This review is 2 stars not one, because I did, eventually, often after several tries, receive the correct drugs. I've moved my prescriptions to Haggen.

The staff then made the situation feel like it was somehow my fault. What made the experience worse was that they wouldn't even allow me to pay the cash price for the medication, despite how critical it was. On top of that, I was policed for expressing frustration under my breath during an already stressful situation. Going to any Walgreens continues to be a soul-sucking and demeaning experience thanks to their wait times and the quality of their employees.

Despite this I understand all the negative reviews here on Yelp, the wait time is very long and the staff is very over worked, I can only hope that Rite Aid as a corporation gives this location a bigger budget to support it's staff better and help add new people. On the positive side I have never had any negative interaction with the staff here. They've always been kind to me and accommodated any questions I might have. Jake, who works in the pharmacy is amazing and not only addressed concerns I had about my medication but also pointed out that there was a generic brand that was always stocked (so I wouldn't have to wait for the name-brand version). This was a huge revelation because my medication is for a chronic condition and having a reliable supply helps me with the mild anxiety that comes when my supply begins to dwindle. Jake was also kind enough to accommodate me when I was indecisive and decided to switch to the generic he had suggested. Thank you Jake, you helped me very quickly and I appreciate your efforts. Lastly I did get a covid booster here, this was the only location I could find nearby that was giving Moderna boosters. The room they take you in is disheveled but didn't feel gross or anything and the staff who administered my shot was kind and did a good job. You can tell that pharmacies were not meant to deal with the volume of vaccines and customers along with tests that have been shouldered onto them. The wait is brutal but I've found that even Walgreens down the street suffers from rushes, especially because their pharmacy hours are much more restrictive. I would recommend this location due to the staff, just know that there will be waits. Also as a tip, enroll into the rite aid app, he helps with being able to track your prescriptions and they will flag/text you when they are ready for pickup.

On top of this they are rarely out of a medication.. and if they are they order it and somehow get it SO QUICKLY. That is a plus when you're waiting on a medication for relief. I'd rather pay more and get my time and sanity back. Also - in sitting and waiting for my "billing adjustment" I've witnessed at least five people leave in near tears because of how ridiculous this place is. I had a package there that was cut open, items removed, and then covered with black tape. I post this mainly as a caution to anyone else who may use this as an Amazon drop off location. Amazon will refund you however, it's a hassle and they probably keep track of how many times you request refunds. Pic of the tampered box included. They told me I could come in on Monday to return for a refund since she did not try it on. Came in on Monday, and met with the Customer Service Manager and Jim, Jim was the only one who was pleasant. The CSR Manager actually told me to remove the hair that was on the boot because "I can't resell it like this!" Then they told me that the front desk lady told them she offered to try it on, and I refused. I flat out told them she lied, in which she then started yelling at me telling me she did not. Unbelievable! On the paperwork they had to send to corporate in order to refund me my money, they wrote the reason I returned the boot was because I "didn't like it." So again, THEY LIED! It did take me awhile to get my bearings and figure out the layout and it was so much bigger inside than I thought it was going to be that it took me quite a while to get what I needed and get out of the store. The lines were pretty long as well and I think that's just because so many people come here and I get that. If you're not in a hurry, this is a great spot to grab what you need. I left my phone in the car so I don't have any photos of the inside but I did grab a sushi platter for me and my husband to eat that evening and it was yummy.
