What else I can tell you? Well, most Walgreens are absolutely understaffed and employees seem to be stretched thin. Yet, the customer service does not lack. These employees are working as hard as they can all while being polite and patient with what I witnessed very rude customers. Customers demand 5 Star treatment with 0 Star behavior. The patience of the employees I witnessed should be appreciated and rewarded. As a customer, I give the employees full respect and appreciation. I'm not sure I'd be able to handle rude behavior and rude language from impatient customers. Even with an obvious staff shortage, the store is clean, the cashier, floor person and especially the pharmacy are always very friendly. Ps. Parking is great too. Lots of parking. To future customers, please be kind to people. Being kind is FREE.

The staff then made the situation feel like it was somehow my fault. What made the experience worse was that they wouldn't even allow me to pay the cash price for the medication, despite how critical it was. On top of that, I was policed for expressing frustration under my breath during an already stressful situation. Going to any Walgreens continues to be a soul-sucking and demeaning experience thanks to their wait times and the quality of their employees.

I guess I was looking lost - staff member came up to me asking what I was looking for and took me right to the shelf I needed. And it wasn't the first time. Lots of discounts throughout the store. They all work if you have a membership card. Sometimes you can find "double" sales. The store would have a sale and you can use an extra coupon. Make sure to clip the coupon in the app before you go to the register. I usually go to self-checkout. You can run your membership after you scan all the items, but coupons have to be clipped before you do that. Overall a nice and clean store with friendly staff.

Despite this I understand all the negative reviews here on Yelp, the wait time is very long and the staff is very over worked, I can only hope that Rite Aid as a corporation gives this location a bigger budget to support it's staff better and help add new people. On the positive side I have never had any negative interaction with the staff here. They've always been kind to me and accommodated any questions I might have. Jake, who works in the pharmacy is amazing and not only addressed concerns I had about my medication but also pointed out that there was a generic brand that was always stocked (so I wouldn't have to wait for the name-brand version). This was a huge revelation because my medication is for a chronic condition and having a reliable supply helps me with the mild anxiety that comes when my supply begins to dwindle. Jake was also kind enough to accommodate me when I was indecisive and decided to switch to the generic he had suggested. Thank you Jake, you helped me very quickly and I appreciate your efforts. Lastly I did get a covid booster here, this was the only location I could find nearby that was giving Moderna boosters. The room they take you in is disheveled but didn't feel gross or anything and the staff who administered my shot was kind and did a good job. You can tell that pharmacies were not meant to deal with the volume of vaccines and customers along with tests that have been shouldered onto them. The wait is brutal but I've found that even Walgreens down the street suffers from rushes, especially because their pharmacy hours are much more restrictive. I would recommend this location due to the staff, just know that there will be waits. Also as a tip, enroll into the rite aid app, he helps with being able to track your prescriptions and they will flag/text you when they are ready for pickup.

To make sure that I am totally safe, I need to have my medications compounded - it is a gluten free facility, and they ask what you want as the filler. You can get it in creams, capsules, tablets, etc. The last time I went to a regular pharmacy I was sick for a week! I never have any negative reactions to the medications compounded here. And they are FAST, if I need them to be. Yesterday I called to say I had forgotten to order a refill (my lyme disease makes it difficult to remember things) and could they have it ready for me by today. It was actually ready YESTERDAY. Awesome! Besides the compounding pharmacy they have a lot of really great supplements that you can't get at other places like big supplement/ vitamin stores. They carry lines like Thorne Research Group and Integrative Therapeutics. All of the supplements here are of the really high quality and will be more effective than other, cheaper brands. They also carry Manuka honey cough drops, which are celiac friendly. When they first opened the staff wasn't always friendly, but now they are reliably friendly and really really great. I am so thankful for them and the role they have played in helping improve my health.

There was a slot there for it, but it was empty. I asked an employee named Marsha if they had any in the back. She checked inventory and said they've been out since August 31. I was disappointed due to the drive as their website said they had it. As I was checking out, Marsha came running up to me saying she found a case of Shoe goo, and opened the case and gave me some.
