I was excited to try this place while vacationing near Alden. We drove past the Muffin Tin on the weekend and noticed a line out the door, so we decided to come back on a weekday. I ordered the quiche with roasted tomatoes, and it was out of this world delicious. My husband and daughter got waffles with fruit and bacon. The waffles were tasty, but very rich and a bit too greasy for my husband's liking. I would not recommend adding on bacon or fruit if you come here. It's a pricy add on and the quality wasn't great on these items. The bacon didn't look fresh and it tasted like it was heated up in a microwave. The fruit was going bad, and it was mostly made of green grapes. The orange juice is expensive and we literally saw the server open a bottle of Tropicana and pour it into a glass behind the bar (and we were charged extra for a refill lol). We spent 8 dollars on two cups of OJ. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The service and atmosphere is lovely, I just wasn't "wowed" by the quality and value of things for how much we spent on breakfast.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This was one of the most expensive meals during our trip and it fell way short of expectations. read more

Picked this place randomly to have breakfast my first time in Torch Lake. I am blown AWAY! These were the best waffles I've ever had in my life. This was a GREAT meal! I want to come back way more often when we're in Bellaire; I can't believe it took this long to try it out! I had a quiche and a birthday cake "muffin" (it was definitely a cupcake, lol) and both were incredible. My boyfriend got the salmon bagel sandwich and also said it was really, really good.
