I have never had any problem with the pharmacy or their team of techs. All are very informative and have my prescription ready as promised. Customer service is ok. This is a department that no one can predict if 2 customers will show up or 50. The customer service reps do a fine job and are very considerate and kind. Customers need to have more patience! Horrible The traffic is already really bad around here and everyday I go to customer service and I have to wait in line over an hour because only one person is working It's over 20 people standing in line for customer service everyday all day I will complain until this is resolved. I don't see this happen in McKinney or Plano when the demographics say colored customer service goes out the window.... read more

Absolutely garbage of a grocery store! The lettuce has bugs in it, this has happened on several different occasions. The pickup employees are incompetent and lazy. I say in the parking lot for an hour and spoke to multiple employees and they all gave me attitude, after explaining that people have arrived and left after I arrived and checked in.... Walmart Supercenter - a man with a ring on his finger - Grocery Near Me - Forney, Texas

Tire center is terrible. I got there at 6:09 pm, rushed there after work because I have been trying to get tires for a while now and the man there looked me in my face and says he cannot help me with tires! There was only one car in the bay! And no line! I said that makes no sense you close at 7pm. He said no I can't do it! So I wasted gas to rush there, got there at 6:09pm and got denied service! Upper management or corporate office pls tell your employees to help all customers at least until 6:45pm! There is no reason why I should have been turned away and there absolutely no on in line. I came there today, 06/30/23 at 6:08pm! I pray the man who told me no never has to be treated poorly like I was today! Do better people! read more

This has got to be the largest Wal-Mart I've ever visited! The store manager was walking around greeting every one at the store which has never happened in any Wal-Mart I've been to. Not only that the store manager was walking around helping and asking the employees if they needed help. What I liked was the customer service because most of the employees here asked me if I needed help or needed anything and it was extremely busy when I went there. The only thing is the produce section wasn't good. Onions were rotten and flies were there but it was only on the onions. Overall this Wal-Mart was great! The store itself is fine however store pickup is something completely different. The last couple of times I have come it is over an hour wait which is ridiculous. I only do store pickup when I know I will not have a sitter for my daughter and it is not safe to shop in the store with her right now. I do not know if it is a staffing issue but we should not have to wait over an hour for food that you text and say is ready for pickup. Maybe they need a new manager for that area? read more

Just walked out of Wal Martin Forney Tx and abandoned my shopping cart AGAIN as there were almost no registers accepting cash and the ones that were had huge lines. No other store in Forney(Kroger, Brookshires, Akdi, Walgreens etc) seem go have a problem getting change, but I am not returning until they get their act together. read more

They are rearranging the store..AGAIN. Couldn't find half of what I went in for. Product locations changed but signs are not. Way too many items can't be found. The perfect grocery store is one where i know where everything is. If you keep changing it every few months, I am uncomfortable and will go elsewhere. I have lived here two years and try to avoid Walmart as much as I can. In the past two years I have absolutely needed to go maybe 10 times because the other local store didn't carry an item I needed quickly and couldn't wait for it to be shipped. Every visit is challenging. It has yet to be a smooth, friendly experience. Either an Associate is rude, doesn't know where something is and isn't willing to help or the self service check-out is not scanning or accepting my coupons and I have to have someone come over to assist who is also not pleasant. Even a Customer Service Department Supervisor was not eager to help and instead is condescending and accusing. read more

After a long day of work I looked for the closest available place to relieve myself, Walmart was my choice, I headed into the bathroom and the seat had urine on it, worse than that is when I reached for the toilet paper, it was freshly replaced which did not bother me but what did is that it was not torn off for me to grab it, I had to reach my hand into the holder and after maybe 10 seconds of struggle I was able to wedge my fingers between layers of the roll, about halfway into the roll, I pulled as hard as I was able to from my angle of entry ripping the layers as I did, I pulled off maybe half of the roll and yanked it disconnecting it from the remaining portion of the roll, finally then I was able to start the roll as it should've been started when I went in, and wipe away the urine on the seat and use the restroom I was thoroughly displeased and hope I don't experience this again read more

Ordered pickup. So did my parents. I went to pick up my order around the same time they did and they told me that they weren't giving the people their orders at the pickup line because of the rain. I called and one of the employees said to pull up to the front, that I would get my order there. I went, they said to go inside. I didn't bring a mask because I was supposed to get my order in my car and the employee said, "Don't worry about wearing your mask, no one will notice." Ummm.... It's required in your store and you don't even care? What does that say about the customers, let alone YOUR coworkers? Anyways, I asked for a refund, but it took time because their signal is shit and they weren't helping me find my order number. I leave and my dad ends up getting his order from his car in pickup. This is the absolute worst managed Walmart in the history of their stores. The pickup line is always behind - like hours behind. I'm paying $12.95 per month for delivery and they can't get anything right. Store Manager Christopher Gillespie is never available and i just spent 5 minutes 8 seconds on the phone trying to reach him because the Corporate Office says I need to work out issues with him. I have filed numerous store complaints, never hear from anyone. My latest delivery order was missing items. Instead of offering substitution, they just didn't fill it and I was charged for it. I did get the charge reversed, but it was an item I needed now. They are a bunch of lazy incompetent people at that store, starting with district, regional and the oh so elusive store manager. read more

My family loves walmart and this one in Forney is close to us, clean, has helpful people and we can pretty much find anything we need there. They also have a gas station that is competitive with other station's prices. Great store!! read more
