This review is for the pharmacy department. I called them this morning to make sure I can come through the drive through to purchase a Covid test because I am having symptoms. The person I originally spoke to was very pleasant and told me that yes, I can do it that way or through their mobile app. I asked again if it would be an issue for me to do it through the drive through and was told I can do it either way. When I pulled up to the drive through there was a different lady there than the one I had originally spoken with. She told me that she could not sell it to me and I would have to download the app and do curbside pickup. I explained to her that I had just called and was told it would be ok to do it this way. She was not understanding at all and I had to argue with her that I had just called to check and was told it would be ok. She ended up selling me the at home covid test but with an attitude. I'm already sick and feeling like crap, I made sure to call and check in advance and when I show up I get told something completely different. I tried to apologize because maybe she didn't know but she was not friendly at all and made me never want to come back to this location again. I did not make the mistake here, I spoke with the pharmacy department and got the okay. If there was a mistake made it was on their end and they shouldn't take it out on the customer but correct the employee. Very unprofessional and bad customer service. read more

These folks really like their jobs. This isn't something you can teach in a class. These employees were brought up right. They have old fashioned, good manners. Every time I go in, I get greeted with a smile, and a hello, and they say my name ! This is refreshing. How many places do you go shopping nowadays where they remember your name? Not too many, I bet. The prices on medicines, General merchandise, and food, are comparable to the Food 4 Less, right next door ! At the pharmacy, Freddie and everyone else greets me with a smile, and a hello, and my name, as do the other pharmacy employees. This Rite Aid knows customer service, and never disappoints on prices, and in stock conditions. read more

This rite aid is literally down the street from my home so I decided to go here sense I got my tooth pulled and needed to fill my prescription. Nobody was in the drop off line but They still took awhile to acknowledge me. Also took awhile for them to fill my prescription but overall I'm satisfied. Thanks! read more

I Go here almost everyday, every employee is very friendly and the store is always clean.

They really need to update their website. It says the pharmacy opens at 8 AM. It does not open until nine. It's not easy for me to be going back and forth or just sit around for an hour waiting period read more

I usually don't go to rite aid because it's over priced but I really needed water . I went in to get water and saw a 2 for 4 special on their Evian water . I check my bank and see I was charged 24 dollars . I was also not given a receipt by the cashier at the end of my purchase so I couldn't prove it . Lesson learned always get a receipt . I called corporate and my bank , so hopefully it works out . I will never shop here again . I also had a previous issue here before . I dont know why whenever you wanna exchange something they are like detectives and ask u a million questions... they literally treat you like you stole the merchandise. They make up store policies... no receipt no returns or exchanges!!! They look up at the item when it was purchased! What kind of customer service is that, the associate Mary is the one that questions u like if it an interrogation. Then she talks to the manager to let Becky know that there's no receipt and therefore no exchange should be done! Worse customer service ever.. don't shop there anymore. read more

I stopped in this location the other day to get more vitamins. The vitamin that was listed on sale was no longer available. When I asked for help to see if they had any more in the back, I was informed that there wasn't. The awesome lady with the pink hair who was working was able to substitute a different brand (but similar to the one on sale) for the sale price. Thank you for making my day! These terrible people have no empathy for their customers. They are out of my pain medication and don't know when they will get more and cannot take my prescription to even ensure I get my medication. I had surgery and cannot find this medication anywhere for pain control. Must be made of gold. I hope that everyone in your pharmacy experiences pain and is told and treated the same way so that you know how it feels! read more

Rite Aid clerk Roxanna was extremely helpful and courteous. Roxanna went above and beyond in personally walking to the coolers and helping me in retrieve the beer of my liking. I alson noticed that Roxanna was bilingual and was helpful to the elder lady that was in front of me. read more
