someone else's stuff in my cart. Aldi I tried to give you this second chance. This one in particular can just ruin your day by there staff. Walked out very sad. Let me preface this by saying, I've never felt compelled to write a review on a grocery store, but the poor customer service at this location, just seems warranted! I was in the store shortly after opening last week. I was picking up items to feed around 13 people at our home. Giving the current state of the economy and food prices soaring, we wanted to do something to give back. Upon arriving, the store hadn't opened although it was already 9AM, so there was a small crowd forming in front waiting for the store to open. As you commonly find during early morning hours, there was the early morning employees stocking the shelves. One had parked a large piece of equipment in front of a shelf which made reaching the items impossible. I asked a young lady nearby who was an employee stocking, if she could reach the item for me or remove the equipment so I could. Not only was she apparently bothered by the request, she was absolutely nasty. I'm accustomed to giving grace to others because I understand, everyone is going through something. So, my post is for awareness more than review. If you have employees that have bad attitudes or make customers feel unwelcome, perhaps checking in more often with the employees might be necessary, mental illness is real and perhaps a temperature check to see where they are mentally would be important to prevent unhappy employees who should not be interacting with the public because they are overdue a mental health day! read more

Love aldi, this particular store is small but well organized and usually well stocked. Employees are always friendly and it's never too busy. Tons of organic options and my favorite is shopping the seasonal items. Parking lot is always neat and clean, Location is perfect, carts are always well kept. I often forget a quarter and usually someone has left one behind for me lol! read more

Went shopping here yesterday. The cashier ( Arica) was very rude and hateful! This is ridiculous twice she grabbed the cart and banged it into my daughters leg! If she's not happy with her job maybe she shouldn't be there! I don't know if another store that let's the cashier sit while checking you out... No reason to be so rude and hateful! read more

My first time to visit Forney's Aldi. Store was nice. But upon getting home I realized the store cashier charged me twice for a pkg of salmi $4.50. And I paid for 2 bags of corn chips that didn't get put into my basket. There was only one cashier at the time and this was Friday January 31 around 12pm. One overcharge maybe but 3?? I love this store! Take a quarter for a buggy! This is a no frills store with a great selection of products that are a lot more cost effective than big stores. Not to mention, the quality of the products are just as good, if not better. Aldi products contain no artificial dyes which is a huge plus for my family since my son is allergic to artificial dyes. We can go here and buy off brand Aldi 'doritos' with no colors! As well as cereals. My son is always happy to be able to eat other foods his friends are eating. I love the prices on the produce! So much cheaper than you will find anywhere else. Sometimes, depending on the day of the week it's picked over or not as fresh. But I usually don't have this problem. Paying $0.20 per avocado is amazing! Another perk to Aldi, is that they will carry special items that are for a limited time only. When that happens, you better stock up because they won't be back! First time I have ever been to Aldi's. My first impression was overall positive. I liked the assortment of items and the prices were mostly affordable, except for ground beef. It was overpriced at over $4.00 a pound. Everyone that worked there was multi-tasking, like working the register, cleaning, and stocking shelves. The store was not that busy and no one ask me if I needed help looking for anything. Not that I did, but just good practice. Great news was that I got the majority of the items I needed, at a reasonable price. Bad news was that when I went to check out at the register ( 11:30 pm) the lady was throwing items into the basket. Not sure if she meant to or just was trying to hurry up. I just recommend having employees be more careful! I had crackers and glass items that could have got damaged even though they didn't (thank goodness)! I plan on shopping here again, but recommend that employees be mindful of their actions and remember to treat people how they would want to be treated. Again, I am not one to complain and I am not blaming anyone, but ask for good employees to be more mindful of their actions, because it effects the store and employee reputation! Thank You! I love the store. And the discounts that they continually have making them cheaper than the other stores in the area. But I have a complaint every time I've been there the women's restroom has been out of order and had to use the men's. This is gone on for at least eight months off and on. I was there this morning at 10 o'clock and hour after they open. And the restroom was disgusting. It had not been cleaned. There's no reason for it to look like this at 10 o'clock in the morning. read more

Customer service was HORRIBLE. I went in for the first time today: there was nothing that explained how to get the baskets out of their weird contraption. Then I get in and at going to change my daughters diaper and I went in the bathroom there wasn't a changing table. I walk out and look around for a family restroom. There isn't one. I walk up and ask the lady at the register and she says "no" rolls her eyes And turns around.. like excuse me. No need to be rude. WILL NOT GO BACK. read more
