If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!!…read more The Pharmacy here is TERRIBLE! We just bought a house in Olympia and I had a anti nausea med sent here. After having it sent, i waited 30 minutes and then went to pick it up. I waited in line (they have a drive through but have it CLOSED) for 20-30 min just for them to tell me they don't have it. I went back the next day in the afternoon about 1pm to try again... I had a sleeping baby in the car so I tried the drive through-- AGAIN CLOSED! My husband went back tonight at 6:30 pm and waited in line because again, the drive through is closed, for them to tell him they wouldn't get through the line before closing so he needed to leave. I called THREE times to get my prescription transferred somewhere else just for them not to answer the phone every single time. DO NOT GO HERE.

That process has been awful. They do not call, email or notify in anyway if there is an issue. When I did call they said I needed renewals from my doctor but they would request them. That never happened so I requested them myself. New prescriptions have been pending for almost 2 weeks with no communication on what more they need to process. In my previous review I grumbled over a 4 hour refill time. They have since been averaging a…read moreminimum of 24 hours and after standing in line (literally only four people in front of me) for 45 minutes I had to sit and wait for another 20 minutes because I was using a GoodRX coupon instead of my insurance (which I always do because it saves me over $200/month) and they had to have the pharmacist "rebill" it. The only reason I keep coming back is because my ONE medication is so much cheaper here than anywhere else, but being a busy working, sports mom I just don't have the time for this crap. I'm done. I'd rather pay more and get my time and sanity back. Also - in sitting and waiting for my "billing adjustment" I've witnessed at least five people leave in near tears because of how ridiculous this place is. I truly feel for the people that work here, but they can't treat customers like they're just a bunch of idiots (one woman didn't speak English well and needed help understanding the bill, an elderly woman couldn't hear and basically got angrily shouted at, etc...) it's not ok.

They usually have the items I need in a pinch, such as various medical supplies. My only concern is with the Amazon drop off inside Rite Aid. I had a package there that was cut open, items removed, and then covered with black tape. I post this mainly as a caution to anyone else who may use this as an Amazon drop off location. Amazon will refund you however, it's a hassle and they probably keep track of how many times you request refunds. Pic of the tampered box included. The store and staff are a solid 5 stars, just be cautious and look at your packages carefully if you use this drop box.

All three were/are excellent pharmacists. At one time the phone was not getting answered and you would have to leave a message. Sometimes the messages were missed and meds were not filled. Since Eric has taken over the phones are being answered and prescriptions are ready when they say that they will be. I don't care who you are there is a learning curve...walking into a business and trying to figure out how all the moving parts fit together would be tough.
