What else I can tell you? Well, most Walgreens are absolutely understaffed and employees seem to be stretched thin. Yet, the customer service does not lack. These employees are working as hard as they can all while being polite and patient with what I witnessed very rude customers. Customers demand 5 Star treatment with 0 Star behavior. The patience of the employees I witnessed should be appreciated and rewarded. As a customer, I give the employees full respect and appreciation. I'm not sure I'd be able to handle rude behavior and rude language from impatient customers. Even with an obvious staff shortage, the store is clean, the cashier, floor person and especially the pharmacy are always very friendly. Ps. Parking is great too. Lots of parking. To future customers, please be kind to people. Being kind is FREE.

Also, the staff is very attentive. Yesterday I was looking for a dairy product and the dairy section is pretty big. I guess I was looking lost - staff member came up to me asking what I was looking for and took me right to the shelf I needed. And it wasn't the first time. Lots of discounts throughout the store. They all work if you have a membership card. Sometimes you can find "double" sales. The store would have a sale and you can use an extra coupon. Make sure to clip the coupon in the app before you go to the register. I usually go to self-checkout. You can run your membership after you scan all the items, but coupons have to be clipped before you do that. Overall a nice and clean store with friendly staff.

Well today I decided to ask about the sale price of the shirt but was showed where it was 40% off. I asked the salesperson about the price. I looked at a few of the items on the rack and all items were on sale at 40% to 60% not 70% off not one single item on the rack. Talked with 2 Managers. One agreed with my respective along with the sales girl. Went to other 70% off sale racks in the store and there wasn't 1 item with 70% off. Again 60 to 40% off. What a racket. Watch out for them. Oh by the way did I say I looked at the rack for several weeks. Same clothes there. Nothing for 70% off.

They seem to be chronically understaffed--maybe there's a headcount cap despite high demand? There's almost always a line waiting, possibly because it takes 2 or 3 tries before each refill is ready--even after I ordered it online, and the website told me it's ready for pickup. This review is 2 stars not one, because I did, eventually, often after several tries, receive the correct drugs. I've moved my prescriptions to Haggen.

The staff then made the situation feel like it was somehow my fault. What made the experience worse was that they wouldn't even allow me to pay the cash price for the medication, despite how critical it was. On top of that, I was policed for expressing frustration under my breath during an already stressful situation. Going to any Walgreens continues to be a soul-sucking and demeaning experience thanks to their wait times and the quality of their employees.

She then gave me a refund on a prescription I had paid to much of a copay on on August 1. She then printed out my copays I paid for and told me I could submit them to my insurance and get a refund off of them. After having it sent, i waited 30 minutes and then went to pick it up. I waited in line (they have a drive through but have it CLOSED) for 20-30 min just for them to tell me they don't have it. I went back the next day in the afternoon about 1pm to try again... I had a sleeping baby in the car so I tried the drive through-- AGAIN CLOSED! My husband went back tonight at 6:30 pm and waited in line because again, the drive through is closed, for them to tell him they wouldn't get through the line before closing so he needed to leave. I called THREE times to get my prescription transferred somewhere else just for them not to answer the phone every single time. DO NOT GO HERE.
