I called the pharmacy to inform them and to replace the medicine but this pharmacist insisted they can only mix it. She said that "sometimes they're running around and forget to mix it because they're so busy" which made me very uneasy that they're so quick to make a mistake on a child's medicine and have no accountability for it. She continued on to say that she won't do anything but mix it, but You can't mix a medication that has been tampered because it risks the dosing being wrong. I went in person, as a different cvs told me they have to replace it as it's their mistake, and while talking to a completely different pharmacist, this one interrupted the conversation to again argue that they would only mix it. She refused to let anyone else handle the matter and told me to "take the bottles out of her face" while slamming them on the counter. I told her my daughter has kidney disease and any misdosing could cause serious issues and she showed 0 compsssion. This woman should not be in a field requiring so much responsibility and empathy. If your pharmacy made a mistake, own it, don't tell me it wasn't a mistake. Gaslighting a mother who is trying to do her best for her infant is the most disturbing way to abuse power.

They often don't have the items I'm looking for like Branch Basics cleaning products or my preferred formula for my baby, and the store usually feels chaotic, crowded, and messy. That said, I still tend to prefer Target over Walmart, even though people swear Walmart is better because it's "cheaper." The staff here are at least nice and approachable, so I do appreciate them for making the experience better whenever I stop by. It may not be my favorite Target, but the location is convenient and the staff have been pleasant.

I had my old drivers license with my maiden name, and I had my current one with my new last name. My insurance ID number did not change. Nobody could find me in the system. I was advised they would not give me my medication until I got my insurance ID number. So on round three I went in today with my ID number. Today was the first time somebody told me there was two accounts and nobody bothered to check that. When I came in this morning at 9 AM there was an overflow of discarded medical trash. When I came in 4 PM it was still there and even worse. Watched somebody blatantly walk out of the store with stolen merchandise because there is no security. I don't know what's going on with this place in the last couple days but it's pretty disappointing.
